Objective To explore the effects of Qiuxieling associate with Licorzinc therapy on infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Infants with rotavirus enteritis were divided into 4 groups (symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group).The curative effect was analyzed.Results The total ef-fective rates of symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group were 77.5%,82.5%,85.0% and 92.5%.The average disease courses of symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group were (6.44 ± 0.79 ),(5.82 ± 0.55 ), (5.66±0.50)and (4.78 ±0.50)days.The curative effects were significantly higher in Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group compared to symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group and Qiuxieling group (P <0.05).Conclusion Qiuxiel-ing and Licorzinc were significantly effective in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea,and can short the disease course.

METHODS: The influence of gastric mucuqas content in normal rats was measured, and the groups of different flavor of a drug and dosage were divided according to homogeneous design. This research was programmed with MATLAB6.5, conformed the experimental data with BP artificial neural network, and the research compared the different structural topology of 8-3-1?8-8-1?8-12-1, and compared the different influence with the different BP method to network. And then, the expected mode of gastric mucus content was formed, which based on the BP neural network. RESULTS: The artificial neural network model that had 8-10-1 structural topology and improved BP method was formed, and it was a kind of good method to uniform the studied samples and to forecast the unstudied samples, Moreover, the expected effect of variable learning rate back propagation was best. Objective To discuss the clinical effect of normal saline flushing and heparinized saline flushing in invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring in the critical patients. Methods A total of 140 critical patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 70 cases in each group according to the envelope method. The experimental group used normal saline for tube flushing, the control group used heparinized saline (5 U/ml) for tube flushing. The incidence of complications and coagulation index were compared between two groups. Results There was no statistically difference in the incidence of the catheter jam and local infection (P>0.05). The incidence of bleeding events was 14.3% (10/70) in the control group, which was higher than 2.9% (2/70) of the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.466, P<0.05). The activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time of the control group were (32.22 ± 4.22) s, (11.56 ± 2.12) s, which were longer than (29.84 ± 3.64) s, (10.66 ± 1.48) s of the experimental group. And international normalized ratio of the control group was 1.12±0.14, which was higher than 1.03±0.20 of the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant (t values were-3.573,-2.912,-3.084, P <0.05). Conclusions The normal saline flushing liquid was more safer and reliable in the invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring.

A Ni-based rare-earth perovskite LaNiTiO3 nanoparticles was synthesized and its catalytic activity was investigated. Based on this, a simple and quick nonenzyme electrochemical sensor was fabricated with stable and reliable performances for the determination of hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ). The techniques of X-ray diffraction, FT-IR spectra, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescene spectroscopy and scan electronmicroscope were used to characterize the composition, structure and morphology of as-synthesized sample. The sensor based on this nanomaterial was investigated and optimized by cyclic voltammetry and current-time techniques. The results showed the working electrode modified with LaNiTiO3 (0. 5 g / L, 8. 0μL) in 0. 1 mol/ L NaOH exhibited good catalytic properties for H2 O2 . Under the optimum conditions, the sensor performed excellent properties, such as quick response time ( about 2 s ), a wide linearity (0. 2 μmol/ L -8. 0 mmol/ L), a low detection limit of 0. 05 μmol/ L ( S / N = 3 ), a high sensitivity of 957 μA (mmol/ L) -1 cm-2 , good reproducibility and anti-interference ability, which was better than those of some other biosensors reported recently. So, it may be used for the analysis and detection of H2 O2 in practical samples such as biomedicine.

Objective To learn more about virulence genes and clonal complex group structure of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VPH)strains separated from aquatic products in East China coastal areas between 2007 and 2012.Methods Seventy-nine strains separated from aquatic products in eastern coastal areas(Guandong,Fujian,Shanghai,Shandong,Jiangsu and Beijing)of China between 2007 and 2012 were identified as VPH by real-time-PCR with gene tlh.Gene tdh,trh and orf8 were also detected.Subgroup analysis and complex analysis were conducted of the VPH strains to build the minimum spanning tree respectively based on ST and pST types.Results In 79 VPH strains,gene tlh was positive while 8.86%(7 /79)of the isolates of gene tdh were positive.The carrying rate of gene orf8 was 8.86%.These 79 strains were of 69 ST types,involving 3 clonal complex and 62 singleton.By amino acid(AA)-multilocus sequence typing(MLST),79 strains covered the 23 pST types,2 clonal complexes and 1 singleton.The 363 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)were divided into 68 patterns.Conclusion VPH strains from aquatic products in eastern coastal areas of China are characterized by high polymorphisms and a low carrying rate of virulence genes.ST3 type is dominating when MLST typing is used while pST1 type is the majority by AA-MLST typing.
