Objective To explore the effects of Qiuxieling associate with Licorzinc therapy on infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Infants with rotavirus enteritis were divided into 4 groups (symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group).The curative effect was analyzed.Results The total ef-fective rates of symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group were 77.5%,82.5%,85.0% and 92.5%.The average disease courses of symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group were (6.44 ± 0.79 ),(5.82 ± 0.55 ), (5.66±0.50)and (4.78 ±0.50)days.The curative effects were significantly higher in Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group compared to symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group and Qiuxieling group (P <0.05).Conclusion Qiuxiel-ing and Licorzinc were significantly effective in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea,and can short the disease course.

RESULTS: The artificial neural network model that had 8-10-1 structural topology and improved BP method was formed, and it was a kind of good method to uniform the studied samples and to forecast the unstudied samples, Moreover, the expected effect of variable learning rate back propagation was best. Objective To find out more about the population structure and clonal complex of clinical Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains in Asia.Methods Clinical Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains data were screened in Asia with complete ST and pST types from PubMLST public database,their subgroup and complex were analyzed,and the minimum spanning tree based on ST and pST types respectively was completed.Results From the database,341 items of ST and pST types of Asian clinical Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were screened,including 157 ST,most of which were of ST3 type.Totally 214 items of data came from China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan),and covered 133 ST,most of which were of ST3 type.eBURST software was used and 17 groups and 94 singletons were found.Software STRUCTURE analysis showed that the appropriate subset number of clinical V.parahaemolyticus strains in Asia was 7,and that the average distance between samples in each subgroup was 0.9113.Conclusion Clinical V.parahaemolyticus strains in Asia show high diversity and can be subdivided into seven subgroups.ST3 type is dominating when multilocus sequence typing(MLST)is used and pST2 type is the majority by AA-MLST typing.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the application value of serum bile acid in diagnosing intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP).MethodsThe clinical data of 92 prepartal patients with ICP was analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into observation group ( ＞ 40 μ mol/L ) and control group ( ≤40 μ mol/L) with 46 cases each according to serum bile acid level.The nccurrence time of skin pruritus,jaundice degree,serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and degree of polluted amniotic fluid of two groups were observed and compared.ResultsThe occurrence of skin pruritus in observation group was earlier than that in control group [(29.1 ± 3.4) weeks vs.(33.9 ± 3.2) weeks,P＜0.05 ] ;the cases with severe jaundice,ALT ＞ 100 U/L,AST ＞ 100 U/L and amniotic fluid contamination Ⅲ degree in observation group were more than control group [27 cases vs.15 cases,28 cases vs.20 cases,28 cases vs.18 cases,23 cases vs.15 cases,P＜ 0.01 or ＜ 0.05].ConclusionsSerum bile acid,as a sensitive indicator to assess TCP,has important value in determining the condition of pregnant women and prognosis analysis,and it can reflect the occurrence possibility of bad perinatal outcomes.

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of normal saline flushing and heparinized saline flushing in invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring in the critical patients. Methods A total of 140 critical patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 70 cases in each group according to the envelope method. The experimental group used normal saline for tube flushing, the control group used heparinized saline (5 U/ml) for tube flushing. The incidence of complications and coagulation index were compared between two groups. Results There was no statistically difference in the incidence of the catheter jam and local infection (P>0.05). The incidence of bleeding events was 14.3% (10/70) in the control group, which was higher than 2.9% (2/70) of the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.466, P<0.05). The activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time of the control group were (32.22 ± 4.22) s, (11.56 ± 2.12) s, which were longer than (29.84 ± 3.64) s, (10.66 ± 1.48) s of the experimental group. And international normalized ratio of the control group was 1.12±0.14, which was higher than 1.03±0.20 of the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant (t values were-3.573,-2.912,-3.084, P <0.05). Conclusions The normal saline flushing liquid was more safer and reliable in the invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the understanding of quality status of Insulin injection and improvement of related standards. METHODS:The statutory methods of Insulin injection were adopted to test 32 batches of samples(including ap-pearance,identification,capacity,visible foreign matter,sterility and potency determination of biological method). Consulting specification of other similar products,RP-HPLC was conducted to determine the related impurities,content and phenol in sam-ples;HPSEC was conducted to determine the high molecular weight proteins and atomic absorption spectrophotometry was conduct-ed to determine the Zn content. RESULTS:Results of all the 32 batches of samples were qualified by the test of statutory methods. According to the method of other similar products,the determination result of A21 desamido insulin was 15.6%-39.2% and general-ly greater than 5.0%, which was the highest limit of similar products;insulin was 93.2%-102.7%;protein polymer was 0.5%-0.6%;phenol was 2.34-2.51 mg/ml and Zn was 12.3-14.8 μg/100 U. CONCLUSIONS:The statutory specification of Insulin injection is short of many key specification items such as impurities and content determination;the contents of protein polymer, phenol and Zn were in good control;the contents of A21 desamido insulin are generally high,and stability of insulin main peak is relatively poor.

Objective To analyze factors affecting quality of life (QOL)in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB),and provide reference for improving QOL of patients. Methods The MOS 36-item short form health sur-vey (SF-36)was adopted to survey QOL of patients with CHB,Morisky medication adherence scale was used to measure patients'adherence to medication,factors affecting QOL of patients with CHB were analyzed. Results Of 357 CHB patients,271(75.91% )were married,107(29.97% )received college or above education,163(45.66% ) patients'average household monthly income were ￥ 2000-￥ 5000,138(38.66% )patients'family members were also with CHB,198 (55.46% )patients smoked,150 (42.02% )drank. The average score of CHB patients' adherence to medication was (2.15±1.29). Factors affecting QOL in patients with CHB were age,education level, duration of disease,whether or not hospitalized,whether or not drink,as well as adherence to medication. Age, drink,and duration of hepatitis B,and previous hospitalization were negative factors affecting QOL in patients with CHB,education level and adherence to medication were positive factors affecting QOL in patients with CHB. Conclusion Strengthening CHB patients'understanding on disease and improving their medication adherence can help them to improve QOL.
