Based on the translational research measurement and backtracking model put forward in this paper,it takes the new drug approved to enter into the market by American FDA from 2006-2015 as the fundamental data to measure the knowledge relations among new drug products-core patent-scientific paper-fund assistance, and puts forward the policies and suggestions for promoting innovation of pharmaceutical products in China.
2.Influence of gonadal hormones on the proliferation of lymphocytes in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and the related mechanism
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(07):-
Objective:To study the influence of gonadal hormones on the function of lymphocytes of SLE patients through detecting the expression of estrogen receptor alpha(ER?) and the function of peripheral blood lymphocytes of SLE patients. Methods:Blood samples of 33 SLE patients and 31 normal controls were collected.Estradiol(E2) and testosterone (T) concentration in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA,the proliferating reaction of T lymphocyte stimulated by ConA were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay and the expression of estrogen receptor alpha(ER?)mRNA of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs),T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes were detected by RT-PCR.Results:Compared with normal control, the stimulating index of T lymphocyte proliferation decreased(P

Modern Chinese course in the Third Military Medical University adhered to post com-petency oriented function for curriculum. It simplified, merged and enhanced the traditional Chinese teach-ing content, to help students to establish a standardized use of language awareness, and establish a sense of cultural identity, which helped medical students learn and appreciate literary works from all countries and famous narrative medical text, improved their moral sentiments, and aroused their empathy and empathy for the response. Under the guidance of the basic theory of spoken language, scientific, systematic, strict oral expression skills and effective doctor-patient communication skills training were carried out for medical stu-dents, so as to cultivate medical students' humanistic spirit and the scientific spirit.

Yiling HUANG ; Dan LIAO ; Xiaoli TANG
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(1):49-51
The literature courses in military medical university have two main difficulties:fuzzy teaching purpose and single teaching forms. To tackle the two difficulties, firstly, the literature courses should have specific aim which includes medical characteristics and practicality. Secondly, the teachers should choose reasonable materials and adopt effective teaching forms and then better teaching effect can be obtained.

The patients-oriented wisdom medical service system has gradually come into being with the arrival of big data time and the rapid development of medical technologies.Wisdom medical treatment is still at its initial stage in China. However, certain achievements have been made in some cities, and its development model has transited to the models of emerging medical information service, remote intervention, home service and HMO from traditional wisdom medical treatment cloud and medical treatment on Internet of Things. The standards and specifications, application of technologies, and cooperation in patients-oriented wisdom medical service system were described in this paper in order to further promote its development.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2003;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of embolization in severe hemorrhagic cystitis(HC) following allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Methods Six patients undergoing allogeneic stem cell transplantation developed severe HC with a median onset time of 33 days after transplantation. All these patients had been resistant to conservative managements and received the treatment of selective embolization of bilateral internal iliac arteries. Results Eight times of embolizations were performed for 6 patients. The HC was cured in 4 patients and the HC improved in 1 patient, yielding a response rate of 83 %.One patient didn't respond to this measure. For the patients with response, macroscopic hematuria disappeared 7 to 10 days after the treatments and microscopic hematuria vanished 20 to 30 days after the intervention therapy. Both procedures were tolerated well and no severe adverse effects were observed. Conclusions Selective embolization of internal iliac arteries seems to be a safe and effective treatment for severe HC.This measure can be proposed for patients undergoing refractory and persistent severe HC.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 1992;0(01):-
From Jan. 1985 to Feb. 1986, 180 patients with esophageal, carcinoma were entered into this study. All patients were inoperable or who refused operation. Because parts of the cases data were lost, the number of analysed cases was 137. All patients were followed for at least 5-year. Patients were randomly divided into four groups: A, control group (radiation alone with the dose of 55~65 Gy in 5~7 weeks) 32 patients. B, radiation plus ping yangmycin (10mg im, twice a week), 37 patients. C, radiation plus cisplatin (20mg, iv. twice a week) 40 patients.D, radiation plus both 28 patients. The 3-year survival rates were 15.6%, 21.6%, 42.5% and 39.3%, respectively. There were significantly differences between C and A or D and B groups, respectively (P
