3.A study on prospective memory in chronic primary insomnia
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2012;45(1):36-39
ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics and the pathogenetic mechanism of prospective memory in patients with chronic primary insomnia. Methods Forty-two patients with chronic primary insomnia and forty age, gender, education, and cultural level matched healthy adults were assessed with a battery of neuropsychological tests including event-based prospective memory (EBPM)and time-based prospective memory (TBPM) tasks.ResultsCompared with the healthy controls ( EBPM: 5.58 ± 0.35 ;TBPM: 4.10 ± 0.32),the patients with chronic primary insomnia had a significant loss in EBPM (3.44 ±0.40,t =3.933,P =0.000),but a insignificant impairment in TBPM (3.76 ± 0.29,t =0.787,P =0.433 ).The retrospective component of event-based prospective memory between the two groups had no significant difference ( t =1.308,P =0.195 ) ,neither did the retrospective component of time-based prospective memory ( Z =- 0.776,P =0.437 ).ConclusionThese results suggest that the patients with chronic primary insomnia have impairment in EBPM,but not in TBPM and the retrospective component of prospective memory.
4.Clinical analysis of 134 patients with ileocecal disease
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(15):2066-2068
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of ileocecal disease. Methods The general data, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, colonoscopy and pathological examination and diagnosis of 134 patients in our hospital with ileocecal disease from September 2009 to March 2016 were collected. The clinical characters were summarized by retrospective analysis. Results A total of 134 cases with ileocecal disease were collected, and 36(26.87%)of them were ileocecal cancer,30(22.39%)of them were inflammatory bowel disease,26(19.40%)of them were intestinal tuberculosis. The main clinical manifestations of ileocecal lesion were abdominal pain, abdominal distention, diarrhea, bloody stool, etc. The colonoscopy imaging showed mucosal hyperemia, edema, erosion, ulcer and tumors on the intestinal tract. The benign lesions mainly showed ulcer with mucosal erosion and edema, and the ileocecal cancer showed neoplasm.CT examination was the common imaging method, and 93(69.40%)cases got tested.49 cases had operation,in which 7 cases had misdiagnosed before operation, and the rate of misdiagnosis was 14.28%.Conclusion The ileocecal disease is mainly benign lesions, and the process of diagnosis is complex;the rate of misdiagnosis is a little high.
5.The Influence of Parental Rearing Styles of Medical Students with IAD on Their Mental Health
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Objective: To study whether parental rearing styles of medical students with IAD are related to their mental health, in order to provide foundation for the prevention and control of IAD. Method: Medical students in grade 1 to 4 in Chongqing Medical University were assessed with SCL-90, EMBU, Internet Addiction Disorder Test, and a compare analysis was made for IAD group and non-IAD group. Results: 6.49% subjects can be defined as IAD according to their testing scores of Internet Addiction Disorder Test. The results of EMBU demonstrated that students in IAD group got more punishment, negation and less care or understanding than those in non-IAD group. The results of SCL-90 demonstrated that IAD group got higher scores than non-IAD group. Parental rearing styles of medical students with IAD are related to their mental health. Conclusion: Medical students with IAD got more punishment, negation and less care or understanding, and have lower mental health than those with non-IAD. Negative parental rearing styles of medical students with IAD have bad effects on their development of normal mentality. Parents should pay more attention to their rearing styles.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(14):942-944
Pituitary adenoma, a benign intracranial tumor, is the third most common brain tumor, second only to glioma and me-ningioma. Pituitary adenoma has been defined as a benign tumor, but some pituitary adenomas can invade the surrounding tissue. This tumor is difficult to resect and can easily recur after surgery. RWD-containing sumoylation enhancer (RSUME) can stabilize the activity of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and inhibitor kappaB by the small ubiquitin-related modifiers. This phenomenon indicates the impor-tance of RSUME in pituitary adenoma because it promotes the invasiveness of the tumor. However, the correlation between RSUME and the invasion of pituitary adenoma remains unclear. In this study, the roles of RSUME on HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway and IκB/NF-κB compomers in the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma were reviewed.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(9):729-732
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD).MethodsRetrospective cross-sectional studies were conducted to examine the relationship between NAFLD and the severity of CAD. CAD was diagnosed by coronary angiography and NAFLD by type-B ultrasound.ResultsThe logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension, NAFLD, diabetes, smoking, and high level of γ-glutamyltransferase were risk factors of multiplevessel lesions and occlusion of CAD( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ) , and high levels of total cholesterol and alanine aminotransferase were risk factors of multiple-vessel lesions ( P<0. 05 or P<0.01 ) , family history was a risk factor of occlusion of CAD, whereas, high level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was an important protective factor of multiple-vessel lesions and occlusion of CAD ( P<0. 01 ). NAFLD was a dependent risk factor of multiple-vessel lesions and occlusion of CAD( P<0.05 or P<0. 01 ). ConclusionsNAFLD could be regarded as a main risk factor of the severity of CAD. Clinicians should pay more attention to the prevention and treatment of NAFLD in order to improve the outcome of CAD.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To investigate into the indications and related anatomic foundation of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS) creation by direct transcaval approach in patients with portal hypertension cirrhosis suffering unusual anatomy between the hepatic veins and portal bifurcation; and to evaluate the security, feasibility and clinical significance. Methods Direct transcaval approach TIPS were performed in 65 patients including active variceal bleeding (n=52), intractable ascites (n=12), and as a bridge to liver transplantation (n=1). Results Technical and functional success were achieved in all patients. The success rate was 100% without related complications including the technique and primary patency rate is obvious higher than classical TIPS. Conclusion In patients with unusual anatomy between the hepatic veins and portal bifurcation, and inaccessible or inadequate hepatic veins, transcaval TIPS creation is secure and feasible. The results suggest that the direct transcaval approach offering favorable primary patency because the shunt has a straight line in construction.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(05):-
Adoption of the board of directors system in a public hospital is conducive to straightening out its internal management system and enables its head to more effectively exercise his power of supervision while giving full play to his functions. In addition, when major issues are concerned, decision-making is more democratic and scientific, reducing disputes over trifles. The board of directors system may after all be accepted as an effective form of management.
