1.Discussion on the path of legal education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(4):367-370
The Socialist legal construction needs to strengthen the legal education. It is significant to seek for the path of legal education in order to enhance the actual effect of legal education. The path of legal cducation includes traditional education, utilitarian education, reasonable education, legitimate education and feeling education, etc. We can get a better actual effect of legal education if different paths of legal education (traditional education, utilitarian education, reasonable education, legitimate education and feeling education) can be integrated, infiltrated and complemented.

Objective To investigate the gene polymorphism of HLA-DR locus and feature of HLA haplotypes of Han Population in Tianjin area. Methods Reverse PCR-SSOP typing results of HLA-DR alleles of 3000 cord blood units from Han population pregnant women in Tianjin area were compared to those of European Caucasian and the Han populations in Xi’an area. Results DRB1 *15, allele presented the highest frequency, followed by DRB1 *09,DRB1 *07,DRB1 *12,and DRB1 *04.The main haplotypes were A *02-DRB1 *09,A *02-DRB1 *15,B *13-DRB1 *07,A *02-DRB1 *12,A *30-DRB1 *07 and B *46-DRB1 *09 in sequence. The frequencies of DRB1 *12 and DRB1 *09 alleles were significantly higher than in European Caucasian, while the frequencies of DRB1*01 and DRB1 *03 alleles were significantly lower than those in European Caucasian. As compared with that of the Han population in Xi’an,there was not significantly difference except a decrease in frequencies of DRB1 *04 and DRB1 *13 alleles. Conclusions Distribution of the allelic polymorphism of HLA-DR locus was similar to those in northern Han population, such as in Xi’an area, and it was obviously different from those in European Caucasian.

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To explore the influences of indoor and outdoor sources of air pollutants on NO 2 concentra tions in indoor air. Methods The dynamic variations of NO 2 concentrations in indoor and outdoor air were continuously monitered by ML 9841B chemiluminescence continuous monitoring analyzer in2families of White haven town of west Cumbrra,UK.Results During the period of indoor air monitoring, typical background concentrations of NO 2 in air in the center of White haven were between19and28?g /m 3 (10min-mean),and rose to38-47?g /m 3 (10min-mean)during the morning and evening rush of traffic.NO 2 concentration increased about 190?g /m 3 (10min-mean)after the use of a gas cooker in the kitchen A1-hour mean concentration of253?g /m 3 was recorded in the kitchen air of one of the houses, which substantially exceeded the NAQS standard of200?g /m 3 .Conclusion The increase of NO 2 concentration in kitchen air induced by the use of gas appliances played a more important role in influencing the indoor air quality than outdoor air did.

The tumorigenesis of breast cancer is a multistep process with many factors. The microRNAs (miRNA) participates in the development and distance metastasis of tumor by regulating proliferation, apoptosis and migration of tumor cells. The study of the mechanisms that miRNA impacting breast cancer cell proliferation and metastasis may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.

Oxidative damage theory is currently one of the predominant theories on the mechanisms of aging. Previous research has shown that antioxidants can extend the lifespan in the model organism by scavenging free radicals, inducing the expression of stress related genes and hormesis. However, recent studies have suggested that these pharmaceuticals may cause serious side effects, such as promoting oxidation, increasing the risk of cancer, and destroying the metabolic balance. The low absorption and targeting property also limit the efficiency of most antioxidants. As a result ,the correlation between antioxidants and lifespan extension remains to be demonstrated. We reviewed the research progress in the field of lifespan extension by antioxidants in recent years and provided references for future research in related areas.

OBJECTIVE To explore the pathogenesis of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)in urogenital tract infection and their susceptibility to antibiotics.METHODS Mycoplasma culture was carried out with the samples of 336 cases and then the susceptibility to 9 kinds of antibiotics was detected on positive samples.RESULTS From 336 cases 177 were infected with mycoplasma, the total positive rate was 52.7%,the positive rates of Uu,Mh and their mixed infection were 40.5%,2.4% and 9.8%,respectively.The positive rate of female was higher than of male(P

OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlations on hepatitis B virus(HBV)preS1-antigen(preS1-Ag)and HBV-DNA,HBV markers in patients with hepatitis B.METHODS The markers,preS1-Ag and HBV-DNA were determined by ELISA and PCR in 406 patients with hepatitis B and 80 healthy persons.RESULTS The positive rates of preS1-Ag in 160 patients with HBsAg(+)and HBeAg(+)were 84.4%.The positive rates of preS1-Ag in 246 patients with HBsAg(+)and HBeAg(-)were 42.3%;the difference between them was significant(?2=70.9,P

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
Objective:To synthesize substituted pyridine propynyl carbamates and to test their antimicrobial activities. Methods: Eight novel compounds were designed and synthesized. Antimicrobial tests in vitro were carried out with 8 common mildews (Aspergullus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus versicolor, Trichoderma viride, Paecilomium varioti Bainier, Chaetomium globsum, Penicillium citrinum, Cladochytrium clodospoium) and 5 bacteria (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus fluorescens, Bacillus megatherium). Results: All compounds synthesized showed antimicrobial activity, especially the compound 1f, whose activity was more potent than that of compound 3-iodo-2-propynyl-butyl-carbamate (IPBC). Conclusion: Compound 1f is worth further studying and exploration.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the adsorptive capacity of cross-linked agar entrapping attapulgite clay (CAA) capsule, a novel adsorbent for hemoperfusion. Methods We selected some drugs such as phenothiazines, methylene blue, and diazepam as the model components to test the adsorptive capacity of CAA in human blood in vitro by means of static stirred absorption experiment and repeated hemoperfusion. Results CAA was of strong adsorption for phenothiazines and methylene blue but of little effect on diazepam. The corresponding adsorptive mechanisms were also discussed here. Conclusion CAA could be used as a highly effective adsorbent for the cation drugs in human blood.
