4.Research progress in T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma
Journal of International Oncology 2012;(12):942-944
T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL),which is biologically similar to T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),and occurs most frequently in childhood and adolescence.T-LBL progresses fast. The treatment of LBL with conventional chemotherapy regimens for NHL has shown relatively low rates of complete remission and of disease-free survival. Now,it is reasonable to treat patients with LBL with the current ALL-type protocols, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may yield a more favorable overall survival (OS) in T-LBL patients, especial in relapsed or refractory LBL patients.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective This paper has discussed the antibacterial、 antiviral and degrading poison property of TiO2 nanometer spray in air cleaning. Methods Viable count was carried out, the inactivation on hepatitis B antigen (HbsAg) and the degradation of formaldehyde were detected. Results The results demonstrated that the inactivation to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli were over 99%. Bacillus subtilis var. niger, Candida albicans and hepatitis B antigen(HbsAg) were inactivated to a certain extent. The spray may be used for degrading the formaldehyde in the indoor air. Conclusions These two kinds of TiO 2 nanometer spray may, to a certain extent, inactivate the pathogenic bacteria and HbsAg, and may degrade formaldehyde.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
Addiction is gaining recognition as a leading cause of death, morbility and lost productivity. The urgent clinical and social need to do something about addiction promotes the development of addciton research. This paper reviews the main advances in this area in the latest thirty years, ranging from the initial targets of the major drugs of abuse, to the cAMP pathway in opiate tolerence and dependence and molecular and cellular mechanisms of addiction in VTA-NAc pathway.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser (RGDS) on proliferation and collagen synthesis stimulated by fibronectin (FN) and the influence on the expression of focal adhesion kinase of hepatic stellate cell (HSC), in order to provide a theoretical ground for its use in prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis in clinic. Methods The adhesion rates were determined by toluidine blue colorimetric assay. The effects of RGDS on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of HSC were assessed by ~3H-TdR and 3H-proline incorporation assays, respectively. The FAK mRNA of HSCs was determined by RT-PCR. Results RGDS was found to inhibit the rates of adhesion, while RGES has no such ability; ②The proliferation and collagen synthesis of HSC were inhibited by RGDS in dose and time-dependent manners; ③The expression of FAK in the (25, 50, 100mg/L) RGDS groups was significantly lower than that in the control group at mRNA level. Conclusions RGDS can inhibit proliferation and collagen synthesis of HSC, and these effects correlate with its anti-adhesion ability. Meanwhile the expression of FAK is also down-regulated significantly. As a signaling molecule, FAK may be involved in the effect of RGDS. This may be one of the underlying mechanisms of anti-fibrosis effect of RGDS.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(22):3124-3128
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of polyphenols from Juglans regia branch and evaluate its anti-oxidant activity in vitro. METHODS:Using extraction amount of polyphenols from J. regia branch as response value,solvent-solid ratio, extraction temperature and ethanol volume fraction as response factors, based on single factor test, response surface method was used to optimize the extraction technology of polyphenols from J. regia branch. Using vitamin C as positive control,scaveng-ing on hydroxyl radicals and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radicals and total reducing activities of polyphenols from J. re-gia branch were investigated. And its antioxidant activity in vitro was evaluated. RESULTS:Optimized extraction conditions for polyphenols from J. regia branch was as follow as solid-liquid ratio of 1:25(g/mL),extraction temperature of 50 ℃,ethanol vol-ume fraction of 70%. The extraction amount of polyphenols from J. regia branch was 9.30 mg/g(RSD=0.57%,n=3)in the veri-fication test. Clearance rate on hydroxyl radicals and DPPH radicals and total reducing activity of polyphenols from J. regia branch were respectively 50.24%,95.42%,1.118 when it was under the mass concentration of 12.0,3.0,3.0μg/mL;and the related data of vitamin C was 93.71%,46.17%,0.628 under the same mass concentration(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Extraction technology of polyphenols from J. regia branch optimized by response surface method is stable and feasible;polyphenols from J. regia branch shows certain antioxidant activity in vitro.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2008;28(6):649-52
In order to investigate the effect of vitamin A (VA) on the secretion of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in Mycoplasma Pneumoniae (MP)-induced A549 cells, A549 cells were co-cultured with MP for different time lengths and then the levels of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in the cell culture supernatants were detected before and after treatment with different concentrations of VA by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the level of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in the supernatants of MP-induced A549 cells was much higher than that in non-induced cells (P<0.01). After application of VA, IL-4 level was not increased until the concentration of VA was up to 0.5x10(-5) mol/L (P<0.01). However, with concentration of VA increased up to 1x10(-4) mol/L, IL-4 was significantly suppressed (P<0.01). It was concluded that MP could induce the secretion of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in A549 cells. VA could inhibit the secretion of IFN-gamma and increase the IL-4 level in MP-induced A549 cells. However, high concentration of VA had an inhibitory effect on the secretion of IL-4 as well as on the IFN-gamma. These data provided a theoretical basis for the application of VA in MP pneumonia in the clinical practice.
