Objective To investigate the practice effect of WeChat software on extended care for patients with anterior resection syndrome. Methods From August 2014 to August 2015, 50 patients with anterior resection syndrome were chosen as control group. From September 2015 to August 2016, 50 patients with anterior resection syndrome were chosen as experimental group. Patients in experimental group could use WeChat software independently. Control group got extended care by telephone, while experimental group was carried out through WeChat platform. They were followed up for 6 months. WeChat software offered patients professional guidance on evaluation and exercise methods of defecation function by video and text with some figures. The questions from patients were answered through WeChat software during followed up. Results The defecation function after 1 month of surgery for patients with excellent, good, average, poor was 15, 20, 12, 3 cases respectively in the experimental group, and 9, 15, 19, 7 cases respectively in the control group. The defecation function after 3 month of surgery for patients with excellent, good, average, poor was 19, 21, 8, 2 cases respectively in the experimental group, and 12, 18, 17, 3 cases respectively in the control group. The difference of the defecation function after 1,3 months of surgery were statistically significant (χ2=8.395, 8.251, P<0.05). But the difference of the defecation function after 6 months of surgery had no statistical significance (χ2=7.505, P>0.05). The compliance of medication, diet and rehabilitation exercise, regular review after 6 months of surgery for patients was (2.14 ± 0.72), (7.21 ± 1.63), (11.20 ± 0.63), (5.04 ± 0.78) points respectively in the experimental group, and (1.37 ± 0.58), (5.72 ± 1.32),(9.75 ± 1.56),(4.72 ± 0.43)points respectively in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=2.68-5.75, P< 0.01).Conclusion WeChat software can improve defecation function and treatment compliance, thus greatly improve the quality of life of patients with mid-low rectal cancer.

β- N-Acetyl- D-glucosaminidase ( NAGase, EC3.2.1.52) is a composition of the chitinases and cooperates with endo-chitinase and exo-chitinase to disintegrate chitin into N-acetylglucosamine. Pacific White Shrimp (P. vannamei) NAGase is involved in digestion and molting processes. Some pollutants in seawater affect the enzyme activity causing loss of the biological function of the enzyme, which affects the exuviating shell and threatens the survival of the animal. The effects of acetic anhydride on the enzyme activity for the hydrolysis of pNP-NAG have been studied. The results show that acetic anhydride can lead to reversible non-competitive inhibition at appropriate concentrations, and the IC50 is estimated to be 9.0 mmol/L. The equilibrium constants have been determined for acetic anhydride binding with the enzyme and/or the enzymesubstrate complexes. Inhibition kinetics of acetic anhydride on the enzyme has been studied using the kinetic method of the substrate reaction. The results suggest that at pH 6.2, the action of acetic anhydride on the enzyme is first quick equilibrium binding and then slow inhibition. The microscopic rate constants have been determined for inhibition and reactivation. The results show that k + 0 is much larger than k - 0, indicating the enzyme is completely inactivated at sufficiently large modificator concentration.

A special solid phase micro extraction ( SPME ) fibre was successfully attained by coating with a special adsorptive material on a porous stainless steel support. And the porous stainless steel support was prepared by electrochemical corrosion for the first time. The optimized erosion condition in this research was as follows: the current intensity of 30 mA, the stainless steel was etched in 2 mol/L hydrochloride solution for 1 min, then sonicated for 3 min; these procedures repeated 5 times. Meanwhile, the treated fiber coated 35 times in the sorbent solution with concentration of 5% ( m/V) in dichloromethane. The SPME fibre was applied to the analysis of gutter oil samples, and the performance of the SPME fibre for the headspace solid phase micro extraction of the exogenous impurities in gutter oil was specific, durable, stable and low-cost. The four detected trace level characteristic impurities in certain gutter oil were given as follows:42 . 7 mg/kg for acetic acid, 21. 6 mg/kg 3-butenenitrile, 71. 8 mg/kg carbon disulfide and 2. 8 mg/kg allylisothiocyanate.

[Objective]To investigate the relationship of baseline antimullerian hormone(AMH)and live birth rate of IVF/ICSI and further explore the prognostic effect of AMH on live birth rate.[Methods]All non-polycystic ovary patients who underwent their first embryo transfers in our unit and had basal serum AMH evaluated between 2010 and 2015 were evaluated in this retrospective study. Patients were grouped according to their AMH level,i.e. low AMH group with AMH less than 1.1 ng/mL(n = 485),middle AMH group with AMH between 1.1 ng/mL and 7.0 ng/mL (n = 1 989),and high AMH group with AMH higher than 7.0 ng/mL (n=468). For age subgroup analysis, patients were stratified as follow:group A(age≤29 years),group B(30~34 years),group C(35~39 years)and group D(over 40 years). We compared clinical outcomes between AMH groups in different age groups usingunivariate and multivariate analysis. ROC analysis was utilized to assess predictive value of AMH on live birth rate.[Results](1)In both fresh and frozen embryo transfers, baseline AMH was significantly related to clinical outcomes. The lower AMH was,the lower implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, and live birth rate. However, higher miscarriage rate was observed. All difference reached statistically significant.(2)In age subgroup analysis,we demonstrated AMH was related to live birth rate in patients in group A,B, and C,regardless of fresh or frozen embryo transferred. In those over 40 years,AMH was related to live birth rate in frozen cycles (P < 0.05)but not fresh cycles(P = 0.092). The further multivariate analysis confirmed the above results after controlling po?tential confounding variables.(3)The AUC of ROC analysis for AMH predicting live birth rate were 0.647,0.633 for fresh and fro?zen cycles respectively.[Conclusion]Baseline AMH as one of excellent ovarian reserve markers ,was significantly related to live birth rate in fresh or frozen cycles. Baseline AMH was an independent prognostic factor of live birth rate, but its predictive value on live birth rate was of limited clinical value.

Objective To investigate the effects of 17?-estradiol (E2) on the gene expression of typeⅠA bone morphogenetic protein receptor (BMPR-ⅠA) and core-binding factor alpha 1 (Cbf?1) in rat bone marrow stromal cells exposed to the differentiation medium and to elucidate the effects of E2 on osteoblastogenesis. Methods Adherent bone marrow stromal cells were cultured in differentiation medium containing DEX (10 -7 mol/L), 1,25-(OH)2D3 (10 -9 mol/L) and different concentrations of E2. Effects of different concentrations of E2 on the gene expression of BMPR-ⅠA and Cbf?1 was quantified by RT-PCR based on the comparison with an internal reference, ?-actin expression, and identified by Northern blotting. Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of cells was detected. Contents of type Ⅰ collagen were determined by Van Gieson staining. Results E2 could evidently inhibit the expression of BMPR-ⅠA and Cbf?1 mRNA during the differentiation process of bone marrow stromal cells into osteoblasts in a dose-dependent manner. These were confirmed by Northern blotting. The ALP activity increased in a concentration-dependent manner, but the amount of type Ⅰ collagen decreased in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion E2 can significantly inhibit the gene expression of BMPR-ⅠA and Cbf?1 in bone marrow stromal cells and inhibit osteoblastogenesis in vitro.
