1.Observation of myrtol combined with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate in the treatment of pediatric acute suppurative otitis media

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effectof Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media in children. METHODS Totally 120 cases of pediatric acute suppurative otitis media were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 and randomly divided into four groups, treated with Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate, Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium, Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate, or Cefazolin Sodium, respectively. The effect and adverse reactions of the 4 groups were studied and compared. RESULTS There was no significant differences in age, sex, and average course of disease among the four groups. In Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate group, the clinical efficacy is better than that of the other three groups (P<0.05).There was no difference between Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium group and the Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate group(P>0.05), and both of them are better than cefazolin sodium group(P<0.05). For the disappearance time of symptoms, including earache, hearing loss, fever and tympanic hyperaemia, Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate treatment was shorter than the other three groups (P<0.05). There was no significant differences among the three groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Pentahydrate Sodium treatment was superior to the other three protocols in clinical efficacy for children with acute suppurative otitis media , and does do not increase the risk of safety.

Small ubiquitin-like modifiers(SUMO) are ubiquitin-related proteins that can be covalently conjugated to cellular target proteins.Frequently,this modification has a key role in regulating the activities of those targets and,hence,their cellular functions.Researches show that some oncoproteins,tumor suppressors,DNA repair proteins and cyclins are target proteins of SUMO modification and the altered expression of some enzymes related to SUMO conjugation occurs in some neoplasm.It is indicated that sumoylation is important in tumor origination,development and metastasis.

5.Software design of network communication system for medical video under embedded platform

6.Study on Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction Technology for Total Flavonoids from Tibetan Scindapsus aureus by Response Surface Method

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of total flavonoids from Tibetan Scindapsus aureu. METHODS:The single-factor test was adopted to investigate the effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,the vol-ume fraction of ethanol,the ratio of liquid to solid and power on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Tibetan Scindapsus au-reu in the process of ultrasonic-assisted extraction,based on which,four-factor and five-level Box-Behnken central component de-sign was performed with unchanged ultrasonic power,and then response surface method was adopted to analyze the effects of the 4 factors and their interaction on the extraction rate of total flavonoids to determine the optimal factor and level,and verification tests were conducted.RESULTS:The optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology was as follows as extraction time of 29 min,tem-perature of 44 ℃,volume fraction of ethanol of 78%,ratio of liquid to solid of 13∶1(ml/g). In three verification tests,the aver-age extraction rate of total flavonoids was 2.130%,with an relative error of 0.005% compared to the theoretical value. CONCLU-SIONS:The optimal technology is reasonable and feasible,and can be used for theultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Tibetan Scindapsus aureu.

With the development of imaging technique and molecular biological technique,researchers all over the world have made a great many of studies on the mechanism and treatment of lymphatic metastasis.The discovery of lymphatic endothelial cell-specific markers make it clear to distinguish lymphatic endotheliocyte.The application of new techniques such as immunohistochemical method and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) can study the lymphatic metastasis from the genetic and molecular level.The application of molecular imaging and nanoparticles could provide new detection methods and therapies.The establishment of animal models offers a solid foundation for experimental study.
