Objective To study the efficiency of oral ferric ammonium citrate solution as a negative gastrointestinal contrast agent on magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). Methods Sixty subjects were divided into two groups at random. Routine MRCP were performed directly for one group, and routine MRCP were performed after oral ferric ammonium citrate solution for another gruop. Contrast effect was evaluated on the basis of signal intensity in the stomach and duodenum at MRCP. 2.Effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule in treatment patients of cataract with proliferative diabetic retinopathy

Objective To discuss effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule in in treatment patients of cataract with proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 60 cases of cataract patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected,according to random number table method divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30).The patients in both groups were given basic medical treatment of diabetes,the patients in observation group were treated with Xueshuantong capsule before cataract surgery,continue treatment for three months.The total effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups,the results of fundus fluorescein angiography and macular thickness before and after treatment were compared,comparison the levels of VEGF in the aqueous humor of the two groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the number of hemangiomas in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05),the area of exudation was significantly smaller than that of the control group (P<0.05),the macular thickness of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the VEGF content in aqueous humor was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong capsule can significantly improve the retinopathy of cataract patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy,has a significant effect on decreasing VEGF concentration in aqueous humor and reducing macular edema .
3.Clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with leuprorelin treatment on mild endometriosis and infertility and fertility function of patients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with leuprolide on patients with mild endometriosis and infertility and effects on fertility function of patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with mild endometriosis and infertility in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30). The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery, the observation group was treated with leuprorelin treatment, and the levels of FSH, E2, luteinizing hormone and PROG were tested by automatic biochemical analyzer between two groups before and after treatment, the pregnancy rate as assessment of reproductive function in patients. Clinical curative effect and effect on fertility of 2 groups were compared. Results Levels of FSH, E2, LH and PROG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) in 3 months after treatment, and the pregnancy rates in the observation group after 1 months, 2 months and 3 months were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Laparoscopy combined with Leuprolide for mild endometriosis and infertility in patients has ideal effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
4.NGF participates in the airway inflammation of asthmatic mice

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of nerve growth factor(NGF)on the airway inflammation of asthmatic mice.Methods Male SD rats(n=24)were randomly divided into the control group(group A),the asthmatic group(group B),the anti-NGF group(group C),8 mice in each group.The total cell count and classified count of cells in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were performed.The pathological changes of the lung tissues were detected by HE staining.The concentrations of IL-4,IFN-? and NGF in BALF were measured by ELISA.The mRNA expression of IL-4,IFN-? and NGF in the lung tissues were detected by RT-PCR.Results Compared with the group A,not only the number of the total cells and classified cells in BALF significantly increased(P0.05).Conclusion NGF may play a key role in the formation of airway inflammation in the asthmatic rats by promoting the secretion of Th2 cytokines.
5.Corrected TIMI frame count after coronary intervention as a predictor of myocardial tissue perfusion in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To study the probability of evaluating myocardial tissue perfusion by corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC) after successful percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Sixty-three patients with their first acute myocardial infarction (AMI) who accepted primary coronary intervention were recruited. All these patients got TIMI 3 grade flow. CTFC was measured after successful PCI in these patients. Wall Motion Score Index (WMSI) assessed by two-dimensional echocardiography before and one month after PCI and the correlation studied between CTFC and WMSI. Results According to CTFC the patients were divided into two groups. Improvement of WMSI in the TIMI 3 fast group was significantly greater than that of the TIMI 3 slow group. CTFC had a significant correlation with the change in WMSI. Elapsed time from the onset of symptoms to reperfusion in the TIMI slow group was significantly longer than that of the TIMI fast group. Conclusion CTFC is a quantitative, and reproducible index of coronary blood flow. Lower CTFC is associated with greater functional recovery and could supply evidence for additional adjunctive treatment.

7.Effect of Different Compatibilities of Shuangxia Soup on Extraction Yield of Trigonelline and Uracil

This article was aimed to study the effect of pinellia combined with prunella vulgarisin of different ratios on the extraction yield of trigonellin and uracil, in order to investigate the changing disciplines and reasonable com-bination of Shuangxia Soup. A Welch Ultimate AQ-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used in the study. The mobile phase, consisting of solvent A (water) and solvent B (acetonitrile) was programmed as a linear gradi-ent. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. And the detection wavelength was 265 nm. The column temperature was 25℃. HPLC was used in the determination of extraction yield of trigonellin and uracil for the comparison among different compatibilities. The results showed that the linearity was achieved in the range of 0.872-4.36 ng for trigonelline, and 10.8-50.4 ng for uracil. The average recoveries were 96.53%-101.48%, with RSD of 0.18%-4.26%. Com-pared with pinellia, the extraction yield of trigonelline was reduced and the extraction yield of uracil was increased after the compatibility. It was concluded that different compatibilities of Shuangxia Soup had effects on the extrac-tion yield of trigonelline and uracil. The best compatibility ratio still requires in-depth study.

Objective To compare the effects of snfentanil and fentanyl combined anesthesia on stress responses in pediatric patients undergoing surgical repair of congenital heart defect with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) .Methods Twenty-four pediatric patients aged 2-6 yr undergoing surgical repair of congenital heart defect were randomized into 2 groups (n=12 each): sufentanil combined anesthesia group (group S) and fetanyl combined anesthesia group (group F). The patients were premedicated with intramuscular morphine 0.2 mg/kg, scopolamine 0.01 mg/kg and ketamine 5 mg/kg. Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.1 mg/kg and snfentanil 0.7 μg/kg (in group S) or fentanyl 5 μg/kg (in group F). Tracheal intubation was facilitated with vecuronium 0.15 mg/kg. 9.Determination of 8 Residual Organic Solvents in Spironolactone by Capillary GC

Objective:To establish a determination method for 8 residual organic solvents in spironolactone by capillary GC. Methods:The determination of methanol, ethanol, acetone and tetrahydrofuran in spironolactone dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide was carried out on a DB-624 column. The inlet temperature was 200℃ and the FID detector temperature was 250℃. The constant pressure was 2. 5psi. The column temperature was raised by program. The vial temperature was 85℃ and the time was 30min. The determination of triethylamine, pyridine, N,N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide in spironolactone dissolved in chloroform was carried out on an HP-1 column. The inlet temperature was 220℃ and the FID detector temperature was 250℃. The column temperature was raised by program. The flow rate of carrier gas was 3. 0ml·min-1. Results: All peaks could be separated from each other with promising resolution. The linearity of the eight solvents was fairly good(r > 0. 999). The average recovery ranged from 90. 9%-94. 3% with RSD of 1. 1%-3. 3% (n = 9). The limit of detection for methanol, ethanol, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, triethylamine, pyridine, N,N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide was 0. 60, 0. 67, 0. 20, 0. 15, 0. 64, 0. 36, 0. 89 and 0. 82 μg · ml-1 , respectively. Conclusion: The methods can be applied in the determination of 8 residual organic solvents in spironolactone.
10.Analyze on the infection of human papilloma virus among gynecology clinical cases

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of HPV among gynecology clinical cases and provide scientific support for control and prevention of squamous cell carcinoma .Methods Clinical cases with symptom of increased vaginal secretions and obscure vaginal bleeding and cases diagnosed with cervical squamous cell carcinoma or vaginitis and cervicitis were collected as ob-jectives for HPV testing .Samples were collected by maternity doctors for HPV DNA testing by using the reverse hybrid membrane technology gene chip .All data were analyzed by chi-square test and trend analysis(Z) method .Results 24 .64% of the 4 347 cases were positive for 23 kinds of HPV subtypes .Of the 23 subtypes ,the leading four detection rates were 16th ,43th ,58th and 52th sub-types ,which were 8 .10% (352/4 347) ,3 .93% ,3 .52% and 3 .31% respectively ,and shown significant higher than that of the other 19 subtypes .The detection rates of 6th ,11th ,18th ,33th and 56th subtypes were between 1% to 3% ,whereas the rates of other 14 subtypes were lower than 1% .The detection rates of all the age groups were between 16 .00% ~36 .72% ,and rose with the age in-creasing(Z=3 .32 ,P<0 .01) .The detection rate was the highest in symptoms of increased vaginal secretions and obscure vaginal bleeding ,accounted for 30 .76% (334/1 086) ,secondly in those of increased vaginal secretions ,obscure vaginal bleeding and men-strual were between 20 .68% and 25 .59% .All the 80 cervical squamous cell carcinoma cases were detected HPV ,97 .5% (20/80)of them were high-risk HPV type .The single infection was the most common infection in cervical squamous cell carcinoma cases ,Ac-counted for 75 .5% (60/80)of the total ,and 25% (20/80)of them were multiple infections with 2 to subtypes ,and 70% (56/80) of them were infected with 16th subtypes ,and only2 .5% of them were low-risk type(2/80) .The detection rate of inflammatory disea-ses was 4 .75% (958/3 871) ,and the detection rates were higher in cases of cervicitis and vaginitis and cervicitis complications (be-tween 23 .03% to 28 .38% ) than that of vulvitis (16 .81% )(χ2 >3 .83/6 .63 ,P< 0 .05/0 .01) .Conclusion The detection rate of 16th subtypes HPV was the highest for gynecology clinical cases ,secondly were the 43th ,58th and 52th subtypes .The detection rate of HPV was the highest in symptoms of increased vaginal secretions ,obscure vaginal bleeding and vaginitis .The detection rate rose with the age increasing .It was concluded that elderly cases with increased vaginal secretions ,obscure vaginal bleeding and vagi-nitis were the biggest targets for control and prevention of HPV and cervical squamous cell carcinoma .
