Objective To study the treatment of pancreatic injury accompanied with nervous injury. Methods 22 patients were divided into three groups. They were treated with different method and comparable in the duration of hospital stay, the time of nervous function recovery to normal, placement time of catheterization tube, complications and change of sera albumin. Results The duration of hospital stay were significantly shortened in combined therapy group patients than in control group. Combined therapy can promote recover of nervous function, reduce time to conserve catheterization tube. Reduce complications of pancreatic injury with accompanied nervous injury by combined treatment with somatostatin and growth hormone, it also can increase protein synthesis, correct hypoalbuminemia and reduce complication. Conclusions In combination of somatostatin and growth hormone early used to treat pancreatic trauma accompanied with nerves injure has valuable to heal pancreatic injure and recover the nervous function.

International experiences can provide evidences for general practitioners ( GPs) system building in China. The paper reviews the development of GP systems from several typical countries of different insurance sys-tems, including national health care systems, commercial medical insurance systems, and social medical insurance systems, etc. The factors that influence GPs systems are analyzed. It is found that the control force of health security system on health system, the control force of specialists on health system, the incentive mechanism of general prac-tice, and the development of general medicine influence the establishment of GPs systems. Finally, this paper pro-vide several policy implications:First, in order to meet the needs of public health, a GPs system with Chinese char-acteristics should be established;Second, the core values of general medicine should be promoted to provide public support for the establishment of a GPs system;Third, a sound incentive mechanism should be established for the de-velopment of a GPs system to improve the status of general practitioners;Fourth, the division of general practitioners and specialists should be promoted to improve the development of general medicine.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(24):3400-3402
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for content determination of bavachin and bakuchiol in Psoralea corylifolia.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Shim-Pack VP-ODS column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 246 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the sample size was 10 μL.RESULTS:The linear ranges of bavachin and bakuchiol were 48.9-489 ng(r=0.999 8),784-7 840 ng(r=0.999 9).RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.0%.Average recoveries ranged 95.30%-99.63% (RSD=1.45%,n=9),96.89%-100.82% (RSD=1.36%,n=9).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate, stable and reproducible, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of bavachin and bakuchiol in P corylifolia.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1993;0(02):-
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of r egional wall motion abnormality(RWMA) on cardiac anatomic structure with coronary artery disease (CAD) and to recognize serious degree of the disease by echocardiography. MethodsA total of 125 cases was observed. There were 63 patients in CAD group (41 cases with general CAD,7 cases with acute myocardial infarction and 15 cases with old myocardial infarction). All the patients had undergone respectively CABG,PTCA and stent, coronary angiography or radionuclide scan for confirmation. There were 62 cases in normal control group. Using 2D echocardiography, stand short and long axis images of left ventricle(LV) were chosen. Displayed RWMA to compose the centripetal disharmonized motion with whole-wall of LV,and the discentripetal contradiction motion. M mode for continuous scan was to detect the typical characterisitic of RWMA. ResultsSingle-occurring RWMA from 43 cases ( 68.2 %) in 63 cases with CAD was displayed, while multiple-occurring RWMA from another 20 cases ( 31.8 %) was displayed(P

Military Medical Sciences 2015;(2):150-153,159
The right ventricle owns a complex geometry chamber and a special anatomical structure , which makes it dif-ficult to precisely assess its function .Right ventricular function has been found to be important in the development of cardi -ovascular diseases .This review summarizes recent progress in the characteristics and elevation of right heart function .

Objective To explore the influential factors of hospital management teaching and to apply new plans to improve quality of teaching. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 94 students majored in health management in Xuzhou Medical College to investigate student' learning behavior as well as contents, applying value, procedures, and teaching effects of the course. Data was put in by Epidata 3.02, described and analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Continous variables were ana-lyzed by t test and classified variables were analyzed by X2 test. Results 25.6%(24/94) students were not interested in this course. 61.7%(58/94) students thought that the course was highly correlated with profession. 56.4%(53/94) students thought that the course was valuable. 35.1%(33/94) students thought that the course was not good in combining theory with practice in teaching. 19.1%(18/94) stu-dents thought that the course was deficient in interactive teaching and teaching methods. 62.8%(59/94) students were satisfied with the teaching effect. Conclusions Main influential factors of hospital man-agement teaching are learning interest, curriculum evaluation and teaching evaluation. To improve quality of hospital management teaching, it is necessary to communicate the importance of the course and to apply new teaching plans to arouse the interests of students.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:To observe the effect of “One Coat Bond” on the interface between amalgam restoration and cavity wall used in bonded amalgam restoration(BAR).Methods:Dentin cavities were made on 15 healthy human premolars extracted for orthodontics therapy. The teeth were divided into 3 groups with 5 in each group. In group A compressive air was used to dry the cavities(dry adhesion) whereas in group B absorbent cotton was used (wet adhesion). Then the cavity walls in the two groups were treated with the “One Coat Bond”, the cavities were filled with freshly prepared amalgam before adhesive concrete. In group C cavities were filled directly with amalgam without treatment of cavity walls. Morphology of amalgam restoration/“One Coat Bond” adhesive/dentin cavity wall interface was observed under SEM, thickness of adhesive and width of space between amalgam restoration and cavity wall was measured. Results:Average width(?m) of space between restoration and cavity wall was 4.82 in group A, 0 in group B and 11.33 in group C(P0.05).Conclusion:“One Coat Bond” adhesive can significantly improve the compactness between amalgam and cavity wall.
