Objective To investigate the effect of Ras protein on the delayed myocardial protection of Lovastatin preconditioning in the ischemic and reperfused rat hearts.Methods 24 Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly and evenly divided into three groups,model control group,N group and Lovastatin group.Lovastatin group was treated with 15mg Lovastatin per a kilogram once a day,N group treated with the same dose of Lovastatin with Lovastatin group and L-NAME 30mg per a kilogram once a day.Rat models of I/R were established with coronary occlusion 30 minutes and reperfusion 30 minutes of the left anterior descending artery after two-week's administration.The expression of Ras-GTPase protein in the heart tissue was determined and myocardial apoptosis was detected in all groups.Results The number of TUNEL positive myocardial nuclei in L group was remarkably reduced,compared with C group(t=2.32,P＜0.05).Ras-GTPase protein in the heart tissue was significantly inhibited in the L and N group,compared with C group(t=2.25,P＜0.05).Conclusion Lovastatin may have the delayed protective effect on the ischemie and reperfused rat heart,which effect may be correlated with inhibition of RasGTPase protein during the period of ischemia and reperfusion.Its protective effect was not correlated with NO.

Objective To explore the effect of early intervention on myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) expression of white matterin neonatal rats with cerebral brain injury caused by intrauterine infection. Methods 17 days or 18 days pregnant Wistar rats were consecutivelyinjected with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) intraperitoneally. 100 neonatal rats born from LPS group were randomly divided into interventiongroup and non-intervention group with 50 in each group. Another 10 pregnant rats were injected with normal saline, 50 neonatal rats born from the the normal saline group were taken as control group. The intervention group received early intervention and rehabilitationtraining. All the groups underwent hanging test and modified BBB test on the 14th, 21st and 28th day. 6 rats in each group were tested by immunohistochemicalstaining to observe the MAG expression in white matter on the 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th day. Results The scores of hangingtest and modified BBB test were significantly higher in the control group than in the LPS group (P<0.01), and higher in the interventiongroup than in the non-intervention group (P<0.01). The expression of MAG was higher in LPS group than in the control group (P<0.01), innon-intervention group than in the intervention group (P<0.01). Conclusion Early intervention and rehabilitation training can improve themotor function in rats with brain injury and reduce the expression of MAG.

Carcinoembryonic antigen-related adhesion molecules (CEACAMs) belong to the immunoglobulin superfamily.Related studies show that CEACAMs play critical roles in the occurrence and development,and are closely related to the prognosis of lung cancer.Recently,it has made some progresses in the studies by using monoclonal antibodies,single domain antibodies,RNA interference,gene knockout and other technical means targeting different epitopes of CEACAMs in lung cancer,suggesting CEACAMs may become new diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets of lung cancer.

Obesity and related comorbidities have become serious health threats all over the world. Bariatric surgery has been shown to be an effective method for severe obesity in both the short and long term. Patients experience significant and sustained weight loss after bariatric surgery. Moreover, the preexist obesity associated comorbidities have been improved or resolved in most patients. A series of clinical researches have demonstrated the safety and validity of bariatric surgery. The clinical applications of surgery therapy provide an alternative for obesity and related comorbidities.

This study is based on the requirements of the construction of applied undergraduate colleges and development of excellent doctor education training pilot project of the ministry of education. The situation of higher medical education and the requirement of health career development are analyzed. The medical talents training mode of three oriented which is taking the post competency of medical students as the frame is constructed. This paper expounds the background proposed by training mode from the internal drive, external drive and project boosting. With the national education policy as the basis, the theoretical basis of the international advanced education teaching idea, theory and standard is explained. The connotation of the training mode is revealed by the humanistic quality education, professional quality training and physical and psychological quality cultivating. The evaluation strategy of clinical medical per-sonnel training standards, index system, the implementation approach and evaluation methods which have certain feasibility and timeliness is established.

Objective To evaluate the values of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcino-ma. Methods A total of 73 patients with renal cystic lesions were included in this study. The image features of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination were analysed. All of patients underwent surgical treatment and had patholog-ical results. The diagnostic values of the ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were analyzed by evaluating the im-age features of cystic renal cell carcinoma. Results There were 64 cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma, 9 cases of benign cyst. With ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound,irregular shape, thickness wall, solid ingredients, divisions and more blood flow signals were found in cystic renal cell carcinoma. Renal cyst showed regular shape, few solid component and thin separation and inconspicuous blood flow signals. In contrast-enhanced ultrasound, cystic renal cancer contrast agent appear-ing time was (15.13±4.21)s, and reached the peak time (23.42±5.68)s, fade time was (28.42±4.27)s. The enhanced mode for fast in and fast out was found in 22 cases (34.3%), fast in and slow out in 30 cases (46.8%), slow in and fast out in 2 cases (3.2%), slow in and slow out in 4 cases (6.4%), and synchronously in and out in 6 cases (9.3%). The hyper-enhancement was found in 42 cases (65.6%), the iso-enhancement and hypo-enhancement in 22 cases (34.4%). In renal cyst, There were three cases out of contrast filling. In other 6 cases, the contrast agent appearing time was (16.67±2.73)s, the peak time was (25.83±3.06)s and fade time was (34.17±4.26)s. The enhanced mode for fast in and fast out was found in 1 case (16.7%), fast in and slow out in 1 case (16.7%) and synchronously in and out in 4 cases (66.6%). The hyper-enhancement was found in 2 cases (33.3%), the iso-enhancement and hypo-enhancement in 4 cases (66.7%). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predic-tive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of ultrasound were 85.9%, 66.7%, 94.8%, 40.0%and 83.6%. The sensitiv-ity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound were 92.2%, 77.8%, 96.7%, 58.3%and 90.4%. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can be used in benign and malignan-cy identification of renal cystic lesion.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the characteristics and regularities of cardiac damage induced by metranidazole,and pro-vide reference for clinical safe application. METHODS:In retrospective study,58 cases of cardiac damage caused by metranidazole in Henan ADR Monitoring Center for Drug from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2015 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:In 58 cases of cardiac damage induced by metranidazole,25 cases were male,33 were female,the ratio of male to female was 0.76∶1,the patients with ADR/ADE aged 15-64 years (74.14%),most were intravenous administration (79.31%) and happened within 30 min (70.69%), cardiac damage mainly manifested as palpitation,severe cases can cause tachycardia and arrhythmia,the ADR improved or cured af-ter withdrawal or symptomatic treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Clinic should strengthen observation of ADR/ADE caused by metranida-zole,especially the monitoring of cardiac toxicity reactions;pharmaceutical manufacturers should improve the drug instructions to in-sure the safety of clinical medication.

Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma (SRCC) and renal angiomyolipoma (AML) with minimal fat.Methods The images and data of conventional ultrasound (US) and CEUS were retrospectively reviewed in 47 cases of small renal cell carcinoma and 8 cases of AML with minimal fat (d ＜ 30mm),which were confirmed by operation and pathologicall study,including 39 males and 16 females.The mean age of the patients was (54.8 ± 9.8) years old,ranged from 31 to 73 years old.The size,echo,boundary and color flow signals of renal lesions were observed by conventional US.Then the modality and phases of enhancement were observed,including the arrival time,the peak time,the washout time and the appearance of internal structures.Results On contrast-enhanced sonography,fast wash-in and wash-off were observed in most of SRCC,while slow wash-off were observed in most of RAML with minimal fat.The statistically significant differences were found between SRCC and RAML with minimal fat in the values of TFP (time a to peak) and PI (peak-intensity).The occurrence of round pseudo-capsule and contrast-enhancement characteristics in SRCC was far more often than RAML with minimal fat.Conclusions Contrast-enhanced sonography combined with time-intensity analysis provides more useful information for the diagnosis of SRCC and AML with minimal fat.

Objective[WT5”BZ] To evaluate the role of radionuclide 99m Tc EHIDA for hepatobiliary imaging in rats with orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) [WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] Male SD rats were divided into 2 groups: normal controls (NL, n =10)and normal rats with OLT (NL OLT, n =8). Dynamic scintigraphy using single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) was used for hepatobiliary imaging. [WT5”HZ] Results[WT5”BZ] The time of peak activity (t max ) and half peak activity(t 1/2 ) in the liver and intestine (GI) imaging time (min) in NL and 6 uncomplicated NL OLT rats were 3 05?0 31 vs. 3 63?0 65 ( P 0 05), respectively. The time active curves and imaging of NL OLT rats were similar to that in NL rats.The t max and t 1/2 in the liver, GI imaging time and the time active curves in 2 complicated NL OLT rats were significantly different compared with that of NL rats. Radionuclide leak occurred in 1 NL OLT rat.[WT5”HZ] Conclusions [WT5”BZ] Radionuclide 99m Tc EHIDA effectively monitors both structural and functional changes of the liver graft. [WT5”HZ]

Objective To set up the method of estimation of age for Chinese girls at the age of 11-16 years according to their characteristic of radiographic changes in articulations of bone. Methods The samples of the X-ray photograph were come out of 6 articulations of humeri, cubiti, manus, coaxe, genus and ankle from 150 girls, ranging in age from 11-16 years old, in Henan province, North of China. The radiographic characteristics of osteoepiphysis at these joints were observed carefully and classified. The data were analyzed with the SPSS package. Result Regression equation was made for radiographic determine of age for Chinese girls at the age of 11-16 years. Conclusion The equation can be used for forensic practice about the determine of age.
