Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of HA1077 on bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) promoting wound healing. Methods (1) In vitro study: rats' BMSCs were har-vested and divided into three groups randomly, ie, control group, induction group and HA1077 group. In control group, culture medium was DMEM with 10% fetal bovine serum. In induction group, induction medium was DMEM which consisted of 10% FBS, 8μg/ml EGF and epithelium culture condition medi-um. In HA1077 group, culture condition medium was the induction medium pins 10 μmol/L HA1077. At day 7 after replanting, CK19 expression, PCNA expression and cell cycle among three groups were clarified by flow cytometry. (2) In vivo study: rabbit's BMSCs were isolated. Six pieces of full skin loss wound were created on the back of a rabbit, with three pieces of wound on the half side of back. The wound was round and 3 cm in diameter. Eight New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, ie, control group (Group A), EGF control group (Group B), BMSCs group (Group C) and BMSCs + HA1077 group (Group D). Wounds were treated by normal saline in Group A and by EGF (50 U/cm2) in Group B. Besides EGF,1 ml of BMSCs suspension (2 × 106/ml) was used for wound re-pair in Group C. 0.5 ml HAIO77(20 μmol/L), BMSCs and EGF were used together for wound repair in GronpD. At days3, 7and 14 after injury, wound elosuroindex (WCI) was calculated. Results In vitro study:the positive rate of CK19 in the HA1077 group was (40.31±0.82)%, higher than (11.13±2.14)% in the induction group(P < 0.01). The PCNA positive rate and the S phase, cell quantity in HA1077 group were also higher than that in the induction group. In vivo study: WCI was (86.20±1.92) % in Group D at day 14 after injury, obviously higher than that in other three groups. Conclusions HA1077 can promote BMSCs' entering into S phase, expressing PCNA and differentiating and expressing CK19. In vivo combination of HA1077 with BMSCs may facilitate wound healing.

Objective Through a survey of medical students in autonomous learning, to understand students' learning motivation and learning strategies and find out the existing problems, and to provide the basis for the school to organize autonomous learning and improve the teaching quality. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to extract 1 500 students' autonomous learning scale who were freshman and sophomore, junior students and 1 467 valid questionnaires were collected. According to the corresponding research situation of Zhejiang Normal University, SPSS 19.0 was used to compare the different types of students in the school, and the t test or q test were also done. Results The situation of college students' autonomous learning was better. The girl's average score was (312.51 ±14.03) which was higher than the boys in the school (286.16 ±13.69)and the girls in the control group (302.67 ±10.37). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average total score of the junior college students (307.92 ±13.84) was better than that of freshman and sophomore (P<0.05), which suggested that junior students had the strongest independent learning ability. Conclusion Colleges and universities should be based on the actual situation of students and formulate corresponding policies and measures from the autonomous learning motivation, the boys dor-mitory management, to ensure the stability of teaching quality improvement.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To observe the effects of active immunization with a synthesized repetitive peptides in the extracellular loops of Na/Ca exchanger(NCX)?1 on cardiac structure and function in rats. Methods:A repetitive peptide of 124 HNFTAGDLGPSTIVGSAAFNMF145 was synthesized, which was in line with the extracellular loops of Na/Ca exchanger(NCX)?1.Healthly male Wistar rats of 2 month age were immunized actively with the synthesized peptide as antigen repeated for 12 weeks. The control group was given Freund's adjuvant only.Specific antibodies were detected by ELISA.The cardiac function was observed by Langendorff isolated heart-perfusing assay and the hearts were prepared for routine histological evaluation. Results:All rats immunized with the peptide developed highly positive autoimmunities, indicated by the antibody titers. After 12 weeks of peptide inoculation, the cardiac functioning indexes including LVSP-LVDP,+dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax increased much more significantly in immunized group than in control.Histological evaluation showed that the myofilaments of the control group arranged regularly and densely with better continuity, whereas the myofilaments of the immunized group were lined with disorder. Some of those were ruptured. The interstitial lymphocyte infiltration was observed. Conclusion:The results indicate that long term immunization with the synthesized repeatitive peptide in line with the extracellular parts of Na/Ca exchanger(NCX)?1 can enhance both systolic and diastolic function of rat heart, but it can also induce injury in the heart structure. This may relate with an increase of myocardial oxygen consumption owing to a long time and continued excitement of membrane ion transporters as well as their active effect in heart contraction to a larger extent.
