1.Basis and clinical research of 125 I seed implantation for curing nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2014;(9):659-661
Radiotherapy is an important means for curing nasopharyngeal carcinoma at present.Howev-er,how to handle the focus residual, relapse and metastasis after the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is still a hot potato.125 I seed implantation is regarded as a member of the comprehensive therapies. Its feasibili-ty for curing such cancer has already been confirmed in the experimental research of the cytology and zoology, and it has been applied in the focus residual, relapse and metastasis after the radiotherapy.Furthermore, its clinical therapy effect has been acknowledged.
2.Therapeutic progression of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(2):134-137
Although radiotherapy is still the preferred treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the curative effect is satisfactory at present, but it is hard to avoid the recurrence in a part of patients after active treatment. The therapies for patients with recurrence have certein difficulty. In recent years, the salvage treatments such as modern radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery for the patients with recurrence are used and the clinical effects are accepted.
3.Recent progress of electrical stimulation in children with voiding dysfunction
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(2):174-176
Children with voiding dysfunction is common in clinic. The traditional conservative treatment of voiding dysfunction in children can obtain good therapeutic effect, but there are some children with voiding dysfunction refractory to conservative treatment.Electrical stimulation provides an effective new treatment for children with voiding dysfunction refractory to traditional conservative treatment. This paper describes the application of electrical stimulation in children with voiding dysfunction. It maybe provide the pediatric urologists with a new idea about the treatment for voiding dysfunction.

Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(2):123-126
In the therapeutic application of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma ( HNSCC),S-1 is used to combine with other chemotherapeutics or even with radiotherapy to constitute chemoradiotherapy regimens.Adverse effects are well tolerated.Regimens containing S-1 are wildly used to control distant metastasis as well as local recurrence. The studies of treatment also show good application value.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(5):359-362
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of post - renal acute renal failure (ARF)induced by Ceftriaxone in children. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases of post - renal acute renal failure in children from June 2012 to June 2014 induced by Ceftriaxone were analyzed. According to the changes in urine volume, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and serum potassium level, liquid therapy, retrograde ureteral catheterization (RUC)and peritoneal dialysis was performed by step sequential therapy respectively. Results Seven cases were given intravenous Ceftriaxone under the fluid loss state. Abdominal pain, sudden anuria or oliguria appeared in the children af-ter 2. 6 d on the average,B ultrasonography and CT scanning showed multiple calculus in the bilateral renal pelvis and ureteral calculi. Blood BUN was 15. 2 - 37. 9 mmol/ L[(23. 3 ± 8. 6)mmol/ L],and blood Cr was 180 - 636 μmol/ L [(378. 9 ± 148. 4)μmol/ L]. These indicators met the diagnostic criteria for acute renal failure. In 7 cases,2 cases (28. 6% )received fluid therapy of sodium bicarbonate alkalization and anisodamine spasmolytic,4 cases(57. 1% )re-ceived fluid therapy and RUC,and 1 case(14. 3% )underwent fluid therapy and RUC and peritoneal dialysis. All of 7 cases(100% )were alive. In the average 4. 4 days renal function of 7 cases was returned to normal, and urine volume and electrolyte were also restored. Conclusions Step sequential therapy including fluid therapy,RUC and peritoneal dialysis is effective with post - renal ARF in children induced by Ceftriaxone.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(11):836-838
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) regulate target genes expression in the post-transcriptional levels. There are many kinds of differential expressions of miRNA in head and neck cancer, and the miRNA participate in a series of important biological processes such as cell development, proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and etc.miRNAs is expected to become an effective means for the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck cancer.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2009;40(3):209-212
Aim: To study the antitumor activities of the constituents of Cephalotaxus fortunei distributed in Guizhou province. Methods: The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified by physical and spectral analysis. Meanwhile, the anti-tumor activities of some compounds were evaluated by sulforhodamine B( SRB) and MTT assay. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), acetylcephalotaxine (Ⅲ), chrysoeriol (Ⅳ), drupacine ( Ⅴ), 1-hentriacontanol ( Ⅵ), 7, 3', 4' -trihydroxyfla-vone (Ⅶ), sugiol ( Ⅷ), cephalotaxine (Ⅸ), wllsonine (Ⅹ), and hainanolide (Ⅺ), respectively. Biological screening results demonstrated that some of the tested compounds exhibited the antitumor activities in vitro. Conclusion: Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅵ-Ⅷ were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound Ⅺ has a better inhibitory activity on cell line A549 and K562 .

Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the curative effects of surgery combined with early radiotherapy and local injection of hormonal anti-scarring drugs in the treatment of keloid in head and neck region. METHODS 35 patients with keloid were treated with surgery(completely excised and sutured directly or treated with local skin flap).Radiotherapy was applied within 24 hours after operation.A total dose of 20 Gy was administered in ten fractions of 2 Gy every day. Patients who had recurrences were treated with local injection of hormonal anti-scarring drugs.RESULTS After operation, all the wounds were healed by first intention. After 1-4 year follow-up,25 cases(71.43%) were cured without relapse;10 cases(28.57%) showed partial remission. The rate of therapeutic effect was 100%.CONCLUSION Surgical removal combined with local radiation and local injection of hormonal anti-scarring drugs are one of the effective methods in treatment with keloid in head and neck region.

International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(11):774-777
Livin is a new and important member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein(IAPs)family.Livin is high expressed in most human tumor cells, involved in apoptosis inhibition and closely related with tumor development and progression.Studies found that through the down-regulation or inhibition of Livin expression and the induction specific antibodies of Livin could inhibi and kill tumor cells, which provided a new method for tumors'diagnosis, cell and gene targeted therapy.
