Objective To establish an evaluation index system for access to ophthalmic surgery so as to standardize the access. Method Collect 14 ophthalmologists' recommendations on access criteria for ophthalmic surgery in two rounds of questionnaire survey by Delphi method. Results The return rate of rounds of consultation questionnaire was 93.33%, and the average expert authority coefficient was 0.78.Nine ophthalmic surgery access indicators were established. The coordination of expert coefficient was 0.521 after two consultation. It had significant difference ( P<0.01 ). Conclusion The ophthalmic surgery access indicator system is highly credible and allows quantitative assessment of ophthalmic surgery from various aspects. It is more demanding for ophthalmologist, and gets more involvement of patients in the evaluation of ophthalmic surgery access. It could contribute to scientific and rational decision-making on access for ophthalmic surgery.

Objective To survey the distribution and amibiotie resistance of bacterium isolated from hospitalized patients with hematolegical diseases. Methods Bacterial strains were isolated from patients with hematological disease.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was done by the method of minimum inhibitory concentration. Results A total of 56 bacterial strains were isolated from all kinds of specimens, including blood, phlegm and urine.14.3% were gram-positive and 85.7% were gram-negative bacterium.Escheriehia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa account for 21.4% of gram-negative bacterium, respectively.Detection rates of ESBLs in E.coli and K.pneumoniae were 75.0%(8/12)and 33.3%(2/6),respectively.Conclusion Our data may have great significance for the empirical use of antimicrobial agents in the treatment of infections in patients with hematological disease.

Objective:To investigate whether the lung specific X protein(LUNX)gene can serve as a prognostic biomarker for non-small cell lung cancer related to immune cell infiltration. Methods:A total of 280 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to Hengshui People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected to detect the expression of LUNX gene in cancer tissue and adjacent tissues, and to analyze the relationship between LUNX gene and immune cell infiltration and prognosis survival status in the tumor microenvironment. Results:Compared with adjacent tissues, the expression level and positive rate of LUNX gene in non-small cell lung cancer tissue were increased, which were related to differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and tumor staging(P<0.05).GEPIA database analysis showed that the LUNX gene was only slightly expressed or not expressed in other tissues, while its expression was elevated in LUAD and LUSC(P<0.05).The copy number of LUNX gene and LUNX gene were related to the level of immune cell infiltration(P<0.05).Survival analysis showed that high expression of the LUNX gene was associated with patient survival prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The LUNX gene is specifically expressed in non-small cell lung cancer tissue, affecting the level of immune cell infiltration in non-small cell lung cancer, leading to an imbalance in the immune microenvironment, and is an important mechanism for causing patients prognostic death, which can be used as a prognostic biomarker for evaluating immune cell infiltration.

Objective To investigate human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes in adult patients with plantar warts, and to explore their relationship with clinical features of adult plantar warts. Methods PCR,gene sequencing and TA-cloning technique were performed to detect HPV types in 221 patients with plantar warts.Meanwhile, clinical data were recorded, including patients' age, disease duration, symptoms and number of warts. Results Of 221 specimens,HPV DNA was detected in 215,with the HPV-positive rate being 97%.Single HPV infections were detected in 206 specimens (96%,206/215),among which,HPV types included HPV-27 (44.7%,92/206),-2 (12.1%,25/206),-57 (7.3%,15/206),-7 (Alpha genus;0.5%,1/206),-65 (Gamma genus;0.5%,1/206),-1 (33.5%,69/206) and-63 (Mu genus;1.5%,3/206).There were no significant differences in age, disease duration, number of warts, incidence of pain and gender among patients with HPV-27,-2 or-57 infections.Compared with patients with HPV-27 infection, patients with HPV-1 infection were more related to age ≤ 30 years, disease duration ≤ 1 year, number of warts ≤ 2 and high incidence of pain. Conclusion HPV-27,-2,-57 and-1 are the main types in adult patients with plantar warts, and HPV types are correlated with clinical features of adult plantar warts.
