Objective: Discuss different sterilization solution on the disinfection effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy forceps. Methods:To ethylene oxide sterilization, glutaraldehyde immersion disinfection and high pressure steam sterilization of three methods of fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy forceps disinfection sterilization rate, the contamination rate and use fixed number of year for effect comparison. Results: Qualification rate of epoxy ethane sterilizing method were higher than in glutaraldehyde soaking method and high pressure steam sterilization disinfection method, and the pollution rate is significantly lower than the other two groups, the service life of the equipment increase. Conclusion:Low-temperature ethylene oxide sterilization of fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy forceps sterilization effect is good, and the pollution rate is low, service life is longer.

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the general patterns and characteristics of ADRs to antibiotics and to guide rational drug use.METHODS：Using literature metrological method，1 230 cases developing drug adverse reactions to antibiotics,reported in Chinese literatures in the past 10 years,were analysed.RESULTS：ADRs to antibiotics of the 1 230 cases accounted for 46.19％ of all sorts of drug adverse reactions in the same time period.Among the antibiotics,β-lactam antibiotics were number one in kind(18 kinds),those happened most frequently were ampicillin(192 cases).The most frequent adverse reactions were damages to the skin and its appendages and the most serious reaction was anaphylactic shock,of which 76.15％ (83/109) was caused by β-lactams.Since the T cells are offen activated by drugs resulting in release of cytokines,which are the key to understand drug adverse reactions51.79％ (29/56)of renal dysfuncition was caused by aminoglycosis,therefore,attention should be paid to them.CONCLUSION：Attention to the rational use of antibiotics is essential,so as to reduce abuse use and damage to patients by irrational drug administration.

OBJECTIVE:To determine serum concentrations of phenbarbital(PB),phenytoin sodium(PHT),carbamazepine(CBZ)by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatograph(MEKC).METHODS:The determination was performed on elastic quartz column(37 cm?50 ?m)with barbital as internal standard.The buffer solution consisted of 10 mmol?L-1 phosphate sodium buffer-30 mmol?L-1 SDS sodium(micellar phase)-15% methanol at a constant voltage of 18 kV.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.RESULTS:The linear concentration ranges of PB and PHT were 2.5～80 ?g?mL-1,with detective concentration of 0.1 ?g?mL-1;the linear range and detective concentration of CBZ were 1～32 ?g?mL-1 and 0.2 ?g?mL-1,respectively.The average recoveries of the PB,PHT,and CBZ were 99.90%,99.91%,and 99.42%,respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and suitable for clinical monitoring of drug level and pharmaceutical study.

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of Rheum tanguticum on expression of serum endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), endothelin (ET) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-Keto-PGF1α) in uric acid nephropathy rat model. After 3 weeks of treatment with different extractions of Rheum tanguticum on uric acid nephropathy rat model, levels of serum BUN, Cr and UA were measured by biochemical analyzer. ELISA method was used to measure the expression of serum eNOS, ET and 6-Keto-PGF1α. Meanwhile, pathological changes of renal tissues were observed by light microscope. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the levels of serum BUN, Cr, UA and renal index were higher in the model group (P< 0.05). Compared with the model group, the concentration of eNOS in the model group was obviously higher in the rhubarb ethanol extraction group, rhubarb water extraction group, and allopurinol group (P< 0.05). Concentration of ET was obviously reduced in the rhubarb water extraction group and allopurinol group (P< 0.05). There was no statistical difference with the rhubarb ethanol extraction group. There was no significant difference in the concentration of 6-Keto-PGF1α among groups. Lots of inflammatory cells and uratic crystallization were observed by light microscope in renal tissues among rats in the model group. Damages of renal tissues in medication groups were alleviated than the model group. It was concluded that Rheum tanguticumcan alleviate the damage of uratic crystallization and inflammatory cell infiltration, increase the concentration of serum eNOS, and decrease the concentration of serum ET. Thus, it can reduce the damage of renal endothelial cells and protect renal functions. The effect of rhubarb ethanol extraction on reducing ET expression was less than the water extraction.

Objective:To explore blood pressure variability (BPV)characteristics in patients with sustained,masked hypertension (MH)and white coat hypertension (WCH).Methods:A total of 527 cases undergoing physical exami-nation in our hospital from Dec 2010 to Dec 2012 were treated as subjects.According to characteristics of blood pressure (BP),they were divided into sustained hypertension group (SH group,n= 143),MH group (n= 93), WCH group (n=86)and normal control group (NC group,n=205).CV (coefficient of variation)=BPV/mean BP.Results:BP-CV of MH group and SH group were significantly higher than that of NC group [24h systolic blood pressure (SBP)-CV: (27.73±5.36)% vs.(29.83±5.95)% vs.(17.93±4.85)%,24h diastolic blood pressure (DBP)-CV: (23.02±4.63)% vs.(22.69 ± 4.63)% vs.(14.32 ± 4.21)%,daytime (d)SBP-CV: (25.12 ± 4.79)% vs.(25.98±4.73)% vs.(14.97±4.29)%,dDBP-CV:(21.03±4.59)% vs.(20.92±4.53)% vs.(11.79 ±4.43)%,nighttime (n)SBP-CV: (21.52±4.93)% vs.(22.37±4.98)% vs.(11.57±4.19)%,nDBP-CV:(18.79±4.83)% vs.(20.09 ± 5.19)% vs.(6.98 ± 3.69)%],P < 0.01 all;however,there was no significant difference in BP-CV between WCH group and NC group,SH group and MH group (P >0.05).Conclusion:Blood pressure variability significantly rises in patients with sustained and masked hypertension,which may be one of main causes for severe target organ damage in these patients.

Objective: The reliability of multiple exposure technique in QA imaging was evaluated by combining IP plate of X-ray radiography and homemade QA verification plate. Methods: The QA verification films with different properties derived from placing the QA verification plate and the IP plate on corresponding location were compared with established traditional QA methods. Results: The data from verification films of light and radiation field overlapping derived from combining QA verification plate and IP plate were analyzed by eFilm software in 10cm×10cm radiation field. The results were similar with that of 3D water tank scanning, and were basically same with the analytical results collected from the PTW 2D-ARRAY729 matrix. Conclusion:Using described method in this paper, the result was accurate, the operation was easy, and the cost was low. This method was of good practicability.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of comparison of the pemetrexed combined with cisplatin and docetaxel of advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with advanced NSCLC were retrospectively analyzed.Fifty-two patients received pemetrexed combined with cisplatin (Group PC) (pemetrexed 500 mg/m2 intravenous drip in first day,cisplatin 75 mg/m2,intravenous drip in first day to third day,repeated every 21 days); Other 50 patients received the docetaxel combined with cisplatin (Group TP) (docetaxel 75 mg/m2 intravenous drip in first day,cisplatin 75 mg/m2 ntravenous drip in first day to third day,repeated every 21 days).The disease control rate (DCR),progress free survival,median survival time and 1 year survival rate were compared between two groups.Results The efficacy and side effects of all the patients could be evaluated.There was no case with complete remission,43 of partial remission,38 cases of stable and 21 cases of progress.No statistical significance were found between the two groups in DCR (80.8％ (42/52) vs.78.0％ (39/50)),progression-free survival (5.69 vs.4.71 months,P =0.334),median survival time (10.49 vs.10.48 months,P =0.851) and 1 year survival rate (32.0％ vs.24.0％,x2 =1.59,P =0.210).The most common toxicities were arrest of bone marrow and alimentary tract reactions.Pemetrexed could reduce the Leukopenia (P =0.010),the alopecia (P =0.004),the febrile (P =0.024) and tetter (P =0.048); but no significant difference was found in anaemia (P =0.873),thrombocytopenia (P =0.541),nausea and vomiting (P =0.114) and impaired liver function (P =0.403) and impaired renal function (P =0.541).Conclusion Pemetrexed and docetaxel combined with cisplatin for the treatment of advanced NSCLC have similar treatment effects,and the side effect of pemetrexed combined cisplatin is lower.
