Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-specific effects on vascular endothelial cells,by promoting endothelial cell proliferation,increased vascular permeability,to induce tumor angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis in tumor development has played key role.Studies have shown,VEGF and its receptor expression and the incidence of thyroid cancer,lymph node metastasis,prognosis,inhibition of VEGF and its receptor expression in anaplastic thyroid cancer and medullary cancer treatment in a certain application.

Objective:To investigate the value of the Holter monitoring in silent myocardial ischemia (SMI).Methods: Sixty-eight patients with silent myocardial ischemia had the Holter monitoring.Results:Sixty-eight cases were detected 263 times of the SMI, Among them 05:00-12:00 highest incidence occurs 156 times total, 52.88% of the total number; second highest incidence of the time period of 18:00-22:00, total occurred 97 times, the total number of of 32.88%; 22:00-05:00 totaling occurred 46 times, the total number of 15.59%. There are a total of 187 predisposing factors array times, 63.34% of the total number. Purpose:To study the expression of Epstein-Barr virus gene BARF1 in nasopharyngeal carc inoma cells, to uncover the mechanism and effects of Epstein-Barr virus in the pathogenesis of EBV related carcinomas, and to offer some experimental supports for the prevention and treatment of EBV related carcinomas Methods :After RNA extraction from nasopharyngeal carcinoma samples, RT-PCR was con ducted to amplify the EBV gene EB virus associated nuclear antigen-1 (EBNA1) an d the new gene Bam HI A open reading frame 1 (BARF1) Then the PCR products wer e electrophoresed by 2% agarose gel and the product bands were detected and phot ographed Results:Of the 13 samples, 11 were qualified for the RNA qualit y And all of the 11 NPC cases were EBNA1 positive, showing the EB virus infect ion in the carcinoma cells 9 of the 11 cases were BARF1 positive, the positive rate was nearly 82% Conclusions:The EB virus gene BARF1 was highly expressed in the NPC samples This implies t hat apart from the latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1), BARF1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of NPC The exact mechanisms of the BARF1 effects on the pathogenesis of NPC need to be studied further
7.Application of individualized psychological intervention in gastroscopy

Objective To investigate the role of individualized psychological intervention in gastroscopy.Methods 286 patients first underwent gastroscopy were randomly divided into the intervention and control groups,143 patients in each group. Individualized psychological intervention were provided for intervention group,and the patients of control group were just given routine nursing care. All the patients were measured by self rating anxiety scale (SAS) ,which were as measuring standards before and after intervention. At the same time,the blood pressure and heart rate were compared before and after intervention. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was observed to investigate the satisfaction of patients after operation. Results Compared with control group,anxiety rate and degree,blood pressure and heart rate in intervention group were lower( P < 0. 05 ). The test of VAS revealed that the satisfaction of patients in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Individualized psychological intervention could improve negative emotion and relieve anxiety and affliction of patients underwent gastroscopy, and the satisfaction degree for gastroscopy was improved.
8.A Study of Instantaneous Biological Effects of Blast Waves with High-speed Photography

The instantaneous changes of the body cavities under the impact of blast waves were studied in three dogs. The changes were recorded with the high-speed photography of three different speeds (563, 1526, and 6526 frames/second). It was demonstrated that there was an 11.7% reduction on average of the body cavities due to compression after 0.777 kg/cm2 of overpressure was received.In correlation with the authors' previous research work and with the relevant literature, it is believed that the 11.7% reduction is likely related to the severe pulmonary injury which is resulted from the abrupt disturbance of hemodynamics after blast wave impact.
9.Causes of increased corneal aspherical index following LASIK for myopia

Background Laser assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopia will change corneal asphericity and further affect the quality of vision.However,how operating parameters such as ablation depth and optic zone diameter affect corneal asphericity is still rarely reported.Objective Aim of this study was to investigate the influence of corneal ablation depth and optic zone diameter on corneal asphericity after LASIK for myopia.Methods This prospective study comprised 175 eyes of 89 patients with the spherical equivalent of (-5.93± 1.98)D and the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) ≥ 1.0.The flap creation with the femtosecond laser combine iris recognize guided LASIK was performed on the patients who were available for the evaluation at postoperative 6 months.Corneal aspherical index (Q value) at the central corneal 6.0 mm were measured with Orbscan IIz-corneal topography before and 6 months after operation.Corneal ablation depth and optic zone diameter were recorded in operation.The changes of visual acuity and spherical equivalent before and after surgery were compared by self-control method,and the correlations between corneal ablation depth or optic zone diameter with alteration of Q value (AQ) after LASIK were assessed using multiple regression analysis.Results The mean spherical power,cylinder diopter and spherical equivalent were (-5.57 ± 1.89) D,(-0.71 ±0.55) D and (-5.93 ± 1.98) D before surgery,and those after surgery were (-0.25 ±0.30),(-0.14±0.22)D and (-0.32±0.37)D,showing significant differences between before and 6 months after LASIK (t=-32.39,-23.91,-35.18,all at P<0.01).The Q values at the central corneal 6.0 mm were -0.13 ± 0.09 (-0.47-0.08) in preoperation and 1.09 ± 0.54 (0.22-2.51) in postoperation,with a significant increase in postoperation (t=29.37,P<0.01).Corneal ablation depth was (95±28) μm and optic zone diameter was (6.32±0.26)mm.Ablation depth appeared to be positive correlation with AQ (β =0.803),and optic zone diameter showed a negative correlation with AQ (β =-0.149),with a multiple regression formula AQ =1.517+0.015×ablation depth-0.3 ×optic zone diameter.Conclusions LASIK for myopia increase corneal Q value.The increase of corneal ablation depth and decrease of optic zone diameter contribute to enlargement of corneal Q value.
10.Efficacy of different duration of low-carbohydrate diet intervention on glycosylated hemoglobin in ;type 2 diabetes patients:a Meta analysis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different duration of low-carbohydrate diet (LCD) intervention on glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of LCD intervention in T2DM patients were collected in the databases such as MEDLINE, PubMed, OVID, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, China Scientific Journal Database by VIP, Wanfang database, et al.Data were analyzed by RevMan 5.3 version. Results Eight RCTs were included. The results of Meta-analysis indicated that the effects of lowering HbA1c by LCD intervention for three (Z=2.28, P<0.05) and six months (Z=14.99, P<0.01) were better than other diabetes diets, but there was no significant statistical difference between one (Z=0.65, P=0.51) and two years (Z=1.62, P=0.10). Conclusions Hypoglycemic effect of short-term LCD was better than other diabetes diets, but long-term effect was similar between them. LCD was a therapeutic diet suitable for T2DM patients.
