The effective running of the teaching quality supervision system in institutions of higher learning is closely connected with the efficiency of the teaching quality supervision,thus affecting whether the teaching quality can be guaranteed and promoted or not.The paper,based on the formation of the teaching quality supervision system in institutions of higher learning,probes into the problem of how to effectively run the supervision for the purpose of promotion of teaching quality in colleges and universities.

Objective To observe the improvement of Salmeterol fluticasone propionate and Tiotropium bromide for inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) with bronchial asthma patients.Methods 89 patients were randomly divided into the observation group with 46 cases and control group with 43 cases,both groups were given conventional therapy.The control group was given Salmeterol fluticasone propionate 50μg/500μg,twice a day;the observation group was given Tiotropium bromide 18μg, twice a day, based on the therapy of control group.The two groups were treated for 14 days,and then curative effect,score of SGRQ,pulmonary function and blood gas analysis index were evaluated, and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.1%,higher than that of the control group(68.6%) (Z=2.68,P<0.05);Compared with the control group after treatment,functional parameters[ FEV1 ( L) ,FEV1 (%) and FEV1/FVC(%) ] of the observation group increased significantly,and the observation group were all higher than that of the control group [(2.27 ±0.45) vs (1.92 ±0.36),(64.27 ±16.11) vs (53.64 ±15.55),(54.85 ±14.81) vs (45.33 ± 13.23)],the differences were all statistically significant(t=4.20,3.16,3.19,all P<0.05);PaO2 of the two groups patients were increased and PaCO2 were decreased,scores of SGRQ were decreased obviously,and the change of the observation group was obviously[(47.61 ±3.64) vs (49.34 ±4.23),(67.33 ±5.56) vs (63.66 ±5.21), (45.34 ±3.72) vs (50.65 ±4.16)],the difference was statistically significant(t =2.13,3.32,6.54,all P<0.05) .Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone propionate and Tiotropium bromide for inhalation can improve lung func-tional parameters and respiratory conditions of the parents with COPD and bronchial asthma obviously, reduce the score of SGRQ,curative effect is distinct,worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Objective To determine the endogenous metabolites in blood of rats with Xiaoqinglong Decoction Syndrome by using GC-MS;To provide evidence for researches on the essence of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Syndrome. Methods Totally 36 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group (10 rats), model group (13 rats), and Xiaoqinglong Decoction group (13 rats). Model group and Xiaoqinglong Decoction group were used to make the models of exogenous cold and internal fluid syndrome (Xiaoqinglong Decoction Syndrome). Rats in Xiaoqinglong Decoction group received gavage with Xiaoqinglong Decoction, while rats in blank control group received nothing. Blood of rats in the three groups was taken from the abdominal aorta and detected by GC-MS 15 days later, and analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis with PLS-DA. Results 13 kinds of biomarkers were found:lactic acid, 3-hydroxy-butyric acid, glycine, serine, lysine, dextrose, arachidonic acid and other metabolites. Conclusion Expressions of biomarkers, such as lactic acid and glycine, are energy metabolism, immune function, and inflammation, which provide material basis for researches on the essence of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Syndrome.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of X-linked agammaglobulinemia (XLA)in children,and to improve the early diagnostic rate.Methods The medical records of 11 children with XLA between Dec 2003 and Nov 2011 were reviewed.Results The smallest age of 11 cases with XLA presenting the first symptoms was 0.4 years old and the oldest age was 4 years old with a mean of 2.4 years old.The first diagnosis time was at the age of 3.5 to 13 years old,with a mean of 7 years old.The age at first diagnosis in 63.6％ ( 7/11 ) of patients was more than 7 years old.Two patients ( 18.2％ ) had the family history of the similar disease.Two patients were died from the infection and 1 patient was missed.The other 8 patients were survived.Respiratory infections occurred in 100％ of the 11 patients.54.5％ (6/11 )of the patients were suffered with otitis media and digestive infections were seen in 36.4％ (4/11 ) of the patients.The levels of lgA,IgM and IgG in the serum of the pauents were all decreased.The levels of IgG in the serum of 9 patients were less than 2 g/L and in the serum of the other 2 patients were less than 2.4 g/L.The levels of CD19 in the serum were all less than 1％ and an inversed ratio of CD4/CD8 was observed in 9 patients.Eight patients were diagnosed as XLA by gene detection.Conclusion The age presenting first symptoms in children with XLA in this study is earlier than the reported data and the age at first diagnosis is later.Respiratory infection is the most common manifestation.High prevalence of otitis media and digestive infections are common.The patients with XLA rarely have the family history.The early diagosis and long-term treatment with the intravenous immunoglobulin may improve the prognosis of XLA.

Objective To explore the changes of serum CRP and SAA in patients with comprehensive assessment COPD group,and correlation with lung function.Methods We selected 139 cases patients with COPD.According to the guide of GOLD 2015,the COPD patients were divided into group A (23 cases),group B (19 cases),group C (51 cases) and group D (46 cases).Analysis of the correlation between serum CRP and SAA level and injury severity of pulmonary function was perforined.Results Compared with group A,C,the group D had significance and had the highest level of serum CRP,SAA (P ＜ 0.05).Group B was higher than group C.The Lung function damage degree was negatively correlated with the level of CRP and SAA in patients with COPD (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The change of the concentration of serum CRP,SAA will contribute to the evaluation of patients with COPD and provide objective basis for the treatment and management of patients with COPD.Detection of CRP,SAA is helpful to evaluate the damage degree of lung function.

Objective: To develop and optimize a self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) formula for improving the dissolution of atorvastatin calcium.Methods: Solubility and pseudo-ternary phase diagram were used to select the suitable type and amount range of oil phase, surfactant and co-surfactant.D-optimal mixture design was used to optimize the formula of atorvastatin calcium SMEDDS.The morphology, particle size distribution and zeta potential of the microemulsion were determined by a dilution method.The in vitro drug release profiles of the marketed atorvastatin calcium tablets and the self-made SMEDDS were compared.Results: The formula of atorvastatin calcium SMEDDS was as follows: Capmul MCM as the oil phase, Labrasol as the surfactant and Transcutol P as the co-surfactant with the optimal weight ratio of 13.0∶43.5∶43.5.The self-made SMEDDS was a clear and transparent microemulsion solution with homogeneous small spheres as seen under a transmission electron microscope.The particle size, PdI and zeta potential of the self-made SMEDDS was (34.2±13.6) nm, (0.169±0.04) and (-21.1±1.3) mV, respectively.The in vitro release profile indicated that the accumulated release of the self-made SNEDDS reached up to nearly 100% in 45 min.Conclusion: The optimal formula of atorvastatin calcium SMEDDS optimized by D-optimal mixture design can improve the drug dissolution rate effectively.

Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of the quality of life in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods Ninety-eight breast cancer patients were evaluated by self-administered questionnaire and quality of life questionnaire for Chinese cancer patients with chemobiotherary (QLQ-CCC).The influencing factors of quality of life were analyzed.Results The total scores of QLQ-CCC improved significantly after chemotherapy compared with before chemotherapy (P ＜ 0.01),and the scores of physiological index,mind and psychological index,society index and other index improved significantly after chemotherapy compared with before chemotherapy (P ＜ 0.01 or ＜ 0.05).Age,clinical stage during chemotherapy and after chemotherapy had significant influence for the quality of life (P＜ 0.01).The level of culture had significant influence for the quality of life after chemotherapy (P＜ 0.01).Conclusions For breast cancer patients,the quality of life decline during chemotherapy.After chemotherapy,the quality of life in early stage patients is better than late stage patients.

Objective To evaluate the effects of extractive from Gastrodiae Rhizoma on acquisition, consolidation and retrieval of learning-memory function in mice;To provide some reference for clinical research and development of new drugs.Methods Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, positive control group and Gastrodia extractive group. Positive control group and Gastrodia extractive group were given gavage by using relevant medicine 0.2 mL/10 g, and the control group and model group were given gavage with the same amount of distilled water for 16 days. After receiving gavage for continuous 11 days, memory acquisition barrier model was induced by scopolamine;memory consolidation barrier model was induced by chloromycetin;memory retrieval barrier model was induced by EtOH. The learning-memory function was reviewed by escape latency and spatial search distance. The quadrant and distance search time percentage was detected through directional navigation test and spatial probe test in Morris water maze.Results Extractive from Gastrodia Rhizoma shortened the time for acquisition, consolidation and retrieval of learning memory about escape latency and spatial search distance (P<0.05,P<0.01), and the quadrant and distance search time percentage were prolonged (P<0.01).Conclusion Extractive from Gastrodia Rhizoa can effectively improve the acquisition, consolidation and retrieval of learning-memory function in mice.
