Background Orbital cavernous hemangiomas (OCH) is a common benign orbital tumor in adult,and accurate localization and diagnosis before operation supports the significant premise for surgical safety and success of tumor extraction.Objective This study was to research the clinical characteristics,preoperative diagnosis,the selection for different surgical approaches,therapeutic effectiveness and complication prevention of OCH.Methods The clinical data of 117 eyes of 117 patients with OCH who received surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The patients received surgery in Henan Eye Institute,Henan Eye Hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 and followed-up for 3 months to 5 years.The visual acuity,exophthalmos,ocular movement,orbital A/B ultrasound,color Doppler image,CT and MRI were examined before and after surgery.Results The primary clinical manifestations of OCH were gradual exophthalmos and impaired vision.The accordance rate of preoperative diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was 100％ in the group of patients.The surgical approachs included conjunctival approach in 52.14％ (61/117),lateral orbitectomy in 30.77％ (36/117),anterior approach in 16.24％ (19/117) and lateral combined with medial approach in 0.85％ (1/117).At the end of followed-up,visual acuity was significantly improved in 30.77％ (36/117),declined in 8.55％ (10/117) and unchanged in 60.68％ (71/117).Temporary complications after surgery were pupil dilatation in 14.53％ (17/117),emorrhoea in 1.71％ (2/117),ocular motility disorders in 16.24％ (19/117) and ptosis in 4.27％ (5/117).The permanent complications after operation were pupil dilatation in 2.56％ (3/117),visual loss in 0.85％ (1/117) and permanent abduction imitation in 0.85％ (1/117).Conclusions Accurate qualitative and site-specific diagnosis and correct choice of surgeries for OCH depend on clinical and iconographical examinations.Suitable surgical approach and operative skill are helpful to the therapeutic outcome and safety of OCH.

AIM To observe the effect of intra- venous injection of erythromycin (EM) on interdigestive migrating motor complex (MMC) and postprandial gastrointestinal contraction in conscious dogs, and to study its possible mechanism. METHODS Gastrointestinal contractile activity was recorded using low compliance capillary water per fusion manometric system. EM was administered intravenously during phase I and after meal, and blood samples were drawn for measuring plasma motilin concentra- tions. RESULTS ①Plasma motilin levels showed cyclical fluctuations in different phases of MMC, and plasma motilin reached peak during phaseⅢ and lowest during phase Ｉ. ②EM induced phase Ⅲ -like contractions in the antrum and duodenum, which was not accompanied by a peak in plasma motilin level. The optimum dose of EM for resulting in a premature phaseⅢ with the same characteristics as the spontaneously occurring phaseⅢ was established to be 0. 5 mg.kg-1. The dose of 10 mg.kg-1 EM induced gas- trointestinal continuous contractions and duodeno-gas-tric retrograde peristalsis which was associated with retching and vomiting. ③Atropine obviously inhibited EM-induced phase Ⅲ activity in the antrum and duodenum. GEM powerfully enhanced postprandial gastrointestinal contractile activity. CONCLUSIONS The results suggests that EM is a potent prokinetic agent. The mechanism is not related to the release of motilin, but may be mediated partially by cholinergic pathway.

Objective To observe the changes of electroencephalogram (EEG) signal during the resting state in adolescents with smoking addiction.Methods Spectral analysis during the resting state was used to observe and analyze the EEG signals between adolescents with smoking addiction (n=21) and nosmoking control group (n=21) by using Brain Vision Analyzer software.Results Compared with the nosmoking control group,adolescents with smoking addiction showed increased alpha band signals in 3 brain regions (including left-anterior,right-anterior and midline-anterior regions,P＜0.05),and decreased delta band signals in 3 brain regions (including right-posterior,midline-anterior and midline-posterior regions,P＜0.05).Moreover,the signals in these brain regions were positively correlated with pack-years (alpha band:left-anterior(r=0.648,P=0.003),right-anterior (r=0.629,P=0.004),midline-anterior (r=0.456,P=0.043);delta band:right-posterior (r=0.602,P =0.005),midline-anterior (r =0.533,P=0.019),midline-posterior (r=0.692,P=0.001))in adolescents with smoking addiction.Conclusion The changes of EEG signals during the resting state in adolescents with smoking addiction may be associated with cumulative effects of smoking.

Objective To investigate the change of the error positivity(Pe)of event-related poten-tial(ERP)under Flanker task in adolescents with smoking addiction. Method The signals of ERP during the Flanker task in fifteen adolescents with smoking addiction were compared with that of 15 non-smoking ad-olescents. Results The Pe amplitude in adolescents with smoking addiction((3.575±2.299)μV)was sig-nificantly lower than that of non-smokers((5.865 ± 4.290)μV)(F=5.324,P=0.029),and the reaction time of the Flanker task in smoking addiction adolescent group((440.754± 36.051)ms)was significantly higher than that in the control group((422.850±20.194)ms)(F=0.620,P<0.05).The Pe amplitude in ado-lescents with smoking addiction was positively correlated with smoking index(pack-years)(r=0.599,P=0.018). Conclusion The adolescents with smoking addiction may exit worse ability of error monitoring dur-ing the Flanker task.

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common pathological type of lung cancer, most NSCLC patients are at advanced stage at the time of diagnosis. For patients without sensitive driven-oncogene mutations, chemotherapy is still the main treatment at present, the overall prognosis is poor. Improving outcomes and obtaining long-term survival are the most urgent needs of patients with advanced NSCLC. In recent years, immunotherapy has developed rapidly. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), especially targeting programmed death-1 (PD-1)/programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), have made a breakthrough in the treatment of NSCLC, beneficial to patients' survival and changed the treatment pattern for NSCLC. It shows more and more important role in the treatment of NSCLC. Led by NSCLC expert committee of Chinese society of clinical oncology (CSCO), relevant experts in this field were organized. On the basis of referring to domestic and foreign literature, systematically evaluating the results of Chinese and foreign clinical trials, and combining the experiences of the experts, the experts group reached an agreement to develop this consensus. It will guide domestic counterparts for better application of ICIs to treat NSCLC.
