1.Accelerated partial breast irradiation for early breast cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(4):271-275
With a view to patterns of local recurrence after breast conserving surgery, whole breast irradiation(WBI) after surgery is controversial and partial-breast irradiation(PBI) came up. Many clinical trials related with accelerated partial-breast irradiation using a variety of radiotherapeutic techniques such as interstitial brachytherapy (IBT), MammoSite Radiation Therapy System, intraoperative radiotherapy(IORT), threedimensional conformal radiotherapy(3-DCRT)and intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) in selected patients have been carried out. Accelerated partial-breast irradiation that provides faster, more convenient treat-ment demonstrates local control rate and safety comparable to that of whole breast irradiation. Partial breast irradiation may be an alternative way to whole breast radiotherapy and will be one of the standard treatments in women with early breast cancer seeking breast conservation.
2.Discussion on Situation and Future of Traditional Chinese Medical Theory in the Debate of Brain or Heart Governing Mind
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2004;0(05):-
This article aims at discussing the situation and future of traditional Chinese medical theory. By comparing the differences of the concept and knowledge about mind between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine, the debate about the source and destination of "brain governing mind" and "heart governing mind" were analyzed and the meaning of mind was thoroughly explained. It is concluded that in the theory of TCM mind is the essence of life. To develop the theory of TCM, the eoncept of TCM terminology should be understood thoroughly; it should be neither misused nor applied mechanically. Only having a good and correct beginning, can the development of TCM theory and its guidance in clinic be achieved.
3.Influences of Dictionary of Occupation on the Career Development of Medical Representatives in China
China Pharmacist 2016;19(2):335-337
Objective:To analyze the profound influence of the Dictionary of Occupation on the career development of medical rep-resentatives in our country. Methods:The relationship of the Dictionary of Occupation and the career development of medical represent-atives was discussed, and then the influence of including the dictionary on medical representatives was analyzed. Results and Conclu-sion:The Dictionary of Occupation puts forward higher requests to the code of conduct, professional ability and professional ethics of medical representatives, which plays important roles in the career development of medical representatives. And as a professional stand-ard with clear definition and description, the Dictionary of Occupation also leads to the direction of sustainable and healthy development of medical representatives.
4.Hyperthyroidism-associated coronary spasm: A case of non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction with thyrotoxicosis
Journal of Geriatric Cardiology 2011;(4):258-259
Hyperthyroidism is associated with many heart diseases.Thyrotoxic state has a relationship with coronary spasm. We present a case of a non-menopausal woman with hyperthyroidism who complained of chest pain. The diagnosis of coronary spasm was confirmed by coronary angiography (CAG).She is treated well with anti-thyrotoxicosis and anti-anginal medication. We recommend not use CAG as the first diagnostic choice among the patients with medication-uncontrolled hyperthyroidism and chest pain.
5.The Effect of Modern Science and Technologies on Human Reproductive Behavior
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
With the development of modern medical science and technology, especially modern assisted reproductive technologies, the natural attribute of human reproductive behavior is being increasingly eliminated by its social attribute. The quantity and quality of reproduction have direct influence on the status of social existence and development, thus human have made more and more interfere in human reproductive behavior for social benefits by controlling the demand of childbearing, changing the manner of reproduction, and designing and choosing the result of childbearing. The interference is eliminating the connection of reproduction and sexes, and breaking the original stable social relation based on natural order. While the nature attribute of human reproductive behavior is being eliminated, the urgent problem facing modern people is how to rebuild the stability of social order.

Objective To improve the understanding of progressive pseudorheumatoid dysplasia (PPD). Methods The clinical and roentgeno graphic features of two patients with PPD diagnosed in our department were analysed, and the related literature was reviewed. Results The patients first experienced the osseous swelling in phalangeal joints of both hands in childhood, and progressively almost all joints were involved. The spine was also involved. By analyzing the clinical information of 53 cases, it was found that PPD involved both male and female similarly. The ages at onset of first symptoms, were from 1 to 10 years, and in seventy seven percent of patients the ages were 3 years to 5 years. Clinical features included progressive involvement of the major joints, including small joints of the hands, hips, knees, ankles, wrists and shoulders. Premature osteoarthritis developed in early adult life, and it was the major reason of disability. 38% of patients were short in stature. The roentgenographic features consisted of generalized platyspondyla with irregular delineation of the endplates of the vertebral bodies, varying degrees of epiphyseal involvement with enlargement of the large joints, metacarpal heads and phalanges, secondary degenerative arthritis with periarticular osteoporosis. The symptoms of PPD were similar to those of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), but differed from it by the Absence of synovitis and other inflammatory changes, and radiographically by the Absence of destructive changes and the presence of dysplastic bone changes. There was no specific treatment for cure. Conclusion PPD is a rare autosomal recessive skeletal disorder associated with WISP3 gene mutations. Its clinical features and typical roentgenographic features are helpful to the diagnosis.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of Survivin gene and biological characteristics in human esophageal carcinoma. Methods The expression of Survivin gene was detected in 62 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues and tumor-adjacent normal tissues by immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of Survivin expression in esophageal carcinomas was 79 0%,which was higher than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(6 5%,P0 05). The positive rate of Survivin expression in lymph node metastasis group (93 1%) was higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis (66 7%,P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the effects of inhibiting ubiquitin-proteasome pathway(UPP) on DNA synthesis and cell cycle in gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Methods The SGC-7901 cells were treated with MG-132, a specific inhibitor of UPP. The effect of MG-132 on cells DNA synthesis was assayed by 3 H-thymidine( 3H-TdR)incorporation. Cell cycle was analysed by flow cytometry(FCM). Results After treated with MG-132, DNA synthesis of SGC-7901 cells was significantly inhibited, the ratio of G 0/G 1 phase cells increased, and the ratio of G 2/M phase and S phase cells decreased. Conclusions MG-132 can significantly inhibit DNA synthesis of gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 and induce G 1 blocking. The data indicated that inhibiting UPP may be a new strategy to treat gastric cancer.

Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(11):827-829
Internal mammary nodes are part of the first stop of mammary gland lymphatic drainage. It plays an important role in the process of occurrence and development of breast cancer.Whether irradiation internal mammary nodes or not is still a larger controversy. At present, for the early stage patients, the efficacy of internal mammary lymph node irradiation is not clear. For the patients with positive axillary lymph nodes, inboard or central quadrant lesions, postoperative radiotherapy of internal mammary nodes has a certain value.
