1.Uncertainty Analysis on HPLC Method for the Determination of Baicalin in Qingkailing Injection

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the uncertainty involved in HPLC method for the determination Baicalin in Qingkai-ling injection. METHODS: Through establishing HPLC determination mathematical model, the factors affecting the uncertainty were deduced. Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated, from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty and confidence level were obtained. RESULTS: The combined uncertainty was 5.45?10-3, extended uncertainty was 0.01, and the determined content of Baicalin was (4.02?0.01) mg?mL-1. CONCLUSION: The established analytical method is applicable to the uncertainty analysis of HPLC method in the determination of drugs.
2.Animal experimental study on the intra-articular pressure change children with synoyitis of hip

Objective:To dynamically observe the change of intra-articular pressure of the hip by means of injecting 2‰Noradrenaline(NA)into the hip joint cavity,to study the effects of intra-articular pressure change on transient synovitis of hip(TSH).Methods:Fourty-eight dogs aged 2~3 months had been randomly divided into 12 groups,with four in each group All were injected 2‰NA into the hip joint an four assessments had been done.①The intra-articular pressure of hip was determined at different times.②99m TC-MDP triphasic imaging was used to observe the local blood supply of femoral head.③Pathological changes were observed to understand the disease course.④X-ray was adopted to exmine the hip.Result:Noradrenaline induced transient synovitis of hip,and synovitis resulted in the increase of intra-articular pressure of hip which was over 20mmHg and lowered to be normal with the inflammation fading away.Transient blood insufficiency was observed in femoral head,but with no putrescence.Conclusion:In transient synovitis of hip,synovitis resulted in the change of intra-articular pressure hip,which changed to be normal as the inflammation faded away;and the intra-articular pressure change would influence the blood supply in femoral head,and could canse transient blood insufficiency.
3.Comparison of the effects of ropivacaine and sufentanil alone or in combination with continuous subarachnoid block for labor analgesia

Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine and sufentanil alone or in combination with continuous subarachnoid block for labor analgesia.MethodsIn this experiment, 63 cases of spontaneous delivery of labor in First People's Hospital Jiande City from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the time of hospitalization.Each 21 cases.In the control group, 1 mg of ropivacaine was treated with 1 mg of ropivacaine (15 mg) and 5μL of sufentanil.The control group 1 was treated with 1% ropivacaine alone.The control group 2 was treated with 6μl of sufentanil.ResultsIn this experiment, the effect of subarachnoid analgesia was VAS score≤3 points, the experimental group was significantly faster than the control group 1, 2 (P<0.05), the first PCEA administration time is subarachnoid The effective duration of analgesia in the experimental group was statistically significant (P<0.05).In addition, VAS score was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the three groups.In addition, the three groups of maternal active period, the second labor time difference was not statistically significant.ConclusionCompared with the original single use of agents, ropivacaine and sufentanil continuous subarachnoid analgesia for labor analgesia had better effects on maternal effects on labor.

Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) are a family of proteolytic enzymes that degrade various components of the extracellular matrix (ECM).Both animal expodments and clinical sample analysis have shown that balance in expression and activation of MMP and inhibition by tissue inhibitors of matrix metallo-proteinase (TIMP)is critical for the development of stenotic change.This review article focuses on the role of MMP relevant to restenosis after vascular injury.
5.Stem cells transplantation in ischemic disease of lower extremity

Ischemic disease of lower extremity is a severe disease threatening human health.In the 21st century the stem cells transplantation is one of the most advanced technologies and has applied quickly to clinical therapy.The stem cells possess the potential differentiation capability and can differentiate into all kinds of tissue cells.We transplant stem cells from peripheral blood or bone marrow to isehemie appendicular muscle or obsructed vessal in order to make them differentiate into newborn blood capillary,improve and re-cover blood flow of lower limb and achieve the aim of treating lower limb ischemia.
6.Accelerated partial breast irradiation for early breast cancer

With a view to patterns of local recurrence after breast conserving surgery, whole breast irradiation(WBI) after surgery is controversial and partial-breast irradiation(PBI) came up. Many clinical trials related with accelerated partial-breast irradiation using a variety of radiotherapeutic techniques such as interstitial brachytherapy (IBT), MammoSite Radiation Therapy System, intraoperative radiotherapy(IORT), threedimensional conformal radiotherapy(3-DCRT)and intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) in selected patients have been carried out. Accelerated partial-breast irradiation that provides faster, more convenient treat-ment demonstrates local control rate and safety comparable to that of whole breast irradiation. Partial breast irradiation may be an alternative way to whole breast radiotherapy and will be one of the standard treatments in women with early breast cancer seeking breast conservation.
7.The effect of shear stress on restenosis of vein grafts

Autogenous vein graft is one of the frequent methods to treat ischemia in Vascular Surgery.However, the patency rate of vein grafts is unhappy because of the injury, the difference structure between arteries and veins, and the change of hemedynamics after grafted. The restenosis of vein graft contains three syntrophic component elements-thrombosis, intima hyperplasia, and scleratheroma. In this article, we will discuss the relationship between the changed hemodynamics and the restenosis of the vein grafts.

9.Transplantation of bone-marrow stem cell on chronic lower extremity ischemia

Atheroselerosis and thrombangiitis obliterans are the chief factors of chronic lower extremity ischemia. Usually we utilize intervcntional treatment which includs balloon dilatation and stent implantation or surgical revascularization for the patients who have good target vessels, but those methods are not suitable for the patients who have small target vessels. The transplantation of bone marrow stem cells is the new tech-nology for chronic lower extremity isehemia, which utilize the capacity of stem cells that have multiple differ-entiation activity and high self renewal potentiality. It can direetionally differentiated into endothelial cells. It has a good perspective in chronic lower extremity isehemia.
