Objective To explore the application value of the detection of vitamin B12 (VitB12 ) ,folic acid (FA) and four iron met-abolic indexes including serum ferritin (SF) ,transferring (TF) and total iron binding capacity (TIBC) and serum iron (SI) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia .Methods 126 patients with anemia and 30 healthy controls were enrolled from Janu-ary to May 2013 and determined serum VitB12 ,FA ,SF ,TF ,TIBC and SI levels for conducting the comparison with each other . Meanwhile ,the patients with anemia were extracted bone marrow to carry out ferric stain and morphological test ,their detection re-sults and the results of above-mentioned serological markers determination were performed the comparison of the diagnostic accord-ance rate .Results The serum levels of various iron metabolism-related indexes had significant differences between the anemia group and the healthy control group (P<0 .05) ,and various different kinds of anemia had their comparatively specific serological characteristics .In 126 cases of anemia ,the diagnostic accordance rate of the bone marrow examination was 82 .5% ,which was sig-nificant higher than that of the serological examination(69 .8% )(χ2 =5 .600 ,P=0 .018);nevertheless ,in 23 cases anemia unable to determine the diagnosis by bone marrow examination ,the diagnostic accordance rate of the serological examination was 82 .6% (19/23);the inconsistent rate of the two examinations was 25 .4% (32/126) .Conclusion The bone marrow examination and the sero-logical examination have different emphasis points for the anemia diagnosis and have their own advantages ,which cannot replace each other .Their combination use has certain clinical value in the differential diagnosis between iron deficiency anemia (IDA) with anemia of chronic disease complicated with iron deficiency (ACD/ID) ,myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) ,megaloblastic anemia (M A ) and mixed cellular anemia .

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with low-dose pravastatin and fenofibrate in patients with combined hyperlipidemia. Methods One hundred eighty nine patients with combined hyperlipidemia were randomly assigned to receive 10 mg pravastatin (n=64) or 200 mg fenofibrate (n=63), or a combination of 10 mg pravastatin and 200 mg fenofibrate (n=62) for 12 weeks. The patients in the monotherapy groups (n=35) whose lipid levels were not controlled after 12 weeks were randomly assigned to receive 20 mg pravastatin, or 200 mg fenofibrate, or a combination of 10 mg pravastatin and 200 mg fenofibrate for another 12 weeks. Objective To investigate the role of cell mediated immunity in HBV infection.Methods tive responses of peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)to hepatitis B virus antigen HBcAg,HBehg and HBsAg were studied in 20 patients with acute hepatitis B and 23 patients with chronic hepatitis B as well as 20 heath normal donrors.Results Patients with acute hepatitis B showed stronger proliferative responses of PBMC to HBV antigen than patients with chronic hepatitis B as wdl as normal donors.The responses to HBcAg and HBeAg were stronger than that to HBsAg in both acute and chronic group.It was also found that cellular pro|ifertive response,which showed no correlation with ALT level,was significantly increased in the patients with HBV DNA+or/and HBeAg+.Conclusion The results indicate that cellular immune responses to HBV antigens exist in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis B and potentially play an essential role not only in eliminating virus but also in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B.

Objective:The non targeted high-throughput urine metabolomics technology was used to study the pathogenesis of APP/PS 1 double transgenic mice and the mechanism of action of Gouteng san.Methods:5-month-old APP/PS 1 double transgenic mice were test with Morris water maze for spatial learning ability.Then we employed the non targeted high-throughput urine metabolomics technology to study the pathogenesis of APP/PS1 double transgenic mice based on the metabolic network.The focus investigation of the key pathways and the observation of the treatment by Morris water maze and metabolic level have been used after spatial learning ability damaged confirmed.Results:The comparison between APP/PS1 double transgenic mice and normal mice suggested that a significant longer was existed in former,which was call-back by Gouteng san.With the non targeted high-throughput urine metabolomics analysis and pathway focused analysis,we found certain signals from metabolic profiling,which was identified to be 6 biomarkers associated with learning and memory function by mass spectrometry analysis or authoritative database.Respectively,they were taurine,pteroylglutamic acid,neopterin,glutaurine,2-oxoglutarate and dihydroneopterin.They were mainly related to taurine metabolism and folate metabolism and represented an effective callback.Conclusion:Gouteng san possess a favorable effect on learning and memory ability of APP/PS1 double transgenic mice,6 biomarkers may be a potential target for the pathogenesis of APP/PSI double transgenic mice and provide experimental basis for the study of Gouteng san.

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the detection of the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) DNA typing in therapy of cervical diseases. Methods 780 cases have been studied. These cases which showed HPV-DNA positive and were diagnosed by biopsy as cervical cancer or cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ) were treated by operation or physical therapy. And 6 months and 12 months after the treatment,TCT and HPV DNA test were carried out. Results The prevalence of HPV-DNA types among the 780 cases descended from HPV 16 to 52,58,18,33 and 31. Detection rates of HPV-52 and 58 were highest among the patients with CIN Ⅰ. In patients with CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ,carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma,the positive rate of HPV-16 was obviously higher than other genotypes,and the difference was significant (P＜0. 01 ). 520 cases were followed-up after treatment,we found that HPV-DNA subsided within 3 months to 1 year in 432 cases. 88 cases still showed the HPV-DNA positive, among this group 48 cases were cytology diagnosed as normal or inflammation,but 14 cases were ASC-US,22 cases were LSIL and 4 cases were HSIL. Cytology abnormal cases were mere often detected in patients with persistent HPV-positive than in patients with HPV-negative. Conclusion Referring patients with cervical diseases the common HPV genotypes are 16,52,58,18,33 and 31. Especially HPV-16 are closely related with cervical cancer and high-level cervical intraepithelial neoplasis. HPV-DNA turn negative in most patients in 12 months after treatment. Persistent infection of HPV-DNA is related with the pathological changes persist.

As an important member of metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluR), metabotropic glutamate receptor 1 (mGluR1) plays an important role in the signal transduction of central nervous system. Selective mGluR1 antagonists can block the signaling pathway activated by mGluR1 and exert a series of physiological actions including analgesia, antianxiety, antidepression, etc. Currently, the discovery and modification of selective mGluR1 antagonists have become a hot research focus. This paper reviews the structural catalogs of selective mGluR1 antagonists and their structure-activity relationships in the last decade.

BACKGROUND:Medical stuff have significant impacts on the development of organ donation and transplantation, however, medical students present insufficient knowledge and ambivalent attitude towards organ donation and transplantation. OBJECTIVE:To perform a systemic review on the effectiveness of educational program intervention on medical students’ knowledge and attitudes toward organ donation and transplantation. METHODS:PubMed, WILEY ONLINE LIBRARY, ProQuest Health, Medline, EMbase, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases were ful y searched for the published literature of medical students receiving an educational program intervention on organ donation and transplantation. According to the inclusion criteria, randomized control ed trials and quasi-experimental study were evaluated with the standard of Joanna Briggs Institute. The GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation) framework was used to guide the assessment of the methodological quality of the studies. The outcomes were mainly medical students’ knowledge and attitudes toward organ donation and transplantation.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Eight studies from three countries were summarized. The methods were employed in two studies of randomized control ed trials and quasi-experiment received a high quality rating, five studies received middle quality rating and one study received low quality rating. Educational program increased the knowledge in six studies, and changed the attitudes in six studies. Educational program intervention is a significant strategy to increase medical student’s knowledge about organ donation and transplantation. The majority of involved study are
quasi-experiment study, so more high-quality randomized control ed studies are needed.

This article was aimed to observe the therapeutic effect of massage manipulation in the treatment of post-stroke elbow flexor spasticity . Stroke cases that met the inclusion criteria were selected . The cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of 48 cases and the control group of 48 cases . The treatment group was treated with massage . And the control group was treated with continuous static stretch technique . The re-sults showed that there was significant difference before and after the treatment in both groups. And the treat-ment group was significantly better than the control group ( P < 0 . 05 ) . It was concluded that massage manipu-lation has obvious effect in the treatment of post-stroke elbow flexor spasticity.
