Senile patients take a big part in the whole population of patients in endodontic department.This article analyzes psychological state of senile patients in endodontic department from the view of medical ethics and studies corresponding nursing countermeasures so as to find a good cooperation of doctors,nurses and patients and improve treatment effect.Suggested countermeasures are as follows.a.Improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff.b.Respect and cherish senile patients,and meet their reasonable requests.c.Establish high moral responsibility and correct values of ethics and morality.d.Pay attention to the mutual communication between nurses and patients and psychological support.f.Recognize the importance of health education to senile patients before,in and after medical treatment.

Objective To study the action of enantone in chocolate cyst after laparoscopic surgery. Methods To devide the 76 patients into two groups, study group(50 patients, additional enantone after laparoscopic surgery) and the control group (26 patients, only laparoscopic surgery), to analyse their recurrence rate and pregnancy rate. Results The recurrence rate of study group was obviously lower than control group. In the 48 patients with infertility, the pregnancy rate of study group was higher than control group. Conclusions In chocolate cyst after laparoscopic surgery, enantone can decrease the recurrence rate and increase pregnancy rate.

Objective To summarize the clinical features of brucellosis and investigate the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the disease .Methods Data from epidemic reports and clinical characteristics from 172 ca-ses of patients with brucellosis were retrospectively analyzed .Results 130 out of 172 cases of were diagnosed as bru-cellosisaise.Of the misdiagnosed 42 cases,13 cases were misdiagnosed as lumbar spine ,10 cases as upper respiratory tract infection 8 cases as pancytopenia,5 cases as orchitis epididymitis,2 cases as hepatitis,1 case as prostatitis, 1 case as cervical disease ,1 case as myocarditis ,1 case as rheumatoid arthritis .And after treatment ,142 cases recov-ered completely,16 cases improved.The total efficiency was 100.0%.2 cases without standard treatment recurred ,an interval of 3 to 15 months.Conclusion So the clinical manifestation of brucellosis is lack of specificity that misdiag-nosis rate is high;The manipulation combined with standard antibiotic therapy may have certain effects on early -stage brucellosis .

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effects of oral administration of itopride prior to capsule endoscopy on bowel preparation.MethodsA total of 40 patients who underwent capsule endoseopy from April,2010 to April,2011 were randomly assigned to the medication group and the control group (n =20 per group).The medication group took itopride on the day before capsule endoscopy.The two groups underwent the same procedure for bowel preparation.Clearance,gastric transit and intestinal transit of capsule endoscope,lesion detection rates were compared between the two groups.Results Bowel preparation of high quality in the medication group was 80％ (16/20),significantly higher than that (45％,9/20) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05 ).The mean gastric and intestinal transit times in the medication group were 31 min and 251 min,respectively,significantly shorter than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).While lesion detection rate in the medication group (60％,12/20) was significantly higher than that of the control (40％,8/20) (P ＜ 0.05).ConclusionOral itopride is of better clinical value for capsule endoscopy preparation.

Objective To investigate the effects of Par-4 gene silence on hydrogen peroxide-induced apoptosis in alveolar epithelial cells. Method The alveolar epithelial cells A549 were cultured and exposed to hydrogen peroxide. The siRNA sequences targeted Par-4 gene was chemically synthesized and transfected to A549 cells with or without the exposure of hydrogen peroxide. The cells were divided into normal control groups, hydrogen peroxide-treated group(The cells were treated with 0. 1 mmol/L hydrogen peroxide), hydrogen peroxide and Par-4-siRNA-treated group(The cells were treated with 0. 1 mmol/L hydrogen peroxide after transfection of Par-4-siRNA), Non-specific DNA sequence transfection control group. The apoptosis of A549 cells was quantified by flow cytometry. The expression of Smac protein was detected by Western blot.Electrophoretic mobility shift assay was applied for evaluating the change of E2F1 DNA binding activity. Relative activity of Caspase-3 was detected by clolorimetric assay. Results The percent of apoptotic cells in hydrogen peroxide and Par-4-siRNA-treated group was (29.7 ± 2.3) %, which was significantly lower than that of hydrogen peroxide-treated group [(54.2 ± 4.1)%, q= 8.91, P ＜ 0.01)]. Par-4 siRNA could significantly suppress the increase of Smac protein, E2F1 DNA binding activity and caspase-3 activity induced by hydrogen peroxide in A549 cells. Conclusions Par-4 gene silence induced by siRNA might inhibit the apoptosis of alveolar epithelial cells, which might be resulted from suppression of the up-regulation of Smac gene expression, E2F1 DNA binding activity and caspase-3 activity.

Objective To determine the dynamic change in IL-12 in MODS mice at different post-trauma time points and its relationship with immunodissonance. Methods 96 male C57BL/6 mice, 6-8 weeks old, were randomly divided into normal control, 3h, 24h, 3d, 7d and 12d post-trauma groups. MODS model were replicated by injection of zymosan into the peritoneal cavity of the mice. Spleen and blood were sampled at different time points. Pathological changes of spleen were observed by light microscope. Immunohistochemistry marker of IL-12p40 in spleen was produced by Powervision method. The levels of IL-12p40 and IL-12p70 in serum and homogenate of spleen were determined by enzyme-link immuno-sorbent assay,and T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry, respectively. Results Atrophy of the white pulps, proliferation of monocytes and dendritic cells, infiltration of neutrophilic granulocytes in the red pulps could be seen in 12d post trauma group. During the "two hits" in early period (3-24h) and late period (12d) in MODS, the amount of IL-12p40 positive cells increased significantly in the spleen; the level of IL-12p40 increased, whereas the level of IL-12p70 decreased evidently, in serum and the homogenate of the spleen. In the early period, the amount of CD8 + T cells in peripheral blood increased, while the amount of CD4 + T cells reduced obviously in the late stage, thus CD4/CD8 ratio declined in both periods. Conclusions The results indicated that over expression of IL-12p40 by antigen presenting cells in immune organs was correlated with immunosuppression of MODS mice.
