Objectives To explore the effects of follow-up health edueation of cardio-vascular patients outside hospital on their compliance with doctor's advices. Methods Eighty cardio-vagcular patients were selected and divided randomly into the control group and the follow-up group with 40 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were siren instmcfons only before leaving hospital while those of the follow-up group received follow-up health education as well as the leaving-hospitsl insuuctions.Investigations were carried out one year after follow-up health education in the two groups' compliance with doctor's advices including their thempeutic changes of lifestyle,re-admittance to hospital and mortality. Results Signitlcant differences were found between the follow-up gtonp and the control group in respect of the pationts' compliance with doctor's advices,re-admittance to hospital and mortality,P<0.01,P<0.05.The complialice with doctor's advices in the follow-up group Wag obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusions The follow-up health education can be an effective way for promoting the cardio-vascular patients' compliance with doctor's advice after leaving hospital.

China Journal of Endoscopy 2001;7(1):15-16
Objective:To investigate expression of cyclinD1 and p21WAF1 and their relationship with multistage process of colon carcinogenesis. Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was performed with SP assay on archival materials from 40 colorectal carcinomas,28 colorectal adenomas, and 14 normal mucosa,cyclinD1 and p21WAF1 expression were compared. Results:The positive staining rate for cyclinD1 in colorectal adenomas and carcinomas is 92.9% and 67.5% respectively, which are both higher than that in the normal mucosa (35.7%) (Padenoma<0.01,Pcarcinoma<0.05) and the expression of cyclinD1 is not correlate with differentiation and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. The positive stainimg rate for p21WAF1 in normal mucosa (92.9%) is higher than that in colorectal carcinoma(37.5%) (P<0.01) and the expression of p21WAF1 is correlate with differentiation and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinonma. Conclusions:The aberrant expression of cyclinD1 and p21WAF1 is a common event during multistage process of colon carcinogenesis.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2011;20(3):269-272
Objective To investigate the effects of Par-4 gene silence on hydrogen peroxide-induced apoptosis in alveolar epithelial cells. Method The alveolar epithelial cells A549 were cultured and exposed to hydrogen peroxide. The siRNA sequences targeted Par-4 gene was chemically synthesized and transfected to A549 cells with or without the exposure of hydrogen peroxide. The cells were divided into normal control groups, hydrogen peroxide-treated group(The cells were treated with 0. 1 mmol/L hydrogen peroxide), hydrogen peroxide and Par-4-siRNA-treated group(The cells were treated with 0. 1 mmol/L hydrogen peroxide after transfection of Par-4-siRNA), Non-specific DNA sequence transfection control group. The apoptosis of A549 cells was quantified by flow cytometry. The expression of Smac protein was detected by Western blot.Electrophoretic mobility shift assay was applied for evaluating the change of E2F1 DNA binding activity. Relative activity of Caspase-3 was detected by clolorimetric assay. Results The percent of apoptotic cells in hydrogen peroxide and Par-4-siRNA-treated group was (29.7 ± 2.3) %, which was significantly lower than that of hydrogen peroxide-treated group [(54.2 ± 4.1)%, q= 8.91, P < 0.01)]. Par-4 siRNA could significantly suppress the increase of Smac protein, E2F1 DNA binding activity and caspase-3 activity induced by hydrogen peroxide in A549 cells. Conclusions Par-4 gene silence induced by siRNA might inhibit the apoptosis of alveolar epithelial cells, which might be resulted from suppression of the up-regulation of Smac gene expression, E2F1 DNA binding activity and caspase-3 activity.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2012;29(3):141-143
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effects of oral administration of itopride prior to capsule endoscopy on bowel preparation.MethodsA total of 40 patients who underwent capsule endoseopy from April,2010 to April,2011 were randomly assigned to the medication group and the control group (n =20 per group). The medication group took itopride on the day before capsule endoscopy. The two groups underwent the same procedure for bowel preparation.Clearance, gastric transit and intestinal transit of capsule endoscope, lesion detection rates were compared between the two groups. Results Bowel preparation of high quality in the medication group was 80% (16/20),significantly higher than that (45%,9/20) in the control group (P < 0.05 ).The mean gastric and intestinal transit times in the medication group were 31 min and 251 min, respectively, significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05).While lesion detection rate in the medication group (60%,12/20) was significantly higher than that of the control (40%,8/20) (P < 0.05).ConclusionOral itopride is of better clinical value for capsule endoscopy preparation.

Myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke share many common risk factors.Their pathophysiological processes are also similar and the 2 diseases often occur at the same time.Coronary artery disease is one of the important causes of embolic stroke in the elderly population. However, there are a few reported stroke events available after myocardial infarction. This article reviews ischenic stroke following acute myocardial infarction.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(16):2414-2415
Objective To summarize the clinical features of brucellosis and investigate the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the disease .Methods Data from epidemic reports and clinical characteristics from 172 ca-ses of patients with brucellosis were retrospectively analyzed .Results 130 out of 172 cases of were diagnosed as bru-cellosisaise.Of the misdiagnosed 42 cases,13 cases were misdiagnosed as lumbar spine ,10 cases as upper respiratory tract infection 8 cases as pancytopenia,5 cases as orchitis epididymitis,2 cases as hepatitis,1 case as prostatitis, 1 case as cervical disease ,1 case as myocarditis ,1 case as rheumatoid arthritis .And after treatment ,142 cases recov-ered completely,16 cases improved. The total efficiency was 100.0%.2 cases without standard treatment recurred ,an interval of 3 to 15 months. Conclusion So the clinical manifestation of brucellosis is lack of specificity that misdiag-nosis rate is high; The manipulation combined with standard antibiotic therapy may have certain effects on early -stage brucellosis .

Cancer Research and Clinic 2001;0(04):-
Objective To study the action of enantone in chocolate cyst after laparoscopic surgery. Methods To devide the 76 patients into two groups, study group(50 patients, additional enantone after laparoscopic surgery) and the control group (26 patients, only laparoscopic surgery), to analyse their recurrence rate and pregnancy rate. Results The recurrence rate of study group was obviously lower than control group. In the 48 patients with infertility, the pregnancy rate of study group was higher than control group. Conclusions In chocolate cyst after laparoscopic surgery, enantone can decrease the recurrence rate and increase pregnancy rate.
