Objective To investigate the change of peripheral blooe natural killer(NK)cell subsets of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion( RSA),in oreer to proviee the relevant scientific evieence for unexplainee recurrent spontaneous abortion( URSA) eiagnosis ane treatment. Methods Sixty-three RSA patients were raneomly eivieee into CRSA(n = 33)ane URSA(n = 30). Meanwhile 30 cases normal pregnancy women were selectee as control. Flow cytometry was appliee to eetect NK cell levels in patients with RSA ane its subsets percentage,ane then comparee to the control group. Results NK cells subset in RSA,URAS ane normal pregnancy women were(13. 77 ± 1. 53)% ,(13. 97 ± 1. 60)% ,ane(13. 65 ± 1. 74)%. There was no significant eifference among three groups( F = 0. 287,P > 0. 05). The percent of CD56 + CD16 - ,CD56 +CD16 + ,CD56 - CD16 + NK cell subsets in RAS group were:(70. 00 ± 2. 49)% ,(13. 76 ± 2. 13)% ,(7. 04 ± 1. 44)% respectively,ane(56. 50 ± 3. 94)% ,(22. 88 ± 3. 22)% ,(11. 24 ± 2. 21)% in URAS group, meanwhile(70. 48 ± 3. 21)% ,(14. 16 ± 2. 14)% ,(6. 53 ± 1. 98)% in normal pregnancy group. There was no significant eifference between RSA ane normal pregnancy group( P > 0. 05). However,There was markeely eifference between URSA with RSA or normal group(F = 182. 587,18. 118,58. 879,P < 0. 05). Conclusion NK cell activity function plays a key role in the eevelopment of URSA. The eetection of the percentage of NK cell subsets of women euring pregnancy will help RSA monitoring ane NK cell subsets can preeict the percentage change in the pregnancy outcome .

AIM: The synergistic effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and endothelin- 1 (ET-1 ) on rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) proliferation was observed. The possible mechanism of the synergism was also investigated. METHODS: BrdU incorporation and cell counting method were adopted to value the pro - proliferative effect of VSMC. Western- blotting was used to observe the variation of bFGF and FGFR - 1 isoforms expression. RESULTS: bFGF and ET- 1 could promote VSMC proliferation separately, and synergistically in combination. The synergism was dose - and time - dependent. ET- 1 increased all the three bFGF isoforms and FGFR - 1 protein level in dose - and time- dependent manner. In addition, after exhaustion of intracellular PKC, the upregulation effects of ET- 1 on bFGF and FGFR - 1 expressions in VSMC both inclined. CONCLUSION: bFGF and ET- 1 had synergistic effect on VSMC proliferation. ET- 1 may increase the responsiveness of VSMC to bFGF through modulation of bFGF isoforms together with FGFR - 1, which was PKC - dependent.

Objective To understand the state of self-congruence in nurses and discuss their rela-tion with psychological health. Methods Self coasisteney and congruence scale (SCCS) and state-trait anxiety inventory (STAI)were used to test 216 nurses. Results The degree of self-congruence of nurses was relatively low,difference existed in self-congruence among nurses in different departments (P<0.05). Self-congruence was significantly related with state-trait anxiety(P<0.01). Conclusions Selective psy-chological intervention needs be given to some nurses to maintain their psychological health.

Objective To study the effect of Qi-Gong relaxation training on the operation-related psychological stress and the post-operative psychosomatic adjustment in upper-abdominal surgery patients. Methods Forty-two patients undergoing upper-abdominal surgery in intervention group were instructed to do Qi-Gong relaxation training, and forty patients matched were controls without Qi-Gong relaxation training. On the day before surgery, a self-developed patients' pre-operative appraisal questionnaire, a self-developed patients' pre-operative behavior rating questionnaire for completion by medical workers, and State Anxiety Inventory (SAI) of State -Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) were used in two groups. In an hour before operation，the shift of the mean value of pulse and systolic pressure of every case compared with the base line measured at his (or her) admission was also recorded. After surgery, patients were assessed with a self-developed patients' post-operative appraisal questionnaire, a self-developed patients' post-operative behavior rating questionnaire for completion by medical workers and SAI of STAI. Besides, the indexes of physical rehabilitation, including intestinal aerofluxus, total dosage of analgesia and so on, were recorded. Data were analysed in t-test with SPSS. Results Compared with controls, the patients in intervention group had more positive anticipation about the following operation, lower pre- and post-operative anxiety, and lighter post-operative pain experience. There was no difference in the indexes of physical rehabilitation between two groups. Conclusions Qi-Gong relaxation training could lead patients to better psychological adjustment both before and after operation. This finding suggests that Qi-Gong relaxation training could be used as an effective psycho-behavior intervention in abdominal surgery patients.

5cm hepatic cancer, the effective rate (CR+PR) was 60 8% (62/102), no change (NC) rate 39 2% (40/102), and the 1-, 2-, 3-year survival rates 67 6% (69/102), 49 1% (50/102) and 39 2% (40/102), respectively. The effective rates (CR+PR) in patients with bone tumor and lung cancer were 100%(12/12) and 60%(3/5), respectively. There were no other severe complications found. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided microwave intervention is a safe, effective and feasible method for hepatic cancer, lung cancer and bone tumor.

Objective:To explore the psychological factors influencing seasickness in different individuals, so as to provide guidelines for prevention and treatment of seasickness from psychological perspective. Methods: Medical undergraduate students (n=124) were subjected to the following tests before training on the sea: rod and frame apparatus, motion sickness history questionnaire, seasickness self-efficacy scale, body vigilance scale, EPQ, and state-trait anxiety inventory. The total number of valid questionnaires was 123. During sailing the seasickness state of students was assessed by Graybiel’s diagnostic criteria based on their seasickness symptoms and signs. Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of local immune regulation therapy of thyroid disease.Methods Totally 110 patients with confirmed diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disease were recruited.All patients received thyroid local immune regulation therapy with glucocorticoids 1~3 courses of treatment and followed up for 2~3 years,each being taken good care of during the whole observation.Results About 94.0% of the patients had significantly improved their subjective symptoms,such as pain,fatigue,and lethargy.About 67.7% of the cases had reached normal or markedly improved thyroid function after thyroid local immune regulation therapy.About 92.0% of the volumes of thyroid were reduced.Serum antithyroperoxidase antibody levels were decreased from(338.2?43.2)mU/L to(266.9?42.2)mU/L(P
