A rapid thin flat gel isoelectric focusing method followed by ultrasensitive silver staining was developed for the determination of apo E phenotypes. Using this method, apo E phenotypes and allele frequencies in 63 normal individuals, 70 patients with hyperlipidemia and 11 patients with familial hypereholesterolemia (FH) in Nanjing were examined. TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C, VLDL-TG in these cases were also measured. The relative frequency of the ?4 allele is significantly lower while the relative frequency of the ?3 allele is higher in this group than in the Caucasian group. Plasma TG, VLDL-TG, VLDL-C and VLDL-C/VLDL-TG are higher in the apo E3/2 phenotype, and lower in the apo E4/3 phenotype, wherea splasma TC, LDL-C levels are lower in the apo-E3/2 and higher in the apo E4/3 phenotype. It implies that the ?2 allele has the action of increasing TG-rich lipoprotein particles and reducing ch-rich lipoproteins in plasma, while the ?4 allele has an effect opposite to that of the ?2 allele. The highest prevalence of the ?4 allele was associated with type Ⅱb hyperlipoproteinemia (HLP), while that of the ?2 allele was associated with type Ⅲ-HLP. Objective:To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition support in inoperable advanced gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods:This was a prospective randomized study.A total of 62 patients with advanced gastric cancer were firsted evaluated according to the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) scale,and were randomly divided into two groups.All patients received oxaliplatin combined with tegefur gimeracil oteraci.Patients in the control group (n =30) received chemotherapy along with nutrition consultation,and patients in the treatment group (n =32) were provided enteral nutrition-additionally.NRS 2002 assessment was conducted before and after chemotherapy,The body weight,BMI,serum albumin,and the efficacy and toxicity were collected during the study.Results:Patients in the treatment group had significantly higher serum albumin levels,body weight and BMI than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).No differences were found as for the efficacy and toxicity of chemotherapy between two groups.Conclusion:Enteral nutrition support therapy can improve the nutrition status of gastric cancer patients who received chemotherapy and reduce the risk of malnutrition.

Objective To explore the effect of kangfuxin liquid topical treatment on open wound of postoperative perianal abscess.Methods200 cases of patients with open wound abscess surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group were treated by kangfuxin liquid.The relevant therapeutic indicators and clinical healing time between two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 93.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The granulation growth period of the experimental group was (5.14±1.41) days, and the average healing time was (15.21±2.49) days.Which were significantly shorter than those of the control group[(7.45±1.32) days, (21.16±2.69) days], and the differences were Statistical differences (P<0.05).ConclusionTo improve the treatment effect to a great extent open wound infection of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of perianal abscess after surgery, shorten the healing time, improve the patient's symptoms, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

[Objective] To explore the best method for sequelae neuralgia of herpes zoster.[Method] Randomly divide the said patients into groups treated with external application of Chinese drugs and sky moxibustion,make observation and comparison between them.[Result] Both got high late curative effect,however most patients in the sky moxibustion group were cured without recurrence,the pain relieving rate was high once being cured,the reduce of pain index was apparent after treatment,which was of statistical meaning compared with drug application group.[Conclusion] The sky moxibustion method combines drugs and moxibustion well and has marked advantages in treating herpes zoster,worth of promotion and application.

Objective To observe the effects of lung protective ventilation strategy (LPVS) on inflammatory mediators in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in pulmonary and extrapulmonary acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods All of 62 extrapulmonary ARDS(ARDSexp) cases and 60 pulmonary ARDS (ARDSp) cases were divided into observation group and control group by table of random digit.ARDSexp and ARDSp observation group were received LPVS treatment [tidal volume 6-8 ml/kg,positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) 5-15 cm H2O (1 cm H2O =0.098 kPa)],and ARDSexp and ARDSp control group were received the routine ventilation strategy (tidal volume 10-12 ml/kg,PEEP 4-8 cm H2O).All groups were treated with the same conventional therapy of ARDS,same model and parameter of mechanical ventilation.The level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α,interleukin (IL)-6,IL-8 in BALF were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay on the 1st,4th,7th day in each group.The oxygenation index was tested at 8 o'clock each morning.Results There were 4 ARDSexp cases and 6 ARDSp cases who were expelled,because of death within 7 days.ARDSexp observation group was in 28 cases,ARDSexp control group was in 30 cases,ARDSp observation group was in 28 cases,ARDSp control group was in 26 cases.The oxygenation index had no significant difference between ARDSexp and ARDSp observation group and corresponding ARDSexp and ARDSp control group on the 1st and 2nd day (P ＞ 0.05).But the oxygenation index in ARDSexp and ARDSp observation group were significantly higher than that in ARDSexp and ARDSp control group from 3rd to 7th day (P ＜ 0.05).The oxygenation index in ARDSexp observation group was significantly higher than that in ARDSp observation group except 1st day (P ＜0.05).The oxygenation index in ARDSexp and ARDSp observation group were significantly better with the time passing (P ＜ 0.05).The BALF levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in ARDSexp and ARDSp observation group were significantly lower than those in corresponding ARDSexp and ARDSp control group on the 4th and 7th day (P＜ 0.05).The BALF levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in ARDSexp observation group and ARDSexp control group were significantly lower than those in corresponding ARDSp observation group and ARDSp control group (P＜ 0.05).The BALF levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in ARDSexp and ARDSp observation group were decreased significantly with the time passing (P ＜0.05).Conclusion It is more reasonable to decrease the BALF levels of inflammatory mediators,increase oxygenation index for ARDS patients to with LPVS treatment,then for ARDSexp patients obviously.
