Objective:Cardiovascular interventional therapy for children Statistics and Analysis of X-ray radiation dose to explore low-dose technology in the protection of children. Methods:The hospital nearly two years the use of low-dose technology in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of children, a retrospective analysis of 18 patients under the age of three kinds of treated me institutes common childhood intervention operations radiation levels were nearly two years and two years ago the same operation of the radiation levels in patients with technical analysis, a total of 300 cases. Among them, 60 cases of atrial septal defect occlusion in patients with ventricular septal defect occlusion in patients with 90 cases, patent ductus arteriosus occlusion in patients with 150 cases. Using digital subtraction angiography machine automatically adjusts the exposure conditions. Including entrance dose ED(mGy), dose area product DAP and fluoroscopy time F were measured. Results:The two groups results in the perspective of time, entrance dose, there was a significant difference, nearly 2 years statistics show a significant reduction in radiation dose in children suffered, both between entrance dose and fluoroscopy time was significantly a linear relationship. Area of operation of different doses of the product of cardiovascular intervention there was a significant difference, ventricular septal defect occlusion area dose product is still large. Conclusion:Low-dose technology effectively reduces the radiation dose for children, worthy of promotion.
2.The research progress of CD44 and anti-leukemia effect

Leukemia is a kind of cloning disease from malignant hematopoietic stem cells. Its patho-genesis may have relationship with proliferation out of control,dysdiffreentiation and inhibition of apoptosis about leukemia cells. The study confirms that CD44 is expressed in leukemia cells,promoting the occurrence and development of leukemia through participation in cell adhension,proliferation,migration and invasion behavior. In vitro experiment shows that CD44 targeted therapies can effectively kill leukemia cells,and reduce the toxicity to normal tissue cells. Therefore,aiming at the design of the anticancer drugs targeted for CD44 is expected to be used in clinical treatment of leukemia.

Objective To study the effect of in utero exposure of TCDD on synthesis of EGF and EGFR in submandibular gland of rat offspring. Methods SD rats were treated with TCDD 5??g/kg on Day 15 of gestation, the expression of EGF and EGFR in submandibular gland of rat offspring were analyzed by immunohistochemistry method. Results On PND32 and PND49, the expression of EGF and EGFR in TCDD experiment group were more than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In utero exposure of TCDD can promote the synthesis of EGF and EGFR in submandibular gland of rat offspring from prepuberty stage through puberty stage. 4.Correlations of systolic blood pressure with uric acid, blood lipid and blood glucose

Objective:
To analyze the correlations of systolic blood pressure (SBP) with uric acid, blood lipid and blood glucose in adults, so as to provide the evidence for blood pressure management and early prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
Methods:
Based on the China Health and Nutrition Survey, data of participants in 2004 and 2009 was collected, including demographic characteristics, blood pressure, uric acid, blood lipid and blood glucose. Participants with SBP<140 mmHg both in 2004 and 2009 were divided into the continuously normal group, participants with SBP≥140 mmHg in 2004 and <140 mmHg in 2009 were divided into the reduced group, participants with SBP<140 mmHg in 2004 and ≥140 mmHg in 2009 were divided into the elevated group, and participants with SBP≥140 mmHg both in 2004 and 2009 were divided into the continuously high group. Multivariable logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlations of SBP with uric acid, blood lipid and blood glucose.
Results:
A total of 5 086 subjects were included in this study with a mean age of (48.0±7.2) years, including 2 374 males (46.67%) and 2 712 women (53.33%). The median (interquartile range) of SBP was 117.00 (13.33) mmHg in the continuously normal group, 146.67 (15.33) mmHg in the reduced group, 122.67 (12.00) mmHg in the elevated group and 150.67 (18.66) mmHg in the continuously high group. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that compared with the continuously normal group, the reduced group was correlated with abnormal fasting blood glucose (OR=1.383, 95%CI: 1.008-1.896); the elevated group was correlated with abnormal uric acid (OR=1.495, 95%CI: 1.195-1.869), abnormal low density lipoprotein cholesterol (OR=1.226, 95%CI: 1.030-1.460), abnormal triglyceride (OR=1.446, 95%CI: 1.203-1.739) and abnormal total cholesterol (OR=1.261, 95%CI: 1.057-1.504); the continuously high group was correlated with abnormal uric acid (OR=1.603, 95%CI: 1.188-2.164), abnormal triglyceride (OR=1.619, 95%CI: 1.253-2.093) and abnormal fasting blood glucose (OR=1.565, 95%CI: 1.166-2.100), adjusting for confounding factors (gender, age, marital status, etc.).
Conclusion
The increase of SBP in adults were correlated with uric acid, blood lipid and blood glucose.

This paper mainly introduces a rare special subtype of gastric cancer , the stomach hepatoid adenocarcinoma .This kind of adenocarcinoma in pathogenesis ,pathology ,treatment and prognosis has great differ-ence from traditional stomach cancer .Because it has both characteristics of gastric carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma,and is easily to result in missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in clinic .It is necessary for us to distin-guish hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach and gastric carcinoma .We may further improve the diagnosis rate of hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach ,and reduce its mortality rate ,prolong the survival period .
6.Effect of Xinkang Tablets on Myocardial Apoptosis Index, Collagen Volume Fraction and Sarcoplasmic Reticulum Ca2+-ATPase Activity of Rats with Adriamycin-induced Heart Failure

Objective To explore the effect of Xinkang Tablets on myocardial apoptosis index,collagen volume fraction and sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase activity of rats with adriamycin-induced heart failure.Methods The chronic heart failure (CHF) SD rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin.After successful modeling,the rats with CHF were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely model group,western medicine group,and low-,middle-and high-dose of Chinese medicine groups,10 rats in each group.The rats in the above groups were given intragastric administration of distilled water,22.5 μg/kg of Digoxin mixed suspension,9,18,36 g/kg of XinkangTablets,respectively,in the volume of 10 mL/kg of distilled water dilution,once a day,for 5 continuous weeks.Another the same batch of 10 SD rats were randomly allocated to the sham operation group,and were treated with intragastric administration of the same volume of distilled water.And then the apoptotic rate of myocardial cells was measured by TUNEL method,the collagen volume fraction (CVF) was measured after Masson staining,and the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase activity was determined by inorganic phosphate assay.Results Compared with the sham operation group,the apoptotic rate of myocardial cells and CVF in the model group were increased(P < 0.01),indicating that the myocardial remodeling occurred in rats with CHF.Compared with the model Group,the apoptotic rate of western medicine group and three Chinese medicine groups was significantly decreased(P < 0.01),suggesting that Digoxin and Xinkang Tablets can relieve apoptosis to certain extent.The CVF in Digoxin group and middle-and high-dose of Chinese medicine groups were lower than those in the model Group (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01),indicating that Digoxin and Xinkang Tablets can delay the myocardial fibrosis.Last but not least,the SERCA2a activities in the middle-and high-dose of Chinese medicine groups were higher than those in the model group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),suggesting that Xinkang Tablets may relieve myocardial remodeling and improve cardiac function through the regulation of SERCA2a activity.Conclusion Xinkang Tablets decrease the apoptotic rate and myocardial cell volume fraction probably through the regulation of SERCA2a activity,which may play a role in counteracting apoptosis and myocardial fibrosis,and ultimately delay the remodeling of the myocardium.
7.Structuralization of Hospital Nursing Records of Community Child Health Care in Liaoning Province and its cross-mapping with International Classification of Nursing Practice

Objective To analyze the language structure of nursing records and the application of defined vocabulary in nursing records of community child care,and to explore the possibility of structuralization and standardization of community nursing records by researchers' consulting International Classification of Nursing Practice (ICNP(R)2.0).Methods Convenient sampling method was used.A total of 432 handbooks about child health care were extracted from three community health service centers in Liaoning province.By analyzing the nursing records,the vocabulary was selected,and a coding book was built.Then researchers compared them with ICNP(R)2.0 Chinese version.Results Totally 567 terms were extracted.All phrases in nursing records about community child health care can be classified into three categories and seven shafts,which were nursing phenomenon,nursing action and nursing outcome.Our community nursing records about child health care could not fully meet shaft level of nursing record writing requirements from the International Council of nurses.Only 146 records were labeled as perfect fit with ICNP(R)2.0 terminology,223 records as not fit at all.The difference of different levels of suitability distribution about nursing phenomenon,nursing action and nursing outcome had statistically significant difference.Words of able to adapt and can't adapt about nursing action had larger proportion.Words that can't adapt about nursing phenomenon and nursing outcome had larger proportion.Conclusions There is still certain gap between domestic nursing records and ICNP(R)2.0 terminology.The list of terms from comparison nursing records about community child health care with ICNP(R)2.0 can lay the foundation for nursing language system structure and perfect community nursing record language in our country.
8.Clinical application of physical vibration lithecbole in upper urinary calculi after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy

Objective To observe the curative effect of external physical vibration lithecbole (EPVL) therapy after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in upper urinary calculi.Methods A total of 133 patients of upper urinary calculi with randomly divided into 2 groups after ESWL therapy during the period of 2012 October to 2013 February.The EPVL group (66 cases) used the physical vibration lithecbole treatment,and the natural lithecbole group (67 cases) used the method by drinking water,adding exercise and other natural lithecbole method.Of the EPVL group,6 of the stones were located in the upper or middle calyx,13 in renal pelvis,16 in lower renal calyx and 31 in ureter,the stone diameter was 10-15 mm.Of the natural lithecbole group,8 of the stones were located in the upper or middle calyx,17 in renal pelvis,15 in lower renal calyx and 27 in ureter,the stone diameter was 10-15 mm.The clinical data of the curative effect,side-effect,and complications were collected and analyzed systematically.Results In the EPVL group,the average times of lithagogue treatment was 2.6 times,51 patients (77%) expelled stones on the day of lithecbole,and the stone free rate in a week was 79% (52/66).Especially,81% (13/16) of the lower renal calyx expelled stones on the day of lithecbole,and the stone free rate in a week was 88% (14/16).Whereas,30 patients (45%) in the natural lithecbole group expelled stones on the day of ESWL,and the stone free rate in a week was 49% (33/67) ; the lower renal calyx stone expulsion rate on the day of ESWL was 33% (5/15),and the stone free rate in a week was 40% (6/15).The curative effects were significantly different between the 2 groups (P< 0.05).There were no serious complications in both groups.Conclusions EPVL machine can significantly promote the stone expulsion after ESWL.Compared with traditional methods,EPVL therapy has a better curative effect,especially on lower renal calyx stones.EPVL is a safe and noninvasive treatment.
9.Clinic research of Iloprost in patients with congenital heart disease associated with pulmonary hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of inhaled iloprost (Ventavis) for patients with congenital heart disease associated with pulmonary hypertension.Methods Twenty-two patients with congenital heart disease associated with pulmonary hypertension were selected to inhale Ventsvis by atomizer before surgery ,the required dosage is 25-30ng/(kg.min),aerosolization of iloprest was inhaled by PARI Junior BOY N after diluted with 2ml physiological saline at 3-hour intervals .The change of hemodynamic effects was measured by Doppler ultrasonography after 60min,120min,and 180min.Results The left and fight vemfieular cardiac output at 60min,120min and 180rain after therapy were markedly higher than that before inhaled iloprost ,respirator therapy time was shorter in patients inhaled iloprost.Conclusion inhaled iloprost can increase cardiac output and improve patients cardiac function.Thus,the therapy with inhaled iloprost is effective and feasible.
10.Effect of Low Dose of Chicken Infectious Anemia Virus in Attenuated Vaccine on SPF Chicken Body Weight and Vaccine Immune Antibody.

In order to observe the effect of the immune and weight of chickens after use the attenuated vaccine with low dose of chicken infectious anemia virus (CIAV). In this study, the effects of low dose of CIAV on the weight of SPF chickens and NDV antibody production were observed by simulated experiments. The results showed that 10 EID50 and 5 EID50 CIAV per plume attenuated NDV vaccines were used to cause the weight loss of SPF chickens. Compared with the use of the non contaminated vaccine group, it has significant difference. And NDV antibody levels compared with the use of the non contaminated groups also decreased after use the vaccine with two doses of CIAV contaminated. It has significant difference. A certain proportion of CIAV antibody positive was detected at the beginning of the second week after use the NDV vaccine with two doses of CIAV contaminated. The detection of a high proportion of CIAV nucleic acid was detected in the first week after the use of a contaminated vaccine. The results of the study demonstrate the effects of CIAV pollution on the production and immune function of SPF chickens, and it is suggested that increasing the detection of viral nucleic acid can help save time and improve the detection rate in the detection of exogenous virus contamination by SPF chicken test method.
