In order to observe the effect of the immune and weight of chickens after use the attenuated vaccine with low dose of chicken infectious anemia virus (CIAV). In this study, the effects of low dose of CIAV on the weight of SPF chickens and NDV antibody production were observed by simulated experiments. The results showed that 10 EID50 and 5 EID50 CIAV per plume attenuated NDV vaccines were used to cause the weight loss of SPF chickens. Compared with the use of the non contaminated vaccine group, it has significant difference. And NDV antibody levels compared with the use of the non contaminated groups also decreased after use the vaccine with two doses of CIAV contaminated. It has significant difference. A certain proportion of CIAV antibody positive was detected at the beginning of the second week after use the NDV vaccine with two doses of CIAV contaminated. The detection of a high proportion of CIAV nucleic acid was detected in the first week after the use of a contaminated vaccine. The results of the study demonstrate the effects of CIAV pollution on the production and immune function of SPF chickens, and it is suggested that increasing the detection of viral nucleic acid can help save time and improve the detection rate in the detection of exogenous virus contamination by SPF chicken test method.

Objective To study the risk factors of mortality in severe sepsis and septic shock patients. Methods 142 patients with severe sepsis and septic shock in ICU were observed and divided into alive group (98 patients)and dead group (44 patients)by using hospital mortality. The risk factors of mortality in severe sepsis and septic shock patients were assessed by binary logistic regression. Results Independent mortality risk factors were inotropic agents (OR =4.329,95%CI:1.045 -17.937,P =0.043),blood glucose >10 mmol/L (OR =3.771,95%CI:1.214 -11.710,P =0.022)and APACHE Ⅱ score (OR =3.098,95%CI:2.012 -4.760,P =0.000),while PaO2 /FiO2 after early goal -directed therapy (EGDT)was protective factor (OR =0.682,95%CI:0.500 -0.930, P =0.016).Conclusion Severe sepsis and septic shock patients with inotropic agents, blood glucose >10mmol/L, high APACHE Ⅱ score and decreased PaO2 /FiO2 after EGDT indicate poorly prognosis.

Objective To explore the comorbidity patterns of chronic diseases and their associat-ed factors in the elderly population aged 60 and above in China. Methods Based on the data from the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS),the Apriori algorithm in R4.0.4 software was used to extract frequent itemsets and construct an association rule model between chronic diseases and their associated factors, targeting the information on 14 chronic diseases in people aged 60 and above in the database. Results Among the 13 206 participants,3 691 cases(27.90%)suffered from at least one chronic disease, while 6 217 cases(47.08%)suffered from two or more chronic diseases.Analysis of association rules showed that the most common comorbidity patterns in-cluded heart disease and hypertension, dyslipidemia and hypertension, diabetes and hypertension,as well as"heart disease, arthritis→high blood pressure""high blood pressure, stomach disease→arthri-tis""dyslipidemia,arthritis→hypertension",with support degrees of 8.93%,8.29%,5.44%,3.82%,3.71%and 3.22%,and confidence degrees of 55.15%,59.64%,60.13%,53.67%,51.58%and 60.11%respectively.Irregular sleep patterns, urban living backgrounds, and high so-cial participation were strongly associated with hypertension;while irregular sleep patterns, rural resi-dency,and female were highly associated with arthritis. Conclusion Given the universality of hyper-tension in multiple chronic disease comorbidity patterns, the prevention and screening of hypertension and its complications in the elderly population should be strengthened. For the comorbidity patterns of chronic diseases coexisting with hypertension, special attention should be paid to the daily disease screening and management of the elderly who participate in social activities in cities. At the same time, for elderly women, poor sleep qual ity,and rural residents, the screening and attention to the comorbidity patterns of chronic diseases with arthritis need to be strengthened.

Objective To carry out a proficiency testing of content determination of geniposide in Gardeniae fructus, evaluate the content determination ability of index components in traditional Chinese medicine in the laboratory of inspection and detection in drug-related fields, and improve the quality control ability of content determination of related laboratories. Methods The laboratory's capability-verification activities were conducted based on the CNAS-RL02 Rules for Proficiency Testing and ISO/IEC 17043 Conformity Assessment-General Requirements for Proficiency Testing. After preparing the sample, the results of homogeneity and stability tests were analyzed according to CNAS-GL003 Guidance on Evaluating the Homogeneity and Stability of Samples Used for Proficiency Testing. After the test results were qualified, they were used as proficiency testing samples and randomly distributed to participants. The results were collected, and the robust statistical method and the Z scores were used to analyze the results of these laboratories'reports. Results 403 laboratories in this proficiency testing program reported the results,of which 367 results were acceptable, accounting for 91.07%,17(4.22%)laboratories obtained suspicious results, and 19 laboratories gave unsatisfactory results, with the dissatisfaction rate of 4.71%.Conclusion The majority of the 403 participant laboratories have the ability to determine the content of geniposide in Gardeniae fructus by HPLC and the laboratory testing ability and quality management level of the drug monitoring system are high. This proficiency testing provides a basis for understanding the technical reserve capacity and management level of China's pharmaceutical inspection and testing laboratories, and provides technical support for future government supervision.
