Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2006;0(01):-
Objective:To observe the curative effect and security of nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet on renal hypertension.Method:65 renal hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the nicardipine group were treated with nicardipine 80 mg q8h,while the patients in the therapy group were treated with nicardipine 40mg qd and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet 47.5-95mg qd for 8 weeks.Their blood pressure, heart rate, hepatic function, renal function, blood glucose and lipid were observed and recorded before and after the treatment.Result:The total efficiency was 74.4%in the controlled group and 88.5%in the therapy group, respectively. There were no obvious changes or obvious adverse reactions in their heart rate, hepatic function, renal function, blood glucose and lipid after the treatment. Conclusion:Nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet is efficient and safe but more efficient than nicardipine alone in the treatment of renal hypertension.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2012;28(1):29-31
Ninty-eight patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into atherosclerosis(AS) group and non-AS group.Fasting plasma cystatin C level( CysC ) was determined. The results showed that there existed a significant correlation between CysC level and the number of carotid arteries plaque ( r =0.432,P<0.01 ).CysC was an independent risk factor( OR =2.21,95% CI 1.88-3.02 ) of carotid artery intimamedia thickening in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(17):1-4
Objective To investigate the relationship between mammary ductal hyperplasia and ductal carcinoma by detecting the expressions of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 in various histotypic mammary ductal diseases. Methods A total cases of 44 normal ductal tissues,44 usual ductal hyperplasias.40 atypical ductal hyperplasias,42 ductal carcinomas in situ and 51 invasive ductal carcinomas were included in this study.Expressions of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results There was significant difference of expression of Notch1 among the five subgroups of this study(P<0.01);there were significant differences between every two subgroups(P<0.05)except for normal ductal tissues versus usual ductal hyperplasias and ductal carcinomas in situ versus invasive ductal carcinomas(P>0.05).There was also significant difference of expression of CychnD1 amongthe five subgroups of this study(P<0.01),and there were significant difference between every two subgroups(P<0.05)except for normal ductal tissues versus usual ductal hyperplasias and normal ductal tissues versus atypical ductal hyperplasia(P>0.05).The correlation between Notch1 and Cyclin D1 was negative (r=-0.428,P<0.01).Conclusions There is a relationship between mammary ductal hyperplasia and ductal carcinoma.Decrease of Nowhl or increase of Cyclin D1 expressions may promote nmnmmry ductal hyperplasia advancing to manunary ductal carcinoma.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(2):455-459
This paper presents a surgical optical navigation system with non-invasive, real-time, and positioning characteristics for open surgical procedure. The design was based on the principle of near-infrared fluorescence molecular imaging. The in vivo fluorescence excitation technology, multi-channel spectral camera technology and image fusion software technology were used. Visible and near-infrared light ring LED excitation source, multi-channel band pass filters, spectral camera 2 CCD optical sensor technology and computer systems were integrated, and, as a result, a new surgical optical navigation system was successfully developed. When the near-infrared fluorescence was injected, the system could display anatomical images of the tissue surface and near-infrared fluorescent functional images of surgical field simultaneously. The system can identify the lymphatic vessels, lymph node, tumor edge which doctor cannot find out with naked eye intra-operatively. Our research will guide effectively the surgeon to remove the tumor tissue to improve significantly the success rate of surgery. The technologies have obtained a national patent, with patent No. ZI. 2011 1 0292374. 1.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
Objective:To observe the effects of sodium butyrate on the expression of CD86 molecule on acute leukemia cells and explore the mechanisms of action. Methods:The expression of CD86 in NB4,HL-60 and U937 treated by SB or not was assayed by flow cytometric analysis. The alteration of CD86 mRNA was examined by semiquantitative RT-PCR.AUT gel electrophoresis was applied to check the state of histone acetylation. The content of phospho-CREB was assayed by pCREB kit.Results:Up-regulation of CD86 was observed on those cells treated by SB.The levels of CD86 mRNA in SB treated cells were statistically enhanced. The acetylation degrees of SB treated cells were higher than control groups. The contents of phospho-CREB were also raised in SB treated cells. Conclusion:SB can improve the acetylation states of acute leukemia cells, remodel the chromatin which contributes to the binding on DNA of transcription factors, such as CREB and then promote the transcription and expression of CD86.

Chinese Ophthalmic Research 2009;27(12):1150-1153
Uveitis is an important autoimmune disease.Human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-B27-associated anterior uveitis is the most common form of anterior uveitis.HLA-B27-associated anterior uveitis has distinct ocular, systemic, and genetic features. It attacks young subjects and leads to the damage of visual function due to the recurrence and complications. However, the pathologic mechanism of HLA-B27-associated anterior uveitis is still not thoroughly understood, and effective therapy is still unavailable. There are currently many experimental researches which attamp to study the etiology and develop an effective therapy for HLA-B27 acute anterior uveitis. Thus, various animal models of acute anterior uveitis such as endotoxin-induced uveitis and HLA-B27 transgenic animals including rat and mouse are established.Different therapy regimens have been designed both in clinical trial and experimental study and aquired promising achievements.Epidemiology, pathologic mechanism, different animal models and potential new therapies such as anti-TNFα,oral associated peptides tolerance and gene therapy are overviewed.
