Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2006;0(01):-
Objective:To observe the curative effect and security of nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet on renal hypertension.Method:65 renal hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the nicardipine group were treated with nicardipine 80 mg q8h,while the patients in the therapy group were treated with nicardipine 40mg qd and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet 47.5-95mg qd for 8 weeks.Their blood pressure, heart rate, hepatic function, renal function, blood glucose and lipid were observed and recorded before and after the treatment.Result:The total efficiency was 74.4%in the controlled group and 88.5%in the therapy group, respectively. There were no obvious changes or obvious adverse reactions in their heart rate, hepatic function, renal function, blood glucose and lipid after the treatment. Conclusion:Nicardipine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet is efficient and safe but more efficient than nicardipine alone in the treatment of renal hypertension.

Ninty-eight patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into atherosclerosis(AS) group and non-AS group.Fasting plasma cystatin C level( CysC ) was determined. The results showed that there existed a significant correlation between CysC level and the number of carotid arteries plaque ( r =0.432,P<0.01 ).CysC was an independent risk factor( OR =2.21,95% CI 1.88-3.02 ) of carotid artery intimamedia thickening in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(2):455-459
This paper presents a surgical optical navigation system with non-invasive, real-time, and positioning characteristics for open surgical procedure. The design was based on the principle of near-infrared fluorescence molecular imaging. The in vivo fluorescence excitation technology, multi-channel spectral camera technology and image fusion software technology were used. Visible and near-infrared light ring LED excitation source, multi-channel band pass filters, spectral camera 2 CCD optical sensor technology and computer systems were integrated, and, as a result, a new surgical optical navigation system was successfully developed. When the near-infrared fluorescence was injected, the system could display anatomical images of the tissue surface and near-infrared fluorescent functional images of surgical field simultaneously. The system can identify the lymphatic vessels, lymph node, tumor edge which doctor cannot find out with naked eye intra-operatively. Our research will guide effectively the surgeon to remove the tumor tissue to improve significantly the success rate of surgery. The technologies have obtained a national patent, with patent No. ZI. 2011 1 0292374. 1.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(2):221-224
Bronchial asthma is the chronic airway inflammatory disease that characterized by reversible airflow limitation .The presence of airway inflammation could lead to airway remodeling .In recent years , many studies have found that arginase plays an im-portant role in the airway inflammation and airway remodeling of asthma .It not only reduces airway release nitric oxide and increases airway hyperresponsiveness , but also its metabolites such as putrescine , proline, etc can induce cell proliferation and collagen synthe-sis, leading to airway remodeling .In this paper , the arginase and its role in the pathogenesis of asthma are discussed .

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2005;3(2):136-8
OBJECTIVE: To establish a staging standard for a transplanted hepatoma model in rats, which may be equivalent to the human primary liver cancer. METHODS: A transplanted hepatoma model was made in SD rats by implantation of histologically intact Walker-256 tumor fragment into the left lateral lobe of the liver. The body weight, tumor volume and serum albumin level of the rats were measured and assayed in different periods. Pathological sections were also fabricated to detect the invasion and metastasis of the neighboring tissues. RESULTS: The body weight loss and ascites occurred at the 12th and 18th day separately. The serum albumin level was (35.32+/-2.45) g/L at the 11th day, which showed no statistical difference as compared with the healthy rats (P>0.05), and the albumin level at the 18th day was significantly lower than that at the 11th day (P<0.05). At the 23rd day, 56.25% of the rats developed bloody ascites. CONCLUSION: The period between 5-11 days in the model rats may be correspondent to the early stage of human primary liver cancer, and the biological behavior of the model rats at the18th day may be correspondent to the late stage of human primary liver cancer. This staging standard might be the guideline for model selection in experimental study of primary liver cancer.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(17):1-4
Objective To investigate the relationship between mammary ductal hyperplasia and ductal carcinoma by detecting the expressions of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 in various histotypic mammary ductal diseases. Methods A total cases of 44 normal ductal tissues,44 usual ductal hyperplasias.40 atypical ductal hyperplasias,42 ductal carcinomas in situ and 51 invasive ductal carcinomas were included in this study.Expressions of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results There was significant difference of expression of Notch1 among the five subgroups of this study(P<0.01);there were significant differences between every two subgroups(P<0.05)except for normal ductal tissues versus usual ductal hyperplasias and ductal carcinomas in situ versus invasive ductal carcinomas(P>0.05).There was also significant difference of expression of CychnD1 amongthe five subgroups of this study(P<0.01),and there were significant difference between every two subgroups(P<0.05)except for normal ductal tissues versus usual ductal hyperplasias and normal ductal tissues versus atypical ductal hyperplasia(P>0.05).The correlation between Notch1 and Cyclin D1 was negative (r=-0.428,P<0.01).Conclusions There is a relationship between mammary ductal hyperplasia and ductal carcinoma.Decrease of Nowhl or increase of Cyclin D1 expressions may promote nmnmmry ductal hyperplasia advancing to manunary ductal carcinoma.
