Objective To observe clinical effects Zhenyuan oral liquid combined with atenolol in treatment of cardiac neurosis.Methods130 patients with cardiac neurosis from department of cardiology from January 2014 to November 2016 were grouped two groups and each with 65 cases.The control group were treated with atenolol, and observa-tion group was treated another with Zhenyuan oral liquid.Clinical effects and adverse reac-tion of two groups were compared.Results①Effective rate of observation group was 93.85%,higher than control group 76.92%(P<0.05).②Main symptom score and HAMA score of observation group were(4.08±1.38,13.05±2.58)point,lower than that of control group(6.15±1.56,17.20±2.97)point(all P<0.05).③ SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD and PNN50 level of observation group were (116.9±7.3ms,111.0±6.7ms,41.59±3.68ms,13.02±1.14%),higher than that of control group(99.5±6.2ms,95.3±5.4ms,35.92±3.59ms,10.89±1.09%)(all P<0.05).④ Proportion of T wave anomaly and ventricular premature beat of observation group were(7.69%,7.69%),lower than that of control group (20.00%,16.92%)(all P<0.05).⑤Adverse reaction ratio of observation group was 7.69%,higher than that of control group 10.77%,but there was no significant difference between groups.ConclusionZhenyu-an oral liquid can improve effects of patients with cardiac neurosis and medication safety.

BACKGROUND: The meniscal allograft transplantation has been proved good outcome in clinical, however, the source and matching restrict its application. By means of a patent technique of separating antigen, a new biological meniscus can be obtained.OBJECTIVE: To observe the histological changes of transplanted biological meniscus in goat's knee joint, in addition, to investigate the feasibility of reconstituting meniscus by using biological meniscus. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The animal experiment of goats was performed at the Central Laboratory in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between June 2005 and June 2006.MATEAIALS: A total of 15 healthy goats were used in the experiment. Fresh porcine meniscus was harvested for the preparing of biological meniscus.METHODS: The medial meniscus of goat was excised, and then the absent part was repaired using biological meniscus. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The animals were sacrificed at months 1, 3, 6 and 12 after operation. And the samples were detected by histology, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Indian ink perfusion. RESULTS: The incision of all animals healed well, without infection or death. The transplanted meniscus healed well with the surrounding tissue, and the connection was tight. With time prolonged, the transplanted meniscus slowly soaked, and live cells existed inside the meniscus, but there were no live cells in about 1/4 district at 1 year after the surgery. Indian ink perfusion showed that the surrounding tissue grew inside and set up microcirculation, but only limited to 10% periphery of the meniscus (normal goat approximately 15%). The transplanted meniscus began the necrosis at 6 months after surgery. Under SEM, the surface of the meniscus became crude and cracked in some places, but still maintains the gross shape at 1 year after the surgery.CONCLUSION: There is no obvious rejection after the biological meniscus was transplanted into knee joint of goats. During the process of absorption, autologous tissue of goats can grow into and set up microcirculation in the transplanted meniscus. The transplanted meniscus protects the'knee cartilage notably, only slightly damage in cartilage can be observed.

Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of Icariin in Chuanlong Guci Pian by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil ODS1 C18 Column was used with acetonitrile-water (27∶73) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength as 270 nm, and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.125～1.00 ?g for Icariin and linear equation was Y=81 601X+10 356, r 2=0.999 7. The average recovery was 99.12% and RSD was 0.65% (n=6). Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper, and the reduplication of the result was good, which provides scientific quantitative analysis of Icariin in Chuanlong Guci Pian.

Sharing medical data may reduce unnecessary repetitive studies and promote the cooperation between research groups.By analyzing the mature practices of some other countries,we proposed solutions to China's current problems in sharing medical research data,such as formulating sharing policies,strengthening platform construction and enhancing international cooperation.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and differential diagnostic effects of ultrasound in testicular tumors and tumor-like lesions.Methods Ultrasound features of 33 cases of testicular masses were reviewed and the results were compared with pathological findings.Results For the 33 cases of testicular masses,12 cases were diagnosed as seminoma,6 cases as lymphoma,6 cases as epidermoid cyst,2 cases as mixed germ cell tumor,2 cases as teratoma,1 case as embryonal carcinoma,1 case as endodermal sinus tumor and 3 cases of the other tumor.Conclusions Ultrasound has important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of testicular tumor and tumor-like lesions,and it can be considered first choice of clinical imaging examination.

Objective To explore the clinical value of using heparin in DIC caused by Tsutsugamushi.Methods 27 cases of Tsutsugamushi with DIC were divided into two groups. The heparin treatment group(n = 15) and non-heparin treatment group(n = 12). The two groups were compared and analyzed. All the cases were diagnosed definitely depended on the "Tsutsugamushi-Disease-Diagnosis Standard".Results The group which use heparin improved in rectifying shock,terminating heorrhage,restoring the time of lab index of DIC,rating of MOF and death. The acceptance assessment is an important part of research project management.By analyzing the content,methods,process and model of the current acceptance assessment of medical research projects in China,we summarized and elaborated the main problems in the medical research management.By referring to the mature practices of some other countries,we proposed the solutions to improve the quality of acceptance assessment in China,i.e.,balancing the qualitative and quantitative assessment,improving the quality of peer-review,constructing information platform,introducing independent third party assessment and construing the overall process evaluation system.Our study may provide important reference for constructing the high-quality evaluation system of medical research projects in China.

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of paired immunoglobulin-like receptor B (PirB) in optic nerve, visual cortex, cerebella, spinal cord and sciatic nerve of normal adult mice.MethodsTwelve healthy adult BALB/c mice were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the expression of PirB in the tissues described above respectively.ResultsBoth the immunohistochemistry and Western blot test revealed that the expression of PirB was positive in the optic nerve, visual cortex, cerebella and spinal cord, but negative in the sciatic nerve.The positive signals in the sections were located in the cell bodies and the neurites were observed in some of them.Western blot showed the apparent positive band of PirB in the optic nerve, visual cortex, cerebella and spinal cord rather than in the sciatic nerve.The protein expression level of PirB was relatively high in the visual cortex (P ＜0.05) but relatively low in the optic nerves (P ＜0.01).ConclusionThe PirB expresses positively in the optic nerve, indicating that PirB protein may closely correlate with the poor regeneration of the optic nerve.

Objective To Investigate the concentration of VILIP-1 and NR2 peptide in the serum of patients with ischemic stroke , and to explore their clinic value in early diagnostic of ischemic stroke patients.Methods The levels of VILIP-1 and NR2 peptide were examined by ELISA ( enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ,ELISA) with suspicious TIA ( defined as a neurological deficit that resolved within 24 hours) or acute ischemic stroke patients ( within 72 hours of onset of symptoms ) 340 cases,102 healthy controls,98 patients with vascular risk factors and 35 patients with hemorrhagic stroke.Among all the groups , VILIP-1 and NR2 peptide level were analyzed using the nonparametric Wilcoxon test.Diagnostic performance were analyzed among the groups with the two biomarkers independently and combinedly .Results Serum levels of VILIP-1 and NR2 peptide in patients with ischemic stroke (IS) were 9.80 (1.90-14.22) μg/L, 14.40 (5.60-27.91) μg/L respectively,which was higher than that of the healthy control group [VILIP-1:0.02 (0.01-0.09),NR2:0.33 (0.02-1.15),χ2 were 5.61 and 9.54,P<0.001],the group with vascular risk factors [VILIP-1:0.03 (0.02-0.16),NR2:0.27 (0.01-1.54),χ2 were 6.74 and 10.62,P<0.001], the group of patients non-stoke [VILIP-1:0.04 (0.03-0.19),NR2:0.53 (0.45-1.21),χ2 were 3.78 and 7.63, P <0.001 ].The levels of VILIP-1 and NR2 peptide was significantly increased in IS patients presenting within 3 h of symptom onset.When differentiating IS from patients with hemorrhagic stroke ,NR2 had a AUC of 0.934,showing a strong distinguishing effectiveness.Differentiating IS from healthy controls , patients with vascular risk factors and non-stroke patients,the AUC of combination of VILIP-1 and NR2 was 0.974,which was higher than the AUC of either VILIP-1(0.849) or NR2(0.862) alone(P <0.05). Conclusions VILIP-1 and NR2 peptide are very sensitive and specific biomarkers to the early diagnosis of IS.The combination of VILIP-1 and NR2 peptide has higher value of clinical applications than one of them independently.

Objective Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were transfected by Smad7 and labeled with green fluores-cent mark.BMMSCs were implanted into rabbit glaucoma operational model and observed surviving condition.Methods Through BP and LR reaction,Smad7 with green fluorescent mark was inserted into human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by bacterio-phage,filtered positive colony and picked out cell line.15 New Zealand white rabbits were enforced trabeculectomy with BMMSC, then following up cell survival condition.Results Smad7 expressed stable in human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells with sat-isfactory green fluorescent mark.BMMSC survived in rabbit trabecula with stable green fluorescent and effective ocular press.Con-clusion Smad7 with green fluorescent mark could be inserted into human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells stably,and has ef-fective results in rabbit model.
