Studies indicate that miRNAs correlate closely with tumorigenesis and tumor biological be-haviors, and play a significant role as a kind of regnlating factor in tumorigenesis, tumor cells proliferation, dif-ferentiation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, as well as in drug resistance of tumors. Further study of the targets and mechanisms of miRNA may be helpful to recognize the characterization of tumor biology and etiolo-gy, and bring new strategies for tumor therapy.

Objective:To survey the status quo of ADR occurred in our hospital. Methods:Totally 277 ADR reports were collect-ed and analyzed statistically in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013. Results:Among the ADR cases,the ratio of male to fe-male was 1∶1. 565, and 59. 93% of ADR occurred in the people over 50 years old. Totally 240 ADR cases (86. 64%) were induced by intravenous administration and 32 ADR cases (11. 87%) were induced by oral administration. Totally 167 ADR cases were caused by antibiotics (60. 29%), among them, 54 cases wero by cephalosporins (32. 34%), 47 cases by quinolones (28. 14%) and 32 ca-ses by cephamycins (19. 16%). Totally 42 ADR cases were caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections (15. 16%), and 18 ca-ses were caused by cardiovascular system drugs (6. 5%). The main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendant organr and digestive system injury with 162 cases (58. 48%) and 62 cases (22. 38%), respectively. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen clinical ADR monitoring, rationally use antibiotics and emphasize the importance of safe medication of traditional Chinese medicine injections.

Objective:To explore the best bathing posture in neo nates.Methods:Normal mature neonates 664 total were randomly seperated into two groups .The bathing posture was the traditional upwards from face to back in the control group,but upwards from back to face in the experimental group .The noise and comfort levels of the neonates were observed.Results:Uncomfortableness in the experimental gr oup was markedly lowerthan in the control group(χ2=45.78，P<0.0001).Bathing style,i.e.in basin or in shower,did not have an effect on the postures (P> 0.05).Conc lusion:The bathing posture of upwards from back to face is better than upwards from face to back.In this position,the neonates feel safer and more comfortable,and can be stroked while being bathed by the neonates' parents.

Leptospirosis is recognized as an important emerging zoonotic disease caused by pathogenic Leptospira spp.and has a serious impact on people′s health and animal husbandry.Therefore, it has attracted more and more attention.With the development of biotechnology, major breakthroughs have been made in the fields of pathogenicity, molecular epidemic features and evolution mechanism of Leptospira.In this review, we summarize progress in evolution and molecular typing of Leptospira at home and abroad in order to provide a reference for further research on molecular epidemiological surveillance and new vaccine development.

Objective To investigate the expression of neurotrophins receptor 75NTR in human breast cancer resistant cell line and its correlation with multidrug resistance. Methods Western blot was used to detect the expression level of p75NTR protein in various breast cancer cell lines and multidrug resistant cell lines. The over-expression vector and siRNA vector of p75NTR were constructed by gene recombination method. Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of p75NTR protein in transfected p75NTR and p75NTR - siRNA breast cancer resistant cell line MDA-MB-231/ADR;the sensitivity of MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-231/ADR to different chemotherapeutic anticancer drug (PTX ,ADM ,GEM ,DDP ,OXA) and the multi-drug resistance effects in over-expression and knock-down p75NTR MDA-MB-231/ADR were detected by CCK-8 assay. Results Western blot result showed that the expressions of p75NTR protein in the multidrug-resistant breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231/ADR and MCF-7/5-FU were higher than that of other breast cancer cell lines. Over-expression of p75NTRcan up-regulate the expression of p75NTR protein in MDA-MB-231/ADR;the CCK-8 assay indicated that over-expression of p75NTR can effectively enhance the resistance of MDA-MB-231/ADR cells to ADM,GEM and OXA. Conclusion The expression of p75NTR in breast cancer resistant cell line is higher than that of its parental cell line;over-expression of p75NTR can reduce the sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs and promote its multidrug resistance.

Objective To study the effect of intracerebroventricular(icv) injectionon acetylcholine(ACh) on the elecric activities of pain-related neurons in the hippocampal CA1 area of rat.Methods Trains of the electric impulses applied to the right sciatic nerve were used as noxious stimuli.The discharges of neurons were led out by extracellular recording method with glass microelectrodes.Results Icv injection of ACh(20?g/10?l) caused an decrease of the evoked discharge frequency of pain-excited neurons(PEN) and a prolongation latency as well as an increase of the evoked discharge of pain-inhibited neurons(PIN) and a shortening of inhibitory duration.Conclusion The response of pain-related neurons in hippocampal CA1 area to the noxious stimulation is weakened by icv injection of ACh,exhibiting analgesic effect.

Objective Our study intended to check whether there are any changes of serum concentrations of tumor markers in patients with chronic kidney disease,and to determine the related factors.Methods Atotal of 232 hospitalized patients in Nephrology Department in Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University from March to June in 2005 were divided into groups respectively according to their levels of Ccr,Upro and Salb.Then Kruskal-Wallis test was applied to confirm the relationships among Ccr,Upro,Salb and serum tumor markers.Furthermore,multielement logistic regression was used to analyze the independent effect of age,Ccr,effusion in serous cavity,the levels of proteinuria and serum albumin on the levels of these markers in CKD patients.Results The serum levels of CEA,CA 199,NSE and SCC in different Ccr groups,the levels of CA 199,CA125,NSE and SCC in different Salb groups,the levels of CA 125,NSE and SCC in different Upro groups,had significant statistical differences.Age was the risk factor of the increased levels of CEA and PSA;effusion in serous cavity was the risk factor of increased levels of CA 125.The decreased level of Ccr was the risk factor of CA 125 and SCC.The elevated Upro was the risk factor of SCC.The decreased Salb was the risk factor of CA 199,CA 125 and NSE.Conclusion When we diagnose some tumors according to their serum levels of tumor markers such as CEA,CA 199,CA 125,NSE,SCC and PSA,we must note that whether the patients are aged or have complications such as large proteinuria,hypoalbuminemia,effusion in serous cavity or decreased kidney function.

The risk of pancreatic cancer patients with CYP2E1-RsaⅠ(c1/c1) was significantly higher than that of controls (OR=3.19, 95% CI=2.53-4.26). The individuals who carried with GSTT1(-) had a higher risk of pancreatic cancer (OR=2.85, 95% CI=1.92-4.64). Combined analysis of the polymorphisms showed that the percentage of CYP2E1-RsaⅠ(c1/c1)/GSTT1(-) in pancreatic cancer and control groups was 30.7% and 6.7%, respectively (χ~2= 42.39, P<0.01). People who carried with CYP2E1-RsaⅠ(c1/c1)/GSTT1(-) had a higher risk of pancreatic cancer (OR=16.63, 95% CI=8.94-22.01). The smoking ratewas significantly higher in the case group than in the control group (OR=2.74, 95% CI=1.32-4.58, P<0.01), and statistical analysis suggested an interaction between smoking and CYP2E1-RsaⅠ(c1/c1) or GSTT1(-) genotypes polymorphisms which increased the risk of pancreatic cancer (OR=8.84, 95% CI=5. 51-11.62; OR=20.40, 95% CI=4.98-29.53). Conclusion CYP2E1-RsaⅠ(c1/c1) and GSTT1(-) are the risk factors in pancreatic cancer. Smoking is also related to the susceptibility to pancreatic cancer. There may be a synergetic interaction among CYP2E1-RsaⅠ(c1/c1) and GSTT1(-) and smoking on the elevated susceptibility of pancreatic cancer.

Objective To analyze the nursing interventions of two kinds of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL),so that we can provide personalized service for patients with PCNL and improved quality of nursing. Methods 140 cases of patients undergoing PCNL were chosen from January 2010 to January 2012.70 of them received standard PCNL,another 70 cases were given tubeless PCNL.The same nursing method was given before the operation,and personalized nursing was given according to difference in operation method.A self-designed questionnaire was conducted for satisfaction degree with nursing service of all patients on discharge. Results Satisfaction degree with psychological care,catheter nursing and complication nursing of tubeless PCNL was higher than standard PCNL. Conclusions Two methods of PCNL have become conventional therapy for upper urinary calculus,and careful nursing is very important,especially for tubeless PCNL.
