Objective To observe cerebral revascularization procedures in patients with refractory intracranial aneurysm surgery with analysis and prognosis. Methods According the digital table,89 patients with refractory intracranial aneurysm surgery were divided, the control group uesed the intervention operation, and the observation group with vessel revascularization. The complications after the operation, cerebrospinal fluid of red blood cells and pressure indicator, and postoperative quality of life in the two groups were observed. Results Observation group of patients with postoperative cerebral vasospasm (CVS) rate was 20.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 40.00% (x2 =6.79,P < 0.05).Psychological state (SAS,SDS),self esteem (SES) and other related quality of life evaluation score, the observation group was obviously better than the control group (t =6.27,8.69,7.45,all P < 0.05).Cerebrospinal fluid pressure of red blood cells and obviously than the control group after treatment (t =6.18,8.38,17.82,0.57,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Cerebral revascularization in patients with refractory intracranial aneurysm has better reduce operation and operation complications as well as the ability to relieve mental depression, improve the quality of life,is worth the clinical promotion.

Objective To explore MRI manifestations of incomplete healing of the uterine incision after abdominal delivery. Methods Nine patients with clinical suspected incomplete healing of the uterine incision after abdominal delivery underwent cavitas pelvis MRI scans with 3.0T MRI.Results According to the characteristics of the MRI images, healing conditions of the uterine incisions were divides into 2 groups.GroupⅠwas showed that the uterine incision healed well, the uterine junctional zone and myometrium were continuous, and the incision scar was linear low signal intensity on T2 WI (2 cases,22%).GroupⅡwas showed that the uterine incisions healed incompletely, the uterine junctional zone and myometrium were discontinuous, and the myometrium edema was in some cases with high signal intensity on T2 WI (7 cases,78%).Conclusion MRI could directly displays incomplete healing of the uterine incision after cesarean section, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To investigate the frequency and dose of X-ray computed tomography (CT) medical exposure in Shantou City, and to evaluate the collective effective dose burden of residents caused by CT medical exposure. Methods The study subjects were selected using the stratified random sampling method from CT scanners in all medical institutions in Shantou City in 2020. CT application units were divided into the four tiers of municipal hospitals, district hospitals, subdistrict hospitals, and private hospitals, and 50% of the hospitals in each tier were randomly selected according to the number of hospitals in the tier. The study analyzed CT dose index results, CT scanning standard conditions, and the distribution of characteristic doses of medical exposure to evaluate the dose burden of residents in Shantou City caused by CT medical exposure. Results There were 51 CT scanners in medical institutions in Shantou City. By the end of 2020, the average number of CT scanners per million population was 9.30, and the frequency of CT medical exposure was 135.24 per
