Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(17):2626-2628
Objective To compare the effect of dynamic hip screw(DHS) locked intramedullary nail and the proximal femur with (PFN) in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 88 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were selected.According to the patients' intention and economic status, they were divided into two groups.43 cases in group A were treated by DHS internal fixation,45 cases in group B were treated by PFN internal fixation. The clinical efficacy, the healing time and complications were observed. Results The excellent and good rate in group A and group B were 95.35%,97.78%,there was no significant difference between the two groups (x2 =0.394,P > 0.05).In group B,the healing time, intraoperative bleeding volume and the incidence rate of complications were significantly lower than those in A group (t =3.824,4.017,x2 =4.552,P < 0.05).Conclusion DHS and PFN in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures can achieve better efficacy, however,PFN can significantly reduce postoperative complications, and shorter healing time, which is worth to be widely applied in clinical.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2012;45(3):173-177
Objective To identify differentially expressed proteins in keloid tissue and to explore the proteomic characteristics of keloid by utilizing capillary high-performance liquid chromatography (LC) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS).Methods Tissue specimens were obtained from the lesions of 5 patients with non-familial keloid and normal skin of 5 human controls. After extraction and in-solution digestion of proteins, the resultant peptides were separated and identified by LC-MS/MS.Label-free detection and quantitation of peptides were carried out by using the DeCyder MSTM software. Results A total of 570differentially expressed peptides were identified between non-familial keloid and normal tissue (all P < 0.05),which correspond to 1221 proteins.A difference greater than 1.5 folds was observed in the expressions of 293 proteins, including 124 up-regulated and 169 down-regulated proteins in non-familial keloid tissue. Conclusion Differences exist in the expression of proteins between non-familial keloid and normal skin tissue.

4.Improve long-term outcome of primary immunodeficiency diseases: responsibility of the entire society
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(9):641-643
Primary immunodeficiency diseases (PIDs) represent a typical group of rare diseases with high mortality and disability with regard to long-term outcome.Saving life and improving quality of life of the patients with PID remain to be the responsibility of the stakeholders from all aspects of the society. As the central player in the long run of PID campaign, pediatric immunologists should play a critical role in providing key epidemiological data in favor of political decision-making and social resource distribution.

Journal of China Medical University 2001;30(2):105-107
Objective: Our aim was to evaluate the biocompability of porcelain compounded with nanostructured material. Methods:The proliferation of the NIH3T3 cells were investigated using a tetrazolium-based colorimetric assay(MTT assay).Maceration extract of four tested materials were added into culture plate .The samples were tested with ultraviolet spectrophotometer in 490 wavelength at 1,3,5,7 days after the addition of extract. Morphology of these cells was also observed with phase-contrast microscope. Results: There was no obvious difference among three kinds of prosthetic materials in the optical absorbance and the cells growing in the extract showed normal morphology. Conclusion: The toxicity graduation of the porcelain compounded with nanostructured material is 0. This material has a good biocompability and can be used clinically.
6.The study of quality of life for patients following radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 1999;0(05):-
Good clinical results were shown in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients received radiotherapy. The patients with long term life partially had radiation induced injuries that severely affect the quality of life (QOL). The study on QOL of those patients is important. Our article reviewed the effects of NPC QOL by treatment options, health education, rehabilitation therapy, traditional chinese medicine and qigong. The current measurement scale of NPC QOL in China was also discussed.

8.Isolated hepatic perfusion for treatment of unresectable malignant tumor
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(02):-
Isolated hepatic perfusion(IHP)is the best re gional chemotherapy modal ity for treatment of unresectable liver primary cancer and liver metastases. The main principle of isolated hepatic chemotherapy is to achieve higher regional d rug concentrations and thus higher exposure of tumor tissue to the agents, resul ting in increased response rates, while shielding the organism from the systemic toxicity because of the much lower concentrations in the systemic circulation. At present the methods of IHP include surgical methods and methods with balloon c atheter technique, which promise to provide a micro-invasive procedure,bu t are not fully mature. The key point of successful IHP is low leakage or leakage-free.The more beneficial aspect of IHP is that it can simultaneously apply hyperthe r my and biologic agent TNF to improve sensitivity of chemotherapy, which is not p ossible in other regional chemotherapy. From previous literatures this overview is to describe the principle, procedure techniques, leakage monitor methods, hyp erthermy application, administration agents, therapeutic reaction, complications and perspective of IHP.
9.Advances on intrauterine infection and pulmonary disease in premature infants
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(1):56-59
Intrauterine infection is one of the most important cause of adverse outcomes in pulmonary diseases among preterm infants. The lung tissues of such infants are still immature, whose contact with pathogens when exposed to intrauterine inflammatory environment may trigger local or even systemic inflammatory response, causing different degrees of harm to fetal or neonatal lung tissue.Such damage could lead to bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants, neonatal pneumonia, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, etc., affecting their quality of life. This review is about the research progress and the pathogenesis of intrauterine infection in pulmonary diseases of premature infants.
10.Application of proteomics in age-related macular degeneration
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2021;39(1):72-77
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the mainirreversible blinding eye disease in the elderly. Its main pathogenic factors include age, genetic variation and lifestyle, but the specific pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. As an emerging research method, proteomics technology has been gradually applied in the field of ophthalmology in recent years.A large number of studies about proteomic analysis of blood, tears, aqueous humor, vitreous humor, retina and choroid, drusen and RPE cell samples from AMD patients have been carried out to screen AMD biomarkers and explore the mechanism of AMD.These results can not only help us to make a more accurate diagnosis of AMD, but also play a guiding role in the selection of treatment targets and prognosis.
