In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the subjects and the interests of the whole society , a relaxed and harmonious environment was created to ensure the normal medical research , clini-cal research trials which fit in trial of ethical review. The protocol assessment form and ICF assessment form to review are two cornerstones of protecting subjects. A good ICF assessment form is a necessary means to help improve the quality of the Ethics Committee for review .

Biomedical research involving human subjects must be approved by the ethical review. The method of improving ethics committee members of the examination quality is not only by the members themselves , but also a good plan of the work table, which is also a necessary means to improve the quality of the ethical review.

Objective: To discuss the effect of Chinese materia medica on xerostomia of patients with head and neck tumor undergoing radiotherapy. Methods: 56 Cases of xerostomia of patients with head and neck tumor undergoing radiotherapy were treated with Chinese materia medica which had the effect of clearing heat and lowering pathogenic fire, nourishing yinn and promoting fluid production. I Month later, the evaluation of xerostomia was done. Results: The effective rate reached 46.4%,the improved rate was 44.6%,the total effective rate was 91.0%,and the ineffective rate was 9.0%。Conclusion: The Chinese materia medica with effect of clearing heat and lowering pathogenic fire, nourishing yinn and promoting fluid production can promote salivary secretion, relieve the dry mouth, improve the life quality.

Objective To develop a new method for the determination of trace manganese in water by flame atomic absorption after cloud point extraction. Methods The effect of experimental conditions such as pH value and concentration of reagents and equilibration temperature on cloud point extraction and determination sensitivity was discussed. The chemical variables affecting the separation phase and extraction recovery were optimized. Results Under the optimum conditions, pre-concentration of only 50 ml of sample in the presence of 0.05% Triton X-114 presented a detection limit of 0.28 ?g/L(3?) for manganese. The enhancement factor was 65 for manganese. The relative standard deviation was 2.17%. The calibration graph using the pre-concentration system for manganese was linear with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 at levels near the detection limits up to at least 120 ?g/L. The recovery rates were 98.0%-101.5%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, simple and is suitable for determination of trace manganese in water samples.

Objective To investigate the application progress of postoperative fluid administration in colorectal surgery.Methods Literatures about the advancement of fluid administration in colorectal surgery were reviewed and analyzed.Results Compared to standard fluid management,restrictive fluid administration could reduce the incidence of complications,the length of stay in hospital and improve postoperative survival rate.Colloid-crystalloid combined therapy was better than that pure crystal therapy.Conclusion Volume and type of rehydration influence postoperative recovery,which is also considered in "fast track" colorectal surgery.

The authors first describe a number of relevant concepts, including instruments of labor, forms of labor, value of labor, and human resources. Then they analyze the value of labor of medical workers and their administrators, including the features and forms of the creation of value by medical workers and their administrators. Finally, they expound the importance of deepening reform in the distribution system of medical institutions. By analyzing the theoretical basis for readjusting the distribution mechanism, they put forward the principles of giving expression to the creation of the value of labor in readjusting the distribution system and taking efficiency, capital and production factors into account in distribution and offer suggestions respectively for the reform of the distribution system in profit and non profit medical institutions.

Firstly the authors expound the management attribute of hospital management ethics, clarifying the connotation of hospital management ethics, the basic issues in the study of hospital management ethics, and the eight functions, tasks and goals of hospital management ethics. Secondly they discuss the relationship between hospital management and hospital management ethics. Thirdly they offer a preliminary account of the application of hospital management ethics in hospital management: ①illustrating via a diagram the application of hospital management ethics in hospital decision-making; ②presenting ways of judging “good” and “evil” activities in the hospital; and ③describing the application of hospital management ethics to the monitoring and assessment of medical programs. Finally they propose some methods for cultivating the capability of the entire staff of the hospital to fulfill the obligations of moral excellence.

Bluetooth is a new widely accepted standard of short distance communication in personal area networks (PANs). By analyzing the communication process based on Bluetooth protocol and requirements of physiological electrical signal transmission, such operations are performed as the design of Bluetooth model for measurement of heart sound, the development of Bluetooth network communication library and the implementation of the model by programming.

This paper analyses the requirements of serial data communication interface between upper and lower hosts in a heart sound sampling system, and then introduces the system design scheme, schematic of hardware interface and source codes of upper and lower hosts. C8051F000 and personal computer adopted as the lower host and upper host respectively, C++ Builder and Windows API functions are also used to implement the applications.
