With the development of mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) pathogenesis research,the dynamic observation of changes of cytokines on judgement of the infection of mycoplasma is of certain guiding significance.Domestic and foreign studies showed that MP infection was closely related with IL-17 and its receptor.IL-17 and its receptor may be involved in neutrophil recruitment,and in resistance to MP infection on the immune response.In this paper,the relationship between IL-17and its recepter and mycoplasma infection are reviewed.

Objective To evaluate the relationships between serotypes of U.urealyticum intrauterine infection with outcome pregnancy and placental villus ultrastructural transform.Methods The placental tissues from 45 cases with spontaneous abortion,34 cases of high-risk pregnancy,including 6 premature delivery and 28 PROM patients(study group)and 51 normal pregnant patients(control group)were isolated,cnltured and performed.Serotypes of U.urealyticum were identified by a metabolic inhibition test.The positive cases placental tissue of U.urealyticum were preformed ultrastructural observation by electron microscope.Results Total positive rate 63.3%(50/79)in the study group,showing significant difference from that of control group(47.1%,24/51,P

Objective:To explore the effect of Fitness Qigong(Yi Jinjing)exercise on blood lipid and free radical metabolism of the elder women.Methods:The subjects of this experiment were 64 elder women who were divided into 2 groups randomly:exercise group(34 cases)and control group(30 cases).The exercise group practiced 40-50min pre time,six times pre week for six months,and the control group had no exercise with collective or individual scheme.The indexes of TC,TG,HDL,LDL,SOD,GSH-Px and MDA of the elder women were measured before and after 6-month exercise.Results:After six months Yi Jinjing exercise,the exercise group showed increase in HDL(P0.05),increase in SOD and GSH-Px(P0.05).Conclusion:Fitness Qigong(Yi Jinjing)exercise had the positive effects on blood lipid metabolism,and can suppress lipid peroxidation and maintain high antioxidative capacity of elder female individuals.

Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of different portal vein flush solutions in no heart beating donor harvest on biliary cast syndrome (BCS) after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT), and the application of choledochoscopy in treating BCS. Methods The incidence of biliary complications in 137 consecutive recipients undergoing OLT in our liver transplant center from May. 2002 to Dec. 2003 was retrospectively analyzed. The incidence and risk factors of BCS were compared in 2 groups with different types of portal vein flush solution in no heart beating donor liver harvest: group 1 (n = 65). University of Wisconsin (UW) solution; and group 2 (n = 72), hypertonic citrate adenine ( HCA) solution combined with UW solution. Therapeutic experience and clinical value of choledochoscopy for BCS were summarized. Results Seventeen out of 137 cases (12.4 %) developed BCS in the first three months after operation. Cell aging,the fundamental unit of biological decay,is responsible for senile disease. With the development of research,the mechanism of cell aging has been investigated in molecular level. Two hypotheses have emerged to explain the reason that lamins contribute to cell aging,one is the mechanical stress hypothesis,the other is the gene expression hypothesis. The latter proposes that mutations in A-type lamins lead to abnormal tissue-specific gene regulation. In recent years,the molecular mechanisms of lamins causing cell aging primarily include gene mutation,Zmpste24 mutation,CAAX mutation and other mutations. These mutations in the gene that encode nuclear lamins cause nuclear lamina damage directly and result in cell aging,which have been associated with several degenerative disorders.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ethambutol(EMB)and isoniazid(INH) in children’s plasma. METHODS:After precipitated with acetonitrile,plasma samples were determined by UPLC-MS/MS method. Using lamivudine as internal standard,Waters ACQUITY? UPLC HSS T3 column was adopted with mobile phase consisted of ace-tonitrile-water(containing 0.05% formic acid and 15 mmol/L ammonium formate)in gradient mode at the flow rate of 0.2 ml/min. By ESI,positive ion detection was conducted in MRM mode. The monitoring transition ion-pair was m/z 205.2→116.0 for EMB, m/z 138.1→121.1 for INH and m/z 230.2→111.9 for internal standard. RESULTS:The linear range of EMB and INH was 10-5 000 ng/ml and 50-5 000 ng/ml,respectively;the limits of quantitation were 10 and 50 ng/ml;RSDs of inter-day and intra-day were all lower than 15% and relative recoveries were 98.7%-105.5%. Plasma concentrations of EMB and INH in 4 children with tuberculo-sis were 94.5-99.7 and 55.1-80.9 ng/ml. CONCLUSIONS:The method is rapid and sensitive,which suitable for children’s plasma concentration monitoring of EMB and INH and pharmacokinetic study.

Objective To investigate the clinical correlative factors of malignant cystic pancreatic tumors.Methods The clinical data of 45 patients who received cystic pancreatic tumor resection at the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from May 2000 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into benign tumors + precancerous lesions group (35 patients) and malignant tumor group (10 patients).The clinical symptoms and imaging features of cystic pancreatic tumors were analyzed.All data were analyzed by chisquare test or Logistic regression analysis.Results Abdominal pain,jaundice,emaciation,nausea and vomiting were observed in 23 patients (51％),and 22 (49％) patients had no clinical symptoms.The clinical features of benign pancreatic cyst included pancreatic calcification and pancreatic divisum,while the clinical features of malignant pancreatic cystic tumors were nodules,swelling of lymph nodes,dilation of biliary and pancreatic duct.The results of univariate analysis showed that age ≥ 60 years,presence of symptoms,jaundice,emaciation,dilation of pancreatic duct were the correlative factors of malignant cystic pancreatic tumors ( x2 =4.220,4.294,4.645,7.705,4.645,P ＜ 0.05 ).The results of multiple logistic regression analysis found that age ≥60 years,dilation of pancreatic duct and presence of clinical symptoms were the correlative factors of malignant cystic pancreatic tumors ( OR =1.573,2.674,2.723,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Age≥60 years,dilation of pancreatic duct and presence of clinical symptoms are the correlative factors of malignant cystic pancreatic tumors.

Objective To provide anatomic evidence for the application of the lateral thigh perforator flap.Methods Dissected five fresh Chinese adult lower limbs specimens which were injected with red latex via arterial cannula.On the lateral area of middle and distal thigh,obseved the number,distribution,course,category,length of pedicle and external diameter of the flaps' perforators on specimens.Results On the lateral area of middle and distal thigh 19 perforator arteris were observed in these specimens,averagely there were (3.8 ± 1.3) cutaneous perforators in each flap.Perforators mainly origined from the third perforator artery of profunda femoris,secondly from the second,fourth perforator artery and superior lateral genicular artery.Cutaneous perforators of the third perforator artery of profunda femoris pierced the flap on (13.8 ± 1.5) cm proximal of the fibulae capitulum,while the cutaneous perforators of superior lateral genicular artery on (8.6 ± 1.3) cm proximal of the fibulae capitulum.Averagely internal diameter of cutaneous perforators was (0.7 ± 0.2) mm at the point where the perforators pierced deep fascia.The diameter of the profunda femoris was (1.9 ± 0.2) mm,and the pedicle length was (12.2 ± 0.6)cm.The diameter of superior lateral genicular artery was (1.5 ± 0.2)mm,and the pedicle length was (6.8 ± 1.1) cm.There were inosculated branch in these perforators which came from profunda femoris and superior lateral genicular artery.Conclusion The anatomic characteristic allowed this flap would likely be clinically useful in repairing soft tissue defects in extremity limbs as a free or pedicled flap,which the cutaneous perforators invariably appeared on the skin of lateral areat of middle and distal thigh ; the flap could obtain enough length of the pedicle from its origination ; the vessel has large caliber supporting a substantial cutaneous territory.
