Objective To study the methed of designing the surgical nursing electronic medical records and investigate the effect of application.Method According the nursing record form by Guangdong Provincial Clinical Nursing Writing Criterion (Specialty Version),we designed and completed the surgical nursing electronic medical records form.Result After implementation of the nursing electronic medical records, the mean time of measuring and inputting the patients’vital signs was(1.0±0.3)min and the mean time of finishing the nursing electronic medical records was 4.0±0.5 min. Conclusion Standardizing the form and content of nursing electronic medical records can improve the efficiency of routine work and the quality of nursing records.

Objective:To explore the relationships between the endothelial microparticles (EMPs)in peripheral blood and CD4+ CD25 + Foxp3+ regulatory T cells and their cytokine levels in the patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS),and to clarify the mechanism of EMPs in the pathogenesis of ACS by affecting the Treg cell differentiation and function.Methods:Twenty-three patients with stable angina (SAP)were allocated to SAP group, and 52 patients with ACS were allocated to ACS group.Twenty individuals with normal conventional coronary angiography results were recruited as control group. The levels of EMPs and the percents of CD4+ CD25 +Foxp3+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of the patients in various groups were measured by flow cytometry. The expressions of Foxp3 mRNA and the plasma levels of TGF-β1 were detected with Real-Time PCR and ELISA, respectively.Correlation analysis was performed between EMPs and regulatory T cells,Foxp3 mRNA expression level and TGF-β1 level. Results:Compared with control group and SAP group, the level of EMPs in peripheral blood of the patients in ACS group was increased significantly, but the percentage of regulatory T cells, the Foxp3 mRNA expression level and the plasma TGF-β1 level were decreased markedly (P <0.01).The correlation analysis showed that there were significantly negative correlation between EMPs and regulatory T cells,Foxp3 mRNA expression level and TGF-β1 level (r = - 0.452,P = 0.001;r = - 0.466,P = 0.001;r = - 0.555,P = 0.000 ). Conclusion:EMPs may involve in the process of occurrence and development of ACS and plaque instability by regulating the differentiation and function of CD4+ CD25 + Foxp3 + regulatory T cells.

Objective By analyzing the perioperative management in our hospital to explore the clinical effect and safety of single kidney transplantation from deceased juveniles' donors. Methods We retrospectively analyze 86 cases of kidney transplantations from deceased juveniles' donors in our hospital from 2007 December to 2015 August. Results The success rate of the operations was 100%.The postoperative complications occurred as fellows:7 cases of acute rejection (8.14%);10 cases of drug intoxication (11.62%);21 cases of DGF (24.44%),4 cases of leakage of urine (4.65%),7 cases of lung infection (8.14%).Two cases (2.32%) died after the operation because of serious lung infection, and by corresponding treatment 47 cases recovered after 2-4 weeks. The creatinine level in 37 cases without any complications was 131.88 ± 44.20 μmol/L during discharge. Conclusion With strict selection, the organ from a deceased juvenile donor is safe and practicable.

OBJECTIVE To study the effects and m echanism of eriocalyxin B (EriB)on epithelial -mesenchymal transition (EMT)of colon cancer cells . METHODS The colon cancer cells HT 29 and HCT 116 as research objects . Scratch-healing assay and Transwell assay were used to detect the effects of EriB on migration and invasion of two kinds of cells . Western blot method was used to detect the effects of EriB (1.0 μmol/L),EriB+Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway agonist Licl (1.0 μmol/L EriB+ 10 mmol/L Licl)or EriB+Wnt/ β-catenin signaling pathway inhibitor XAV 939(1.0 μmol/L EriB+ 10 μmol/L XAV 939)on the expressions of EMT related proteins [E-cadherin,N-cadherin,Snail] and Wnt/ β-catenin signaling pathway related proteins [β-catenin,c-myc, cyclin D 1,TCF4]. RESULTS EriB can significantly inhibit the invasion and migration of two kinds of cells (P<0.01). EriB significantly reduced the protein expressions of N -cadherin,Snail,β-catenin,c-myc,cyclin D 1 and TCF 4 while increases the protein expression of E -cadherin(P<0.05 or P<0.01). After EriB combined with Licl ,the protein expressions of β-catenin,c- myc, cyclin D 1 and TCF 4 in the two kinds of cells were reverse d(P<0.05 or P<0.01). After combined with XAV 939,the protein expressions of β-catenin and N -cadherin were further down -regulated(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the protein expression of E -cadherin was further up -regulated(P<0.01),while migration rate was decreased significantly (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS EriB can inhibit the epithelial -mesenchymal transition of colon 19SXHZ0351) cancer cells by inhibiting the activation of Wnt/ β -catenin
