OBJECTIVE:To study the formulation and preparation technique of sterilized puerarin powder for injec?tion.METHODS:The formulation of puerarin powder for injection was optimized by choice of suitable excipients and the sta?bility was observed by accelative test.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The sterilized puerarin powder for injection is stable in quality when lactose and PVP were taken as excipients and the powder was frozen at-30℃and dried up under subatomo?spheric pressure for36h.

Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) includes granulomatosis with polyangiitis,microscopic polyangiitis,eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis,which are known for this name because the common involvement of ANCA in the serum.New revise have been made in the Chapel Hill consensus conference 2012 about the nomenclature and definition of vasculitides,including the AAV.AAV can be misdiagnosed and delay diagnosed very easily for the variety and lack of specificity of clinical manifestations,and a early diagnosis and timely treatment is the key for a better prognosis.

Objective To determine indoor environmental risk factors for adults asthma.Methods A hospital-based case-control study included 122 adult patients with asthma and 205 community controls was carried out to investigate indoor environmental factors for adult asthma.The data were analyzed by univariate and multivariate unconditional Logistic regression.Results It was revealed in univariate analysis that one-story house,newly decorated house,short of breath hard in newly decorated house,drying the beddings in the sun regularly,no leakage of smoke in kitchen,using coke for heating and using firewood for cooking.Results of the multivariate conditional logistic regressive analysis showed that one-story house and newly decorated house had significant negative correlation with asthma(P

Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) takes great affection on people health all over the world.With the extension of human life and aging,the number of sick people will grow rapidly.At present,both conservative and surgical treatment can only alleviate the symptoms,rather than the fundamental treatment for the process of degeneration.Therefore,the application of cell therapy in the treatment of degenerative disc regeneration is an innovative treatment.However,it's a great bottleneck for exogenous transplanted stem cells to survive in degenerated intervertebral disc with harsh environment containing strong force,acidic pH,hypoxia,hyperosmolarity and limited nutrition.In recent years,tissue endogenous repair has been demonstrated to be present in almost all human tissues,and endogenous stem cell play an important role in the process.Similarly,nucleus pulposus was also confirmed the existence of such a kind of tissue specific stem cells-nucleus pulposus derived stem cells (NPSCs)-a new promising candidate for the treatment of IVDD.NPSCs,as a new kind of stem cells,hold either the characteristic of stem cell and the special potential of themselves,such as the nice adaption of the environment in intervertebral disc and the superior potential of cartilage differentiation.Nonetheless,the isolations of NPSCs were different;cell phenotypes were lack of wildly acceptable standard and the biological characteristics were various among different NP sources.In addition,whether the application of NPSCs could be used in nucleus pulposus tissue engineering still calls for further research.Due to the unclear in degeneration mechanism of IVDD,the study on degeneration mechanism of NPSCs may play a great important role in clarifying this issue.
5.Study on UHPLC Fingerprints of Psoralea corylifolia L.

This study was aimed to establish the ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) fingerprints of Psoralea corylifolia L. The separation was achieved on a Shim-pack XR-ODS Ⅲ column (50 mm í 2.0 mm, 1.6μm) by gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid solution as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.1 mL·min-1 and the measurement wavelength was 246 nm. The temperature of the column was 45oC. The results showed that the UHPLC fingerprint of P. corylifolia L. was established and 10 characteristic common peaks were found, among which 6 peaks were recognized by comparing with reference substances. It was concluded that the method was rapid, reliable and reproducible. The established fingerprint can provide references for the study of sub-stance basis and quality control of P. c orylifolia L.

Objective:To obtain some effective objective markers used to predict the early liver metastasis of colorectal tumor,the relationship of liver metastasis of colorectal tumor with associate detection three markers such as CK20mRNA、CD44V6 and PCNA was studied. Methods:The expression of CK20mRNA in portal venous blood from 30 colorectal cancer patients was detected by fluorescent quarto RT-PCR,and the results of CD44V6 and PCNA in colorectal cancer tissue were determined by means of immunohistochemistry, and then compared with control groups through statistics analysis. OBJECTIVE:To study the infuence of mixed decoction of Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Ramu?lus Loranthi on extraction rate of berberine.METHODS:The extraction amount from Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Ramulus Loranthi mixed decoction was determined by HPLC.The HPLC conditions were:Hypersil BDS C 18 column;mobile phase,acetonitrile-33mmol/L KH 2 PO 4 -triethylamine(20∶72∶0.1);detecting wavelength,345nm;column temperature25℃;flow fate1.0ml/min.RESULTS:Decoction of Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Ramulus Loranthi in combi?nation obviously decreased the extraction rate of berberine.CONCLUSION:Cortex Phellodendri should be extracted separately in formulating extract technic for preparations containing above-mentioned herbs.
8.Effect of continuous elastic outside distraction on female minipig's nipples and their supporting tissues

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of continuous elastic outside distraction on female minipig nipples and their supporting tissues,and to investigate its mechanism to correct inverted nipples.MethodsThree female 3-month-old minipigs with 12 nipples were employed.4 nipples of each minipig were remained without distraction as control group,and the other 8 nipples were continuously distracted with inverted nipple correction instruments.Corresponding nipples were excised at 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after traction.Before excision,the diameters and heights of nipples were measured with a vernier caliper.Then the excised nipple specimens were employed for HE staining to observe the change of their tissue structure and the number counting of capillaries.ResultsThe volumes of nipples all obviously increased after traction,as compared with control group,and diameters and heights of nipples were significantly different (P<0.01).In addition,there was a trend that nipple height increased with traction time.Under light microscope,the traction group showed that epidermis thickened,basal cells,fibroblasts and capillary significantly proliferated.Capillary counts compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.01).ConclusionsContinuous elastic outside distraction can promote the proliferation of female minipig nipple and areola papillaris.
9.Axonal regeneration style and speed after axonal transaction: a preliminary study

ObjectiveTo establish a central nervous system axonal mechanical transection model in vitro and observe the axonal regeneration style and speed following the transection. MethodsThe cortical explants the mice were cultured in vitro,of which the axon and dendrite parts were marked using immunofluorescence.The model was built by mechanically transecting the axons and removing the severed axons.The axonal regeneration style was observed by tracing the undeveloped cellular bodies adhering to the residual axonal surface.The growth speed of the regenerated axons and normal axons were measured as well.Results ( 1 ) After mechauically transecting the axons of explants,the axonal regeneration was largely founded at the transected line.The undeveloped cellular bodies went over the transected line and spread to the distal area with axonai regeneration. (2) The axonal growth speed was (118 ± 32) μm/d and (72 ±41) μm/d in the transection group,but was (41 ± 17) μm/d and (32 ± 19) μm/d in the control group at 24 and 48 hours respectively. ConclusionThe regeneration style of the transected axons is the extension of the axonal stumps,rather than sprouting growth,and the growth speed is faster than that of the normal axons.
10.Analysis of nerve conduction velocity and quantitative sensory test in patients with early diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the characteristics of electro-neurophysiology in diabetic patients with early peripheral neuropathy. Method The nerve conduction velocity ( NCV ) and quantitative sensory test (QST) were examined in 175 diabetic patients without clinical peripheral neuropathy and in 50 normal subjects, and their results were compared. Results In 175 diabetic patients, the abnormal ratio of NCV was 7% (13/175).While using QST,the abnormal ratio was 45% (79/175). There was significant difference between two methods (P< 0.01). Compared diabetic patients with normal subjects,there was no significant difference between motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity (P > 0.05 ).While using QST, the threshold values of cold sensation, warm sensation, and thermalgesia showed significant difference between diabetic patients and normal subjects (P< 0.01). Conclusion QST is more sensitive than NCV in diagnosing diabetic peripheral neuropathy, which suggests that small nerve fibers are more likely to be damaged than large fibers in early stage.
