Methods:To design of peripheral control circuit, the use of STM32 microcontroller software compiled program, temperature control function of the whole device. Results: Though the program running, it realized the function of temperature control device. Conclusion:STM32 MCU has powerful functions, low price, simple use, convenient development advantages, suitable for use in other medical equipment electrical control part.

3.Research advance in noninvasive prenatal testing based on cell-free fetal DNA

The discovery of cell-free fetal DNA ( cffDNA) in maternal plasma provides a new idea for noninvasive prenatal testing( NIPT).Though some studies to date have shown several fetal DNA markers, how to accurately distinguish cffDNA from the pool of maternal plasma free DNA is still a challenge.So far, NIPT based on cffDNA has been used for detection and study of a variety of diseases, along with the advance and development of technology, it will have a more broad application prospects.This article will make a review for the research status from the biological characteristics and the markers of cffDNA, the clinical applications and the existing issues and development prospects of NIPT based on cffDNA.

6.Effects of dexmedetomidine on serum inflammatory factor and oxidative stress response in septic rats

Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on serum inflammatory factor and oxidative stress response in septic rats.Methods Thirty healthy male SD rats,aged 10-14 weeks,weighing 250-300 g,were randomly divided into 3 groups( n =10 each): sham operation group (group S),sepsis group (group CLP) and sepsis + dexmedetomidine group (group CLP + D).Sepsis was induced by cecal ligation and puncture in groups CLP and CLP + D.Group CLP + D received intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine at 10 μg· kg- 1 ·h- 1 from the end of operation until dead or 12 h after operation.Groups S and CLP received equal volume of normal saline at 1 ml·kg-1 ·h-1.Arterial blood samples were taken from 5 rats in each group before (basline) and at 1,6 and 12 h after operation for determination of serum IL-6,IL-10,SOD and MDA levels.The survival rate within 12 h after operation was recorded.Results Compared with group S,serum IL-6,IL-10 and MDA concentrations at 1,6 and 12 h after operation were increased,while serum SOD activity at 1,6 and 12 h after operation and survival rate were decreased in group CLP ( P < 0.05 ).Compared with group CLP,serum IL-6 and MDA concentrations at 6 and 12 h after operation were decreased,while serum SOD activity at 12 h after operation and survival rate were increased in group CLP + D ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can increase the survival rate of septic rats by inhibiting inflammatory factor release and oxidative stress response.

8.The effects of thermocycling on the tensile bond strength of silicone denture liner incorporated with silver-nano-particles

16 standered acrylic resin blocks with silicone resilient denture liner(10 mm ×8 mm ×3 mm)incorporated with nano-silver par-ticles at 5% (m/m,by dry wet)in-between were prepared.8 blocks were immersed in distilled water for 24 h at 37 ℃ as the controls (group 1).Another 8 were thermocycled for 4 000 cycles(group 2).16 acrylic resin bars were thermal cycled for 4 000 cycles.Then they were processed exactly as the control group (group 3).Tensile bond strength of the specimens was measured by a universal testing machine. The bond strength values(MPa)of group 1,2 and 3 were 2.683 ±0.435,2.179 ±0.633 and 1.460 ±0.566 respectively(group 1 vs 2,P>0.05;group 3 vs 1 or 2,P<0.05).The failure mode of the blocks in group 1 and 2 was mainly cohesive failure,in group 3 adhesion fail-ure.
9.Effects of mesalamine on the expression of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-17 and intestinal barrier function with ulcerative colitis

Objective To investigate the effect of mesalazine on the expression of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-17 and intestinal barrier function in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 76 patients with UC from January 2015 to April 2016 in The Fifth Central Hospital of Tianjin were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group. After admission were given maintenance of water and electrolyte, basic acid-base balance and nutritional support treatment, and the control group were treated with conventional drug sulfasalazine (SASP) treatment, two tablets each time, four times once day, four weeks for each course, the observation group was treated with mesalazine, four tablets each time, three times once day, four weeks each course of treatment. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-17, L/M and Baron endoscopic scores in the two groups were observed after two courses of treatment. The efficacy and side effects of the two groups were compared. Results No dropout or dropout cases in this study, two groups after the treatment of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-17, L/M, Baron scores were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the observation group after treatment the above indexes were all significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.47%(34/38) higher than that of the control group 71.05%(21/38), the adverse reaction rate of 13.16% (5/38) was lower than that in the control group 34.21% (13/38), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional drug SASP, the effect of on the expression of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-17 in serum of patients with UC and the improvement of intestinal barrier function can be effectively suppressed, which has the advantages of clinical efficacy and low adverse reaction rate.
