To understand the current situation of public health service system by using diect network report,system report and questionaire surey, so as to provide reasomable suggestion for the existing problems.

Objective: To obtain the data of the surfaces of stand ar d posterior teeth crowns with an improved measurement system, so as to lay the f oundation for fabrication of dental prosthesis with computer aided design and la ser solid forming technology. Methods: Standard posterior teeth models were measured with a numerical controlled miller and a new data col lection system by cutting and scanning layer by layer, and the 3 dimension (3 D) shape of the models was reconstructed by image processing with a special soft ware. Results: Data of image profile and 3D shape of sixte en posterior teeth crowns were obtained. Precise configuration was acquired.Conclusion: Data of image profile can be easily and clearly ob tained by the improved measurement system with no measuring blind spot.

Objective: To reconstruct 3D shape of upper edentulous jaw f or the design of a digital model of palatal metal plate of upper complete dentur e. Methods: Standard edentulous jaw models were measured with a numerical controlled miller and a new data collection system by cutting and sca nning layer-by-layer, the 3D shape of the models was reconstructed by image pr ocessing with special software. Based on these data, a palatal metal plate of u pper complete denture was designed by using SURFACER softerware.Results: Data of upper edentulous jaw models and a palatal metal plate of upper c omplete denture were obtained.The error between basal surface of the plate base and uper endentulous jaw was 0.0245 ?0.0267 mm. Conclusion:E dentulous jaw can be reconstructed by three-dimensional measurement, the design ed palatal metal plate of upper complete denture will be helpful to the further Laser Solid Forming.

Objective:To investigate the microstructure and mechanical property of titanium parts made by laser solid forming technology. Methods: Titanium parts were made by laser solid forming technology; microstructure and elements were observed by SEM and spectrum analysis. The mechanical property of laser formed titanium and TA2 titanium were measured by Omnipotent testing machine. Results: The microstructure of titanium parts fabricated by laser rapid forming has columnar crystals with regular and epitaxial growth. The inner structure is dense and acicular structure distributed uniform at all field with width about 3-4 ?m; No obvious impurity elements were observed; the tensile-strength and yield strength of titanium parts is obviously superior to the standard of TA2. Conclusion: The microstructure of titanium parts made by laser solid forming can be obviously improved and mechanics performance was greatly improved. Those titanium parts may be used for dental restoration.

Objective:To report and analyze a rare family of sponduloepiphyseal dysplasia congenital(SEDC) in order to supply more resources for genetic bone disease. Methods:Investigation and analysis was performed on a four generation's family of SEDC.Clinic characteristics including X-ray image and chromosome analysis were evaluated.Results:Nine persons suffered from SEDC in this four(generation's) family.The patients presented with same clinical characteristics.The main bone damages affected vertebrae,articulatio coxae,caput femoris and neck. Conclusion:The mode of inheritance of SEDC may be autosomal dominant inheritance.Gene defect during embryonic period may interfere the growth of osteoepiphysis.Further molecular pathologic studies were needed to find the evidence of genetic prognostication of SEDC.

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy of epinephrine combined with vasopressin and naloxone for cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and to investigate its mechanism. METHODS:64 patients with sudden cardiac and respiratory arrest were randomly divided into control group(epinephrine group),treatment group Ⅰ(epinephrine+vasopressin group)and treatment group Ⅱ(vasopressin+epinephrine+naloxone group). Spontaneous circulation,breathing recovery time,restoration of spontaneous circulation and respiration rate,24 h survival rate and discharge survival rate were observed and compared among different groups. Objective To discuss the clinical value of immunofecal occult blood test in screening of colorectal cancer and its precancerous lesions in a large series of health checkup population. Methods Colorectal cancer and its precancerous lesions in 5919 subjects undergoing health checkup in our hospital were screened out by using immunofecal occult blood test from July 2006 to June 2007; positive cases with the test were subjected to colorectal endoscopy or X-ray barium enema examination. Relevant results were analyzed in combination with clinical and pathological data. Results Positive result was obtained in 314 out of the 5919 subjects undergoing health checkup with immunofecal occult blood test; the positive rate was 5.30%. 241 cases(76.75% )of them accepted colorectal endoscopic examination and 23 cases(7.32%) accepted X-ray barium enema examination. The total follow up rate was 84.08% with 50 cases out of contact. After excluding the cases out of cantact, 16 cases of colorectal cancer were found morbidity 2.37‰ including 8(50.00% )cases of Dukes A,7 cases (43.75%)of Dukes B and 1 case of Dukes C (6 .25%).The detection rate of colorectal cancer with postive imunofecal occult blood test was 6.06% (16/264). 94 cases (16.01‰) of adenomatous polyps were found including 55 cases (58.51%) of tubular adenoma, 23 cases (24.47% )of villiform- tubular adenoma and 16 cases(17.02%) of villfform adenoma. Among these cases 55 (58.51%)were solitary and 39(41.49%) multiple. In addition, 6 cases of ulcerative colitis in active phase were found. Altogether 116 (43.94%)of the 264 cases with positive immunofecal blood test and not out of contact were found to have colorectal cancer or its precancerous lesions. Conclusion Immunofecal occult blood test is suitable for screening of colorectal cancer and its precancerous lesions in large series of population. Colorectal cancer and its precancerous lesions may be found in relatively early phase and be eradicated in curable stage, thus to reduce the morbidity and mortality.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate effectiveness and safety of rh-endostatin in the treatment of keloid.METHODS:Sixty-four keloid patients in Nanchong Central Hospital during Jan.2015-Jan:2016 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 32 cases in each group.Both group received fractional CO2 laser treatment.After surgery,control group was given antioxidant drug and antibiotics routinely.Observation group was additionally given Rh-endostatin injection 0.1-0.2 mg/cm2 via keloid body,once a month,for twice,on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy,symptom score after laser treatment and 2 months after laser treatment,wound healing time,wound pigmentation area and keloid area before and after treatment,the occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in total re sponse rate (93.75％ vs.87.50％) and the incidence of ADR (15.63％ vs.12.50％) between observation group and control group (P＞0.05).There was no statistical significance in symptom score of control group between after laser treatment and after 2 months of treatment (P＞0.05).The erythema,edema and pigmentation scores of observation group were significantly lower than before treatment and control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05);there was no statistical significance in skin itching and burning sensation score between 2 groups (P＞0.05).The wound incrustation time,decrustation time and wound healing time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Pigmentation area and keloid area of 2 groups were significantly smaller than before,and the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Rh-endostatin can alleviate erythema,edema,pigmenta tion and other symptoms effectively,shorten healing time,and inhibit pigmentation and keloid regeneration effectively with good safety.

Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is the most deadly type of stroke.Its 30-day mortality rate is nearly 40％.More than 30％ of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage will have hematoma growth,which lead to poor outcomes.In addition to the classic predictors,some inaging signs also have important implications for identifying hematoma growth,such as swirl sign,blend sign,and black hole sign on nonenhanced CT scans,extravasation sign on contrast-enhanced CT scans,spot sign on CT angiography,leak sign revealed by the modified imaging method,as well as the spot sign on CT peffusion imaging.
