Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the microstructure and mechanical property of titanium parts made by laser solid forming technology. Methods: Titanium parts were made by laser solid forming technology; microstructure and elements were observed by SEM and spectrum analysis. The mechanical property of laser formed titanium and TA2 titanium were measured by Omnipotent testing machine. Results: The microstructure of titanium parts fabricated by laser rapid forming has columnar crystals with regular and epitaxial growth. The inner structure is dense and acicular structure distributed uniform at all field with width about 3-4 ?m; No obvious impurity elements were observed; the tensile-strength and yield strength of titanium parts is obviously superior to the standard of TA2. Conclusion: The microstructure of titanium parts made by laser solid forming can be obviously improved and mechanics performance was greatly improved. Those titanium parts may be used for dental restoration.

Objective: To obtain the data of the surfaces of stand ar d posterior teeth crowns with an improved measurement system, so as to lay the f oundation for fabrication of dental prosthesis with computer aided design and la ser solid forming technology. Methods: Standard posterior teeth models were measured with a numerical controlled miller and a new data col lection system by cutting and scanning layer by layer, and the 3 dimension (3 D) shape of the models was reconstructed by image processing with a special soft ware. Results: Data of image profile and 3D shape of sixte en posterior teeth crowns were obtained. Precise configuration was acquired. Conclusion: Data of image profile can be easily and clearly ob tained by the improved measurement system with no measuring blind spot.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
Objective: To reconstruct 3D shape of upper edentulous jaw f or the design of a digital model of palatal metal plate of upper complete dentur e. Methods: Standard edentulous jaw models were measured with a numerical controlled miller and a new data collection system by cutting and sca nning layer-by-layer, the 3D shape of the models was reconstructed by image pr ocessing with special software. Based on these data, a palatal metal plate of u pper complete denture was designed by using SURFACER softerware. Results: Data of upper edentulous jaw models and a palatal metal plate of upper c omplete denture were obtained. The error between basal surface of the plate base and uper endentulous jaw was 0.0245 ?0.0267 mm. Conclusion:E dentulous jaw can be reconstructed by three-dimensional measurement, the design ed palatal metal plate of upper complete denture will be helpful to the further Laser Solid Forming.

Chinese Health Economics 2013;(11):67-68
In order to understand the cost of cancer in rural area, to evaluate the cost burden, the project content and treatment status. Typical sampling and random sampling survey are combined to investigate and account major expenditure and economic loss of cancer treatment and related items, analyzes its rationality and scientific, provide references for improving the level of cancer prevention and treatment.

Chinese Health Economics 2013;(11):69-70
In order to reduce heavy burden of cancer on patients, families and social, it needs to raise special funds, apply regular screening for 45~65 years old group, achieve early detection and treatment of cancer, reduce medical expenses and economic loss of cancer greatly, reduce mental burden, establish the cancer prevention input-output model, calculates the economic benefits up to 1:9.89. It is proposed to establish the organization, improve the mechanism, expand the overall costs, secure the screening and popularize early detection and treatment.

Herald of Medicine 2017;36(3):256-261
Objective To investigate effects of diabetes mellitus (DM) on pharmacokinetics (PK) of cephradine (CED).Methods DM model was induced by iv.alloxan 60 mg·kg-1.A reversed phase HPLC internal standard method was developed for measurement of CED plasma concentration. After blood collection, rats were sacrificed to collect kidneys for calculating kidney index(KW/BW).DM and normal control (CTL) rats were randomly assigned to receive iv.or ig.CED at a dose of 180 or 90 mg·kg-1.The 3p97 program was used to calculate PK parameters. Results The developed HPLC method was validated to have high specificity, precision, recovery and good storage stability, and met requirements for PK study of CED.The CED in rats of both DM and CTL groups showed the iv.two-compartment PK and ig.one-compartment PK and followed the first-order kinetics.Following iv.dosing,a remarkably decreased t1/2β and MRT,increased CLt were evident in DM group as compared with CTL group (P < 0.05).After ig dosing,a significant decrease in t1/2k and t a remarkable increase in CLt and Cm=were observed for DM group as compared with CTL group (P < 0.05).The DM rats showed a trend of decreased t1/2ka vs CTL rats. There was no significant difference in the oral bioavailability between the two groups (P > 0.05).KW and KW/BW in DM group were increased remarkably compared with CTL group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The DM vs CTL results in faster absorption and elimination of CED in rats, but does not have significantly affect in oral bioavailability. The compensatory hypertrophy and hyperfunction of early-stage diabetic kidneys may constitute one of causes of quick elimination of CED in rats with DM.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2016;24(7):623-627
Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is the most deadly type of stroke. Its 30-day mortality rate is nearly 40%.More than 30% of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage will have hematoma growth, which lead to poor outcomes. In addition to the classic predictors, some inaging signs also have important implications for identifying hematoma growth, such as swirl sign, blend sign, and black hole sign on nonenhanced CT scans, extravasation sign on contrast-enhanced CT scans, spot sign on CT angiography, leak sign revealed by the modified imaging method,as well as the spot sign on CT peffusion imaging.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2008;25(4):169-172
Objective To determine the detection rate of duodenal papilla and the diagnostic rate of small bowel diseases by capsule endoscopy(CE)and its possible influencing factors. Methods A total of 369 cases with suspected small bowel disease who had undergone CE were retrospectively reviewed. The de- tection rate of duodenal papilla and that of small bowel disease were calculated respectively. The detection rate of duodenal papilla in another 369 patients having received gastroscopy was also counted in order to findout the miss detection rate of forward-viewing endoscopy. The CE findings were reviewed at the rate of 1 im-age and 15 images per second by hand-motion respectively. The detection rate of duodenal papilla was calcu-lated,and the number of frames showing duodenal papilla was counted. Differences of detection rate of duo-denal papilla were also analyzed by different age and gender groups. In addition, the potential difference in detection rate of duodenal papilla between different bowel preparations before CE of two different reviewing approaches was also investigated respectively. Results The miss detection rate of duodenal papilla with for-ward-viewing gastroscopy was 22. 0%. The detection rate of duodenal papilla reviewed at the rate of 1 image by hand-motion,where less frames were needed to visualize duodenal papilla(3. 7vs7. 0),was significantly higher than that at the rate of 15 images per second(32. 2%vs13. 6%,P=0. 001). The diagnostic rate of small bowel diseases was also significantly higher than that of duodenal papilla by CE(67. 2%vs32. 2%,P=0. 000). Age and gender were not significantly correlated with the detection rate of duodenal papilla. No significant correlation was found between various kinds of bowel preparation before CE at different viewing rate and the detection rate of duodenal papilla. Conclusion It iS relatively difficult to identify duodenal pa- pilla by CE,as they are peculiarly positioned in anatomy,so the detection of duodenal papilla does not nec- essarily represent the detection rate of small bowel diseases. The major factors that influencing the detection of duodenal papilla by CE include local anatomy, viewing rate and technical limitations of CE.
