Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of decay receptor 3 (DcR3) and the eliniealpathological parameters in human gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of DcR3 was examined by RT-PCR in a series of 41 human primary gastric carcinomas and 41cases of normal tissue adjacent to tumor. Multiple clinical pathological factors were analyzed according to their relation with the expression of DcR3. Results The positive rate of expression of DcR3 was 56 %(23/41) in human gastric carcinoma. The expression of DcR3 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues adjacent tumor. The expression of DcR3 was significantly correlated with different degrees of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P <0.10), but there was no significant difference in DcR3 and other clinical pathological features such as tumor position and invasion depth (P>0.10). The multiple linear regression equation was Y=0.432-0.208X1+0.098X2+0,086X3. Conclusion DcR3 expression can be highly found in gastric carcinoma. The abnormal expression of DcR3 may promote tumorigenesis and progression. DcR3 may be important in evaluating the tumor differentiation, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of human gastric carcinoma.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2019;21(6):951-954
Cervical cancer is an important global public health problem, and its incidence tends to be younger in China.Compared with stage ⅡB cervical cancer, concurrent chemoradiotherapy has obvious advantages in reducing local recurrence rate, improving progression free survival rate, overall survival rate, and improving prognosis.Concurrent chemoradiotherapy and surgical treatment can effectively reduce local lesions and increase the opportunity for surgical resection.Synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy do not increase the difficulty of operation and postoperative complications. At the same time, all kinds of short-term and long-term complications caused by radical radiotherapy are avoided. The new adjuvant chemotherapy will strive for radical surgery, using radical surgery to eliminate the focus of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, improve the patient's survival time and improve the patient's quality of life.Preoperative radiotherapy can also maintain the physiological function of the vagina and avoid various complications caused by the amount of radical radiotherapy.

Objective:
To detect the arthropathies on no bleeding history joints in pre-school hemophilia A children in order to provide evidence for further prevention and control of joint disease in children with hemophilia A.
Methods:
This study was a cross-sectional study based on China Hemophilia Individualized prophylaxis study (CHIPS). The basic data of outpatients with hemophilia in Beijing Children's Hospital and Chengdu Women's and Children's Central Hospital between August 2016 and June 2017 were collected and a three-month follow-up was conducted. The target joints (six joints of bilateral elbows, knees and ankles) of thirty-four children aged 1-7 years old with severe hemophilia A were examined by ultrasound, X-ray and joint function examination (4-7 years old, hemophilia joint health score (HJHS)). To find out whether there are arthropathies in patient's joints with no bleeding history and analyze the relevant factors by chi-square test, rank sum test and other statistical methods.
Results:
There were 32 analyzable cases with 112 no-bleeding history target joints, 42.9% (48/112) were elbow joints. Arthropathies were revealed in 34.8% (39/112) of them by joint structural and functional examination and 46.2% (18/39) were ankles (χ2=8.379,

Journal of Zhejiang University. Science. B 2022;23(7):607-612
Neutrophils are predominant leukocytes in the circulation, which are essential for killing invading pathogens via the activation of effector responses and the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), also named as "oxidative burst." When infected, activated neutrophils fight bacteria, fungi, and viruses through oxidative burst, phagocytosis, degranulation, and the production of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) in a neutrophil death process named as "NETosis" (Mutua and Gershwin, 2021). NETs, consisting of DNA fibers decorated with modified histones and numerous antimicrobial proteins from cytoplasmic granules and the nucleus, can either be beneficial or detrimental (Mutua and Gershwin, 2021). Several pathways can lead to this death process. In response to various stimuli, NETosis traps and clears pathogens, facilitating phagocytosis by other neutrophils and phagocytes. However, excessive NETosis often results in disease due to increasing the pro-inflammatory response and perpetuating the inflammatory condition (Hellebrekers et al., 2018; Hidalgo et al., 2019; Klopf et al., 2021). Accordingly, inhibiting aberrant NETosis may alleviate the severity of various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
