Two hundred and forty patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, discharged from October 2009 to January 2010, were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred twenty patients received home-based rehabilitation training, another 120 patients received conventional treatment and non-specific home rehabilitation. Brunnstrom rating and Barthel index ( BI) evaluation of motor function and activities of daily living (ADL) were performed in both groups before and after training program; Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) , Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD) Assessment of anxiety and depression were also performed. Results showed that the lower limb function and ADL ability in home rehabilitation group were significantly increased, the anxiety and depression were significantly improved after home rehabilitation training ( P < 0. 005 ) ; but those indicators in control group were not significantly changed ( P > 0. 05 ).

Objective:To explore the application effect of case reporting model in newly recruited nurses. Methods:A total of 149 newly recruited nurses in First Hospital of Qinhuangdao from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the observation group. A total of 79 newly recruited nurses from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the control group. The newly recruited nurses in the observation group were trained in accordance with the requirements of the routine Syllabus for Newly Recruited Nurses and reported cases for 6 months, once a month. The control group was trained in accordance with the requirements of the Syllabus for Newly Recruited Nurses. The head nurses evaluated and compared the professional theoretical ability, active communication ability, problem solving ability, work cooperation ability, emergency capability, expression and communication ability and PPT production ability of the two groups of newly recruited nurses. Results:In the evaluation of newly recruited nurses by head nurses, the excellent rates and the good rates of professional theoretical ability, active communication ability, problem solving ability, work coordination ability, emergency capability, PPT production ability, expression and communication ability of newly recruited nurses in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The implementation of the case report model in standardized training of newly recruited nurses can promote active learning of newly recruited nurses, enhance the ability of newly recruited nurses to analyze the disease, and improve their job competence.

【Objective】 To analyze the relevant studies on blood donor cohort and explore the current research status, research hotspots and development trends of blood donor cohort studies abroad. 【Methods】 Based on the Web of Science Core Collection, the literature related to blood donor cohort was searched. After screening and data processing, bibliometric analysis was carried out from the volume of literature trends, disciplines, authors, institutional distribution and other aspects of the included literature. At the same time, CiteSpace 5.6R5 software was used to carry out visual analysis of countries/regions, literature co-citation, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and keyword emergence. Results A total of 672 papers (654 research papers, 18 review papers) were included. The total number of papers published in the field of blood donor cohort study showed a steady upward trend since 1991, the fastest growth was between 2019 and 2020. The top three cited authors were Kaaks R (1 301 citations), Rinaldi S (1 186 citations) and Riboli E (1 130 citations); the top three institutions were RLUK library in the UK, the University of California and the University of Copenhagen; the top three countries/regions in the volume of literature were the United States (176 papers), Germany (64 papers) and France (54 papers), and they all co-operated closely with other countries. The top five keywords were "blood donor" , "prevalence" , "infection" , "risk" and "antibody" . A total of 19 clusters were obtained by keyword cluster analysis, it was reflected in the immune mechanism and prevalence of blood-borne diseases, the relationship between blood donation behavior and non-communicable disease and its influencing factors, and the classification of the characteristics of blood donors. "Non-hepatitis B" was the keyword with the greatest burst intensity. The keywords that have burst out in recent years and continue to this day include "donation" , "seroprev-alence" , "donor" and "management" . Conclusion At present, the cohort study of blood donors has been paid more and more attention in the world, and its research trends mainly focus on the study of transfusion-transmitted disease risk. However, more researches begin to pay attention to the health problems and influencing factors of blood donors or recipients, which provides the research ideas and directions for establishing cohort study among blood donors in China.

Objective To develop an evaluation management information system for new nurses(EMISNN),and to explore the effectiveness of its application in the training of new nurses. Methods A research and development team was set up to design and build the EMISNN.EMISNN is a system which comprises 3 main modules, namely data integration module, query statistics module and strategy generation module. From August 2021 to April 2023,the new nurses of Qinhuangdao city,a tertiary A hospital who joined in 2022 were selected as an experimental group, and the new nurses joined in 2021 were selected as a control group by the convenience sampling method. The experimental group adopted the data analysis and strategies provided by the EMISNN to guide the training of the theory and practice of surgery, while the control group adopted the routine training plan, and then the performance of the 2 groups nurses in the theory test of surgical nursing and their satisfaction with the training were compared. Results After training, the experimental group was(73.51±8.51)points,while the control group was(69.14±8.01)points,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(t=3.112,P=0.002).The training satisfaction of the experimental group was(34.53±2.80)points,while the control group was(32.42±2.70)points,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(t=4.486,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of the EMISNN conduces to the precision and intelligence of new nurses trainings, and it is also conducive to enhancing the satisfaction of new nurses with the training and improves the training quality.
