1.Application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for sleep disordered breathing in China.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(6):490-491
After more than 30 years of development, noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV) has become one of the main treatments of sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) in the world. It is the wide application of this technology that makes breakthrough in SDB treatment, and has given rise to a new interdisciplinary area sleep medicine. In China, sleep medicine started in late of 1980's, in recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of recognization, the application of NPPV in Chinese market has become one of the fastest growing in the world. NPPV technology also extends gradually to the treatments of patients with respiratory failure due to different causes, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome and COPD.

2.Combined detection of serum CEA,CA199 and CA724 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(12):1545-1546,1549
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),car-bohydrate antigen 199 (CA199)and carbohydrate antigen 724 (CA724)for the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Plasma levels of CEA,CA199 and CA724 were detected by using electrochemiluminescence in 95 patients with gastric cancer,63 patients with be-nign gastric diseases and 101 healthy subjects. Results Levels and positive rates of CEA,CA199 and CA724 in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than healthy control group (P<0.05).Levels and positive rates of CEA and CA724 in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than benign gastric diseases group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of level and positive rate of CA199 between gastric cancer group and benign gastric diseases group(P>0.05).The sensitivity of com-bined detection was obviously higher than any single detection or combined detection of two indexesConclusion Combined detection of the three tumor markers could improve the diagnostic sensitivity and coincidence rate, which have practical diagnostic value for gastric cancer.
3.Novel Mutants of Microbial Glycosidases——Generation and Application of Thioglycoligases

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
Acid/base mutants of glycosidases, namely thioglycoligases, are able to catalyze thioglycosides synthesis. Now, many thioglycoligases, including ?-thioglucoligase, ?-thiomannoligase, ?-thiogalactoligase, ?-thioxyloligase and ?-thioglucoligase, have been developed from bacteria and archaebacteria, and applied in synthesizing various thioglycoligases. Recently, thioglycoligases have been used to glycosylate the glycoprotein and firstly generate the thioglycoprotein. The novel extended synthetic function of glycosidases would promote the development of glycobiology, biotechnology and pharmacy.

Chinese Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2021;15(2):214-216
HER2-positive breast cancer is highly aggressive and prone to recurrence and metastasis. T-DM1 (Ado-Trastuzumab Emtansine) is a new anti-HER2 targeted drug with targeting therapeutic effect and cytotoxic killing. It was officially approved by the National Medical Products Administration in February 2020, but there are few reports about its application in China. In this paper, a case of locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer treated with T-DM1 was reported, and relevant literature was reviewed to improve the understanding of targeted drug T-DM1, in order to provide a new anti-HER2 treatment option for HER2-positive breast cancer patients.

Modern Hospital 2015;(7):109-110
Based on the development trend of the three -in-one system of “medical treatment, teaching and scientific re-search”, the main university affiliated hospitals at home and abroad need to ensure the sustaining development of hospital scientific re-search and improve the core competitiveness of hospital by improving the scientific research management , such as focusing more atten-tion on the scientific research policy , improving the quality of management staff , constructing the diversification mechanism , integra-ting resources, constructing information platform, managing the funds and archives, and strengthening the whole process supervision.

7.Comparsion of cell-suspension and explant culture of mouse corneal epithelial cells in mice
International Eye Science 2011;11(6):939-942
AIM: To compare cell-suspension and explant culture of mouse corneal epithelial cells (MCEC).METHODS: MCEC were cultured by cell-suspension culture and explant culture, respectively. Colony forming efficiency (CFE) and cell proliferation were determined. The expression of corneal epithelial progenitor cell marker p63 and K19, as well as differentiation marker K12 was investigated by Western blotting.RESULTS: Twenty of 25 (80%) cornea explant were successfully subcultured to passage1 (P1), while only 12% cell-suspension culture were successfully subcultured to P1. There were statistical significance between explant culture and cell-suspension culture (P<0.01). Up to 55% of P1 cells in explant culture were passaged over P10 and were stably subcultured though at least 25 passages. However, cells cultured in suspension culture never achieved confluence in P2. CEF of P1 in explant culture was higher than P1 in cell-suspension culture (P=0.02) and CEF of P20 in explant culture was higher than P1 in explant (P=0.001). Immunostaining images showed expression of p63 and K19 in cell-suspension culture P1 and explant culture P1 and P20. K12 was expressed in P1 of both cell-suspension culture and explant culture, however, there was not K12 expressed in P20 of explant culture.CONCLUSION: In MECE culture, compared with cell-suspension culture, the explant culture is a preferable option.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
Impact of air pollution on cardiovascular d is eases has been established. As the main source of city air pollution, particulat e matter has been demonstrated an independent correlation with incidence and mor tality of cardiovascular diseases. The mechanisms are not clear. Several plausib le mechanistic pathways have been described, including inflammation induced by o xidative stress, the followed enhanced coagulation/thrombosis resulted in instab ility of atherosclerosis, the promotion of ischemic heart diseases and imbalance of autonomic nerve tone resulted in the occurrence of arrhythmia. The article p rovides a review of the mechanisms on air pollution and cardiovascular diseases and suggestions for further research.

Objective To investigate the current situation of maternal self- efficacy of breastfeeding and explore its influencing factors in Zhengzhou. Methods Using the general condition questionnaires, breast feeding self-efficacy scale, perceived social support scale and Edinburgh postnatal depression scale to assess the situation of 180 puerperas by the convenience sampling in one obstetric hospital of Zhengzhou. Results The total score of maternal breast feeding self-efficacy was(114.04 ± 21.57)points.The frequency of delivery, the way of delivery and feeding ways, the average income of family were effected with breastfeeding self-efficacy. The total score of social support was(68.87 ± 10.43) points, the total score of puerperas depression was(7.61 ± 4.25) points. The social support score had positive correlation with breastfeeding self-efficacy(r=0.423, P<0.01). Puerperas depression had negative correlation with breastfeeding self- efficacy(r=- 0.342, P<0.01). Conclusions The maternal breastfeeding level in Zhengzhou was at a lower level. The level of maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy scale was impacted by maternal social support degree, the degree of depression. Measures should be taken to enhance maternal social support degree, reduce the degree of depression, in order to improve the level of maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy.
