1.Glycemic control in diabetic patients during perioperative period
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2010;26(6):527-528
Today, more and more patients with diabetes are requiring surgical intervention. Not only the metabolic disturbance of carbohydrate will be aggravated by surgical stress, but also the risk of perioperative complications and mortality have been greatly increased in patients with diabetes. Therefore,a complete preoperative assessment and blood glucose management of preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative periods are needed to get full assurance for diabetic patients to undergo surgery and to pass through the perioperative period smoothly.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(5):515-518
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia anomala. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques were adopted to separate the constituents, and the spectroscopic analysis was used to identify their structures. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as (4aS, 7S, 7aR)-methyl 7-hydroxy-7-methyl-1, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 7a-hexahydrocyclopenta [c] pyran-4- carboxylate (1), rehmaglutin D (2), (E)-6-hydroxy-2, 6-dimethylocta-2, 7-dienoic acid (3), chrysoeriol (4), luteolin (5), apigenin (6), and p-coumaric acid (7). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound named artanoiridoid; Compound 2 is firstly reported in this genus; Compounds 3, 4, and 7 are separated from this plant for the first time.
3.Level of Blood 8-iso-Prostaglandin F_(2a) and the Intervention Effect of N-acetylcysteine on Neonatal Rats with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To explore the changes of blood 8-iso-Prostaglandin F_(2a)(8-iso-PGF_(2a))content in different time after building-model and study its significance, and study the intervention effect of N-acetylcysteine(NAC) on it.Methods Seven-day-old Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:intervention, operation and false operation groups.rats in intervention group were administered with NAC 0.1 mg/(g?d),Rats in operation group were given an equal volume of normal saline, and rats in false group operation had no administration. The blood was obtained to determine serum of 8-iso-PGF_(2a) content in 30 minutes,on the first, third, seventh and twenty first day after the building-model,respectively.EIA assay method was used to determine serum 8-(iso-PGF)_(2a) content. Results Serum 8-iso-PGF_(2a) concentration in rats from operation group, intervention and false operation groups were(168.7?(24.2)),(120.9?23.4) and (50.0?8.8) ng/L within 30 minutes after the building-model, respectively. There were a remarkable difference between serum 8-iso-PGF_(2a) concentration in three groups(P0.05).Conclusions The concentration of serum 8-iso-PGF_(2a) of rats rises remarkably early after building-model, and the peak concentration appears at 30 minutes after the building-model. NAC can effectively decrease serum 8-iso-PGF_(2a) content, which suggest that there is large value of clinical administration.
4.Pathogenesis of Post-stroke Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy(review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(11):934-935
Reflex sympathetic dystrophy after stroke, also called shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS),is a common complication of stroke. It is presumed that SHS is consequence of many factors, including periphery injury, effect of sympathetic never system, neurogenic inflammation, and plasticity of central nervous system.

Instructional system design is an important component of instruction. Chaos theory is used in instructional system design of clinical teaching. Application of butterfly effect, fractals and strange attractors theory enhances students’clinical capabilities and comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Objective To explore the influence of helicobacter pylori(Hp) on gastric motor function in children with chronic gastrictis. Methods Forty-seven children with chronic gastrictis were classified into Hp positive and negative groups according to Hp and histology exa-mination.Each child underwent gastric emptying test of solid by using nuclide method and electrogastrogram(EGG) examination. These cases with Hp-positive acceptted these triple eradication therapy[clarithromycin 15 mg/(kg?d),amoxicillin 50 mg/(kg?d),omeprazole 0.8 mg/(kg?d)]for 2 weeks, and underwent EGG examination again after eradicating Hp.Results The half emptying time(GET_1/2)in Hp-positive gastric group were significantly longer than those in Hp-negative group(t=6.403 P

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(08):-
Objective To study the distribution of TCM constitution of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis to analyze the correlation between constitution and osteoporosis. Methods The pre-designed questionnaire and the method of case-control were used to classify and analyze the constitution of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients and normal population for comparison to understand the correlation between constitution and osteoporosis. Results The ratio of constitution type in two groups had statistical difference(P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(05):-
Objective To observe the protective effect of levo-anlodipine on the calcium overload in the anoxic myocardial cells. Methods Myocardial cells were cultured, and in vitro model of anoxic myocardial cells was established. Fura2/am fluorescent probe was used to measure the free calcium concentration of the myocardial cells by spectrofluorometer. The expression of Ca~2+ ATPase of cellular membrane was detected by RT-PCR, and the content of calcium pump in sarcoplasmic reticulum was measured by western blot. Results The levo-anlodipine could decrease the free calcium concentration of the anoxic myocardial cells markedly(359.06?75.00nM), and increase the expression of Ca~2+ ATPase of cellular membrane and the content of calcium pump of sarcoplasmic reticulum in the anoxic myocardial cells. Conclusion Levo-anlodipine could enhance the resistance to calcium overload in anoxic myocardial cells through increasing the expression of Ca~2+ ATPase.

10.Functional multi-polarization of white blood cells and its significance.
Journal of Experimental Hematology 2010;18(1):1-6
Immune and hemopoiesis are one of basic project of experimental hematology. Immune function is a essential activity of white blood cells. It was puzzled for the diversity and complexity of immune response. Polarized immune response of immune cells was discovered 30 years ago, which facilitates the study on differentiation of lymphocyte. Recently recognition on multifunctional polarized immune response of lymphocyte and monocyte/macrophage would promote to elucidate the regulatory network of immune cells, diversity and complexity of immune response as well as the study on hemopoiesis. In this paper the approach of multifunctional polarized immune response of lymphocyte, monocyte/macrophage and dendritic cells were reviewed, and their role, especially in cytokine storm and tumor pro-inflammation condition were discussed.
