1.The role and progress of interventional therapy in the prevention and treatment of postoperative hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(11):-
The articles concerning intensive effect and progress of interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) recurrence were comprehensively reviewed. Along with unceasing abundance of all interventional methods (including transcatheter arterial chemoemblization (TACE),percutaneous dehydrated ethanol injection, radio frequency ablation, percutaneous microwave therapy,argon-helium cryoablation,high-intensity focused ultrasound and radionuclide interventional therapy, etc),combined interven-tional therapies mainly TACE were increasingly appreciated in postoperative HCC recurrence, but still have to be further standardized. With further emerging and maturing of new technologies, such as antiangiogenesis, gene therapy and targeted therapy on HCC metastatic and recurrence specific cycle; the effect of combined therapy will be further promoted. Interventional therapy will play an important role in the prevention and treatment of postoperative HCC recurrence in the foreseen furture.
2.Study of antagonistic effect of SWA and SEA of Schistosoma japonicum in mice with type 1 diabetes
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(11):1379-1381
Objective To explore the antagonistic effect of Schistosoma japonicum soluble adult worm antigen (SWA)and solu-ble egg antigen (SEA)in the mice with type 1 diabetes. Methods The 24 successful modeling type 1 diabetes mice were randomly divided into three groups (A,B,C group,n=8).SWA and SEA of Schistosoma japonicum were prepared.Mice in A group were immunized by abdominal subcutaneous multi-point injection SWA.Mice in B group were immunized by abdominal subcutaneous multi-point injection SEA.And mice models of C group were immunized by PBS instead of antigen through abdominal subcutaneous injection. The mice got immunization once a week,a total of four times.4 weeks later, the mice were sacrificed, and serum speci-mens were collected for the determination of serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γby double-antibody sandwich ELISA,while pancreas tissues were collected and the pathological changes were observed. Results The serum IL-4 level of B group [(23.87 ±4.85)pg/mL]was higher than C group [(4.39 ± 0.56 )pg/mL],with significant differences (P < 0.01 ),while the serum IFN-γ level [(271.85±26.04)pg/mL]was lower than C group [(362.79 ±32.50)pg/mL],also with significant differences (P <0.01).The serum IL-4 and IFN-γof A group were (5.09±0.37)pg/mL and (379.56±34.47)pg/mL,which had no difference with C group (P >0.05).The islet structure of mice in B group was not intact, however, the lymphocytic infiltration in B group was less than C group, and there was no lymphocytic infiltration in pancreatic islets in B group.Compared with C group, the pancreas of mice in A group did not have significant changes, lymphocytes infiltration was still visible in islets. The number of residual islet cells de-creased,and visible minority islet structure was destroyed. Conclusion SEA of Schistosoma japonicum has certain antagonism effect on type 1 diabetes in experimental mice. Its mechanism may be the reduction of Th1 response and the enhancement of Th2 response through increasing IL-4 level and decreasing IFN-γlevel.

4.The application and outlook of Chinese drugs in the interventional treatment of liver carcinoma
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(06):-
The interventional therapy of chemoembolization is the first management of choice in treating unresectable hepatic carcinomas but with some side effects including liver function damage and bone marrow restraints which may affect the patients'life expectancy and living quality in the long run.The advancement of the combination of interventional treatment with Chinese drugs in managing liver carcinomas is a special presentation by the auther for further recommondation.
5.Microdialysis technique and interventional radiology
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(09):-
Basic research in interventional radiology, including transcatheter artery perfusion especially,is progressing slowly due to lack of proper method.Microdialysis technique,a kind of accurate sampling technique in vivo, may help to solve the problem.Just as its name implies, microdialysis means tiny dialysis with advantages of authenticity, exactness and less error.Furthermore it has been applied widely and should be received with great attention and popularity.
6.Differences of Adaptabillties of University Freshmen
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(09):-
Objective: To explore the differences between the internal social adaptation and external social behaviors of freshmen. Methods: Make a survey of 198 freshmen on the internal adaptation and external by General Well-Being Schedule and Undergraduate Social Adaptation Questionnaires. Results:Freshmen' social adaptation mainly involves three factors: interpersonal communication, the state of campus life and performance of studies. The Cronbach alpha of 3 factors were 0.82, 0.87 and 0.90,and the re-test reliability was r=0.73 (P

8.Giant cell-rich osteosarcoma of the right humerus:case report
Orthopedic Journal of China 2008;16(21):1664-1665
Giant cell-rich osteosarcoma is a rare osteosarcoma and easily regarded as giant cell tumor of bone by pathematology.Because two deseases have different therapies, misdiagnosis frequendy affect the operator to select suitable surgical procedures. We described the cage of a patient with giant cell-rich osteosarcoma, non vascularised fibular grafts were used as substitutes for repairing and reconstructing caput humeralis and shaft of humerus after resection for bone tumors on proximal humerus, part functions were remained after the operation.
9.Influence of psychological control and educational style of parents on the psychopathic personality of the only child
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2006;10(46):184-186
BACKGROUND: Recently, psychological problems of only child are increasing rapidly. Therefore, the education and the development of personality of the only-children become a social topic which has attracted a lot of attention.OBJECTIVE: To probe into the influence of parents' educational psychology control and development pattern on children's personality. DESIGN: Simple questionnaire survey and random comparison observation.SETTING: Department of Psychiatry, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University.PARTICIPANTS: The experiment was carried out in the Psychological Room of Mind Department, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from March 2000 to April 2004. Sixty patients with psychopathic personality were selected in this study. Inclusion criteria: All the patients met the demands of CCMD-Ⅱ-R. Exclusion criteria: Patients who had stunted growth, after-injury brain contraction and psychological retardation were excluded. There were 24 males and 36 females aged 6-21 years with the mean age of (14±5)years. Another 60 healthy subjects served as control group were randomly selected from a nearby high school and a primary school. They were 6-21 years old and with the mean age of (14±5) years. In addition, all of them were only-child and consent.METHODS: According to the EMBU revised by Yue Dong-mei and PLOC compiled by Yu Xin and other editors, in the form of doing a questionnaire by patents, the testing was divided into 3 parts: to test the parents of onlychild using the 2 scaling; to analyze the relativity between the psychological control over children and nurturing patter; to analyze the relativity between the nurturing patterns and children's personality. According to the EMBU, the nurturing pattern could be analyzed in three dimensions: accepting to declining, psychologically independent to psychologically controlled and rigorous to indulging. Result in psychology, which was also called parents' psychological control over children falls into 5 categories:① teaching result; ② responsibility of children; ③ how parents treat and control children; ④ whether the parents are superstitious; ⑤ children's control over parents. A total of 120 questionnaires were sent to the two groups, each of them 60 questionnaires. If all the questions were finished,it could be considered a valid questionnaire.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: the EMBU and PLOC of the two groups.RESULTS: Among 120 questionnaires, 59 from the analysis group were reclaimed, while 60 from control group were valid. ① Eight items (education result to indulging, responsibility of parents to rigorous pattern, children's control to control over children, children's control to indulging, parents' control over children to declining, superstition and belief in fate to declining, superstition and belief in fate to being controlled, superstition and belief in fate to indulging) were all significant differences in analysis group from those in control group (P < 0.05-0.01). ② Among nurturing patterns, spoiling accounted for 47.5% (28/59), then, indulging for 32.2%(19/59), rigorous for 13.6% (8/59), democratic for 5.1% (3/59) and imperious for 1.6% (1/59) in analysis group; whereas democratic accounted for 85.0% (51/60), then, spoiling for 6.7% (4/60), rigorous and indulging for 3.3% (2/60) and imperious for 1.7% (1/60) in control group.CONCLUSION: Different development pattern is derived from different educational psychology controls. The raising pattern is much relevant to the development of only child's personality.
