Objective To understand the epidemiological and clinical features of Brucella infection outbreak, provide basis for the timely diagnosis, prevention and control of brucellosis.Methods Epidemiological history, clinical symptoms and signs, auxiliary examination, and therapeutic efficacy of 8 patients with brucellosis and admitted to a hospital between December 2015 and April 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 8 patients had touched stray sheep and participated in the butchering, all were male patients, with the average age of 50 years;all patients had sweating, fatigue and other symptoms, 7 had a fever, 6 were with lumbago, 3 with muscular soreness, and 2 had a cough.Brucella was cultivated from blood specimens of 8 patients, the specific antibody titers ranged from 1:200 to 1:1 600.All patients recovered from illness through 6-week treatment with rifampin plus levofloxacin, without recurrence after 6-month observation.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of brucellosis are atypical, history of epidemiology should be carefully inquired, combined with etiology, early diagnosis and early treatment can be performed.

Objective To investigate the effects of Atorvastatin Combined with valsartan on the degree of coronary artery lesion and the level of serum lipoprotein and C reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disea.Methods 95 cases of patients with coronary heart disease from September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group were treated with atorvastatin,observation group of patients in the control group patients on the basis of the combination of valsartan treatment,severity of coronary artery disease,serum lipid and protein levels in patients with C reaction protein levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the patients in the observation group were fibrous plaque,calcified plaque,lipid plaque,mixed plaque were significantly decreased,and lower than that of control group,and control group before and after treatment of fibrous plaque,calcified plaque had no obvious change after treatment,the observation group were HDL,LDL,TG,TC were(2.12±1.01),3.27±0.94),(1.53±0.98),(3.35±1.78)was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant,2 months after treatment,3 months to observe the levels in patients with C reactive protein were(10.27±1.78)and(7.26±2.63)was significantly lower than the control group with significant difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined with valsartan can help to reduce the coronary plaque,regulate lipid metabolism,reduce the level of C reactive protein.

Objective: To study the relation among inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS), endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and their relation to clinical pathology and angiogenesis.Methods:OSCC tissue specimens were surgically obtained from 64 patients,the expression of iNOS,eNOS and VEGF in the samples were studied by immunohistochemistry technique. Microvessel density(MVD) was measured by counting the endothelial cells stained with anti-FⅧRAg antibody. Results: ①Positive VEGF and iNOS and eNOS immunostaining was detected in 39(60.94%),42(65.63%)and 45( 70.31%)of the cases respectively.②Expression of VEGF was significantly related to that of iNOS(P05).③MVD in OSCC tissue was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF and iNOS(P05).④VEGF expression was positively correlated to the pathological grade of OSCC(P0.05).Conclusion:iNOS,rather than eNOS, plays a positive role in OSCC development.iNOS and VEGF have a positive correlation in angiogenesis of OSCC.

Objective To investigate the changes of Notch signaling pathway activity in human pancreatic cancer cell lines (SW1990, BxPC3 )after gemcitabine induction, and to study its relationship with pancreatic cancer resistant to gemcitabine chemotherapy. Methods The pancreatic cancer cell lines SW1990 and BxPC3 were cultured with different concentrations of gemcitabine for 48 hours. The Notch signaling pathway receptors ( Notch1, Notch2, Notch3, Notch4), ligands (Jagged1, Jagged2) and downstream target Hesl mRNAs expression were detected by quantitative real-time PCR (Q-PCR). Protein levels of Hes1 were determined by Western blotting. Results After treatment with 2 μmol/L gemcitabine for 48 hours, the expression of Notch1, Notch2, Notch3, Jagged1, Jagged2 and Hes1 mRNAs in SW1990 cells were 8.26 ±0.48, 39.12 ±4.87, 0.84 ±0.06, 105.8 ± 17.92, 6.59 ±0.32 and 17.30 ±2.96, which were significantly elevated when compared with those without gemcitabine treatment ( 1.02 ± 0. 15, 15.25 ± 1.28, 0. 12 ± 0.02,32.66 ± 1.98, 1.88 ± 0.29 and 5.02 ± 0.64, P < 0.05 or P < 0. 01 ); the expression in BxPC3 cells was 7.87 ±0.59, 109.4 ± 10.98, 0.74 ±0.19, 62.73 ± 13.50, 2.09 ±0.16 and 15.38 ± 1.06, which were significantly elevated when compared with those without gemcitabine treatment ( 1.14 ±0.43, 58.96 ±2.63,0.10 ± 0.02, 16.95 ± 3.79, 0.98 ± 0.02 and 2.04 ± 0.16, P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ). The expressions of Hes1protein in SW1990 cells after 1, 2 μmol/L gemcitabine treatment for 48 h were 0.30 ±0.03, 0.42 ±0.03;and the expressions in BxPC3 cells were 0.33 ± 0.02, 0.45 ± 0.03, which were significantly increased when compared with those without gemcitabine treatment (0.13 ± 0.01, F = 33.71,0.09 ± 0.02, F = 38.54, P <0.01 ). Conclusions The Notch signaling pathway is significantly activated in pancreatic cancer cells SW1990 and BxPC3 by gemcitabine, which may be one of the mechanisms of chemoresistance.

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of hydroxy safflor yellow A ( HSYA ) on angiogenesis of H22 tumor-bearing mice and it's effects on the protein expression of MMP-3 .Methods After establishing the hep-atoma model for 24 h, the mice were randomly divided into control group , sorafenib group and HSYA group , the dose HSYA group received intraperitoneal injection at different dosages (1.125 and 2.25 mg/kg).The pathologi-cal changes were examined with HE staining , immunohistochemical staining and Western blot were applied to meas-ure the expression of angiogenesis related factor ( MMP-3 ) and we also detected the microvessel density with CD 34 . Results Compared with control group , the tumor cells proliferation and the new angiogenesis in HSYA group were suppressed .The expression of MMP-3 in HSYA group was significant reduced .Especially the dose of 2.25 mg/kg HSYA group ( P<0.01 ) , and tumor MVD-CD34 was also significantly reduced ( P<0.01 ) .But the effect is not better than sorafenib group .Conclusions HSYA may inhibit angiogenesis of tumor tissue in a certain concentration range and the anti-angiogenesis effect of HSYA may be related to inhibition of the protein expression of matrix met-alloproteinase-3 .

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Compound biejia ruangan tablets combined Entecavir tablets on liver func-tion and hematoidin of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)blood stasis syndrome. METHODS:Totally 110 patients with CHB blood stasis syndrome were selected from Neijiang Second People's Hospital,the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical Univer-sity and Yibin First People's Hospital during Jan.-Dec. 2015. They were divided into control group and observation group by strati-fied blocked randomitation,with 55 cases in each group. Control group was given Entecavir tablets 0.5 mg,po,qd;observation group was additionally given Compound biejia ruangan tablets 2.0 g,po,tid. Both groups received treatment for 12 months. TCM syndrome scores,the levels of liver function indexes(AST,ALT,ALP,GGT),serum bilirubin(TBIL,DBIL,IBIL),liver fi-brosis indexes(LN,HA,PⅢP,Ⅳ-C)and Fibroscan(FS)were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment. The occurrence of ADR was recorded. RESULTS:In observation group,2 patients withdrew from the study,and 3 patients of control group with-drew from the study. Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in TCM syndrome scores,the levels of liver function in-dexes,serum bilirubin,liver fibrosis indexes and FS between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,the lev-els of TBIL,IBIL,LN,HA,PⅢP,Ⅳ-C and FS in 2 groups were significantly decreased,while DBIL level was increased signifi-cantly,and the observation group was significantly better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The levels of AST and ALT in observation group were decreased significantly,while the levels of ALP and GGT were increased significantly, and the observation group was significantly better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statisti-prove liver function indexes and bilirubin level,and inhibit liver fibrosis with good safety.

Objective To explore the trends and influencing factors of woman′s menarche age in Shigatse area of Tibet .Methods Totally 2 492 cases of female outpatients been surveyed from July to December 2010 ,of which 1 492 cases of Tibetan and 941 ca‐ses of Han ,and the relationship between their menarche age and nationality ,altitude and residence were analyzed .Results The‐woman′s menarche age of Tibetan was significantly higher than that of Han women(15 .090 ± 1 .898 vs .13 .920 ± 1 .538 ,P<0 .05);the woman′s menarche age were significantly different among the different altitude groups (P<0 .01) ,the age of menarche increa‐ses gradually along with the altitude increasing ,and Pearson correlation value was 0 .323 .Menarche age of Tibetan women living in the town was significantly less than that of rural women (14 .760 ± 1 .784 vs .15 .580 ± 1 .873 ,P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Menarche age of Tibetan were later than Han women ,and were gradually delay with the elevation increase .

Objective:To investigate the effect of Chaenomeles speciosa total extract shikimic acid(SA) on the degranulation of compound 48/80(C48/80) stimulated rat peritoneal mast cells and the anti-inflammatory.Methods: Qualitative analysis of shikimic acid in the total extract of Chaenomeles speciosa by high performance liquid phase;RPMC were identified by toluidine blue,immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy;CCK-8 method was used to detect the proliferation of RPMC in each concentration group.The release rate of β-hexosidase was determined by substrate method.The content of histamine in supernatant was detected by ELISA.Results: SA had no significant effect on the growth of RPMC at the concentration of 0-90 μg/ml.Compared with the positive control group,SA could effectively inhibit the release of β-hexosidase and inhibit the secretion of histamine.Conclusion: SA inhibits the release of histamine in inflammatory mediators by inhibiting the degranulation of RPMC stimulated by C48/80,and then exerts anti-inflammatory effects.

Objective To investigate the expression of TROP2 and MMP-9 protein expression in cholangiocarcinomas and their relationship between the pathological behavior and prognosis.Methods A total of 54 patients who were diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma in the People's Hospital of Binzhou,were retrospectively reviewed.Immunohistochemical staining and Log rank test were used to detect the expression of TROP2 and MMP-9 protein in 54 cases of cholangiocarcinomas and 18 cases of normal bile duct tissues achieved by partial hepatectomy of hepatolithiasis.Results The positive expression rate of TROP2 in cholangiocarcinoma tissues (55.6％) was higher than that of normal bile duct tissues (5.6％).The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in cholangiocarcinoma tissues (51.9％) was higher than that of normal bile duct tissues (11.1％).The differences of the expression of TROP2 and MMP-9 in cholangiocarcinoma of TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and neural invasion were significant(all P ＜ 0.05).There was significant positive correlation between TROP-2 and MMP-9 expression by using spearman correlation analysis (r =0.555,P ＜ 0.001).Survival analysis showed that TROP2 expression was an independent prognostic factor in cholangiocarcinoma.Conclusions TROP2 plays a important role in the development and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.Thus,TROP2 may be a prognostic indicator for cholangiocarcinoma.
