Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of unilateral small incision Quadrant channel assisted MIS?TLIF unilateral pedicle screw fixation system in the treatment of degenerative lumbar disease. Methods From January 2011 to December 2013,a total of 56 cases with low back and leg pain were selected in the People′s Hospital of Dongguan, including 25 cases with lumbar disc herniation,18 cases with lumbar tube stenosis,10 cases with discogenic low back pain,2 cases of recurrence after posterior lumbar spine surgery,1 case of recurrence after transforaminal endoscopic surgery. Unilateral pedicle screw fixation was performed in the treatment of MIS?TLIF with expandable pipeline system. VAS and Oswestry dysfunction index scoring system( ODI) were used to evaluate of pain and functional recovery in patients with preoperative and postoperative pain and functional recovery, the Suk method was used to observe the bone graft fusion. Results There were 5 cases of non operative side waist back pain after operation, and the waist circumference and anti?inflammatory pain relief were improved after treatment. One case of postoperative subcutaneous fat liquefaction, was cured by dressing change. One patient with recurrence of MED intraoperatie cerebrospinal fluid leakage, was cured after treatment by the bed, dehydration and others. Other complications such as infection, screw loosening, nerve root injury and other complications had no found. After 1 month, the VAS score from preoperative ( 6. 82 ±0. 92) points fell to (1. 95±0. 55) points,ODI score from preoperative (35. 21±2. 73) points fell to (10. 05 ±1. 72) points, significantly improved compared with the preoperative, the differences were statistically significant( t=36. 775,65. 858,P<0. 05) ,based on the fusion of Suk judgment method,2 cases of patients with possible fusion, the rest were fusion. Conclusion Unilateral small incision under the quadrant assisted MIS?TILF unilateral pedicle nail stick system has obvious advantages in treatment of degenerative lumbar spine disease,as long as we choose to suitable cases and most patients can obtain satisfactory results.

Object To investigate the pharmacokinetic parameters of Musk Protecting Heart Pellets with pH-dependent gradient-release (MPHP-pH) and Musk Protecting Heart Pills (MPHP). Methods The cardiac muscle nutritional blood flow in rat was measured as effective index. Results It was one-compartment model when the rat was ig MPHP. The minimal effecting dose was 0.54 mg/kg, the present half-life, the elimination half-life, medicinal effect and the peak time of effective action were 0.53, 1.21, 3.48 and 1.13 h, respectively. The absorption half-life, elimination half-life and peak time of effective dose were 0.23, 1.47 and 0.88 h, respectively. Statistical moment analysis showed that the mean residence time mean residence time (MRT) of effective action were 5.05 h for MPHP-pH and 2.33 h for MPHP, the MRT of effective dose were 7.70 h for MPHP-pH and 3.21 h for MPHP. The relative bioavailability of effective dose for MPHP-pH was 104.03%. Conclusion MPHP has the characteristics of fast absorption, fast eliminationand short effective action time. Whereas MPHP-pH has the characteristics of fast absorption, protonged and relaxed effective action compared with MPHP.

Objective To investigate the effect of lung protective and ventilatory management strategies for brain death donors on eligibility and availability of lungs for transplantation.Method The clinical data of two brain dead patients who accepted lung protective ventilatory management strategies from Feb.2015 to Mar.2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Two cases of brain-dead patients, due to severe cerebral trauma, accepted the aggressive lung protective ventilatory management strategies and airway management for 9 days and 4 days respectively.PaO2/FiO2,chest imaging manifestations, surface of the lung harvested and pulmonary rehabilitation of recipients after operation were observed.Result Two lung recipients were liberated from ventilation and pulmonary function improved significantly after double lung transplantation. Conclusion The application of lung protective ventilatory strategies in potential organ donors with brain death can increase the number of eligible and harvested lungs.

To develop an intervention protocol for children's unintentional injury risk behaviors, and to evaluate the feasibility of the protocol.
Methods: By theoretically analyzing the influential factors for children's unintentional injury risk behaviors, children's cognitive development characteristics and the social learning theory, an intervention protocol was established on the basis of changing the unintentional injury attribution and negative information transmission of risk behavior consequences. A primary school in Changsha city was selected by random cluster sampling. A community-based randomized controlled trial was conducted on the selected students once a week for 5 consecutive weeks. The scores of unintentional injury risk behavior before intervention, 3 months and 6 months after intervention, and the frequency before intervention and 6 months after intervention, were collected and compared.
Results: A total of 194 children were included in the study: 98 in the intervention group; 96 in the control group; 96 (49.5%) boys and 98 (50.5%) girls between 7 and 8 years old. The scores of unintentional injury risk behavior for children in the intervention group at 3 and 6 months after intervention were 14.42±5.67 and 14.14±8.95, respectively, lower than those before the intervention (16.85±8.48) and in the control group (P=0.001). The number of minor unintentional injuries in the intervention group decreased from 119 to 56, and the number of children suffering 2 or more injuries dropped from 34 to 10 (P<0.001) at 6 months after the intervention, while both of them were lower than that in the control group (P=0.011). Similar changes were observed in some slight or more serious unintentional injuries (P=0.030).
Conclusion: The protocol for changing the attribution to unintentional injury and negative information transmission for risk behavior consequences was proved to effectively reduce children's unintentional injury risk behaviors and relevant events.
