There are many kinds of research methods in proteomics of breast cancer, one of them is mass spectrometry and have made a great progress. With more progress in proteomics studies, diagnosis and prognosis of the specific markers for breast cancer continue to be found, there would be great benefits for patients with breast cancer in diagnosis and prognosis.

Objective To explore the pathogenesis, pathomorphology, diagnosis and management of cholecystoduodenal fistula(CDF). Methods Clinical data of 11 cases of CDF admitted in our hospital in recent 17 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were confirmed and treated by operation.Ten CDF were caused by cholecystitis and cholelithiasis, another one was caused by peptic ulcer.Only one case of CDF was diagnosed before operation. Nine patients were cured, and two patients died of severity infection of abdomen postoperatively. Conclusions Most CDF are caused by cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. X-ray film of abdomen, barium meal examination and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) are more useful for the diagnosis of CDF. The therapeutic principle of CDF is cholecystectomy, removing calculus, and repairing fistula with or without common bile duct exploration and/or bilioenterostomy.

Objective To summarize clinical experience in removal of residual metallic foreign body in the soft tissue. Methods Clinical data of 742 cases with residual metallic foreign body in the soft tissue were analyzed. All the patients were forward from other hospitals with failed removal of the foreign body.Second surgery was performed in our hospital by grasping forceps using 3D-locator under the guidance of the C-shaped arm X-ray machine. Results Foreign body, such as scrap-iron,broken needle, nails, wine and so on located at different regions of soft tissues including neck, chest and abdomen, pelvis, and the four limbs were all successfully taken out.Removal rate of the foreign body was 100%.No complications such as bleeding, infection and nerve damage was occurred. The mean time of the procedures and radiation exposure for the removal surgery was 5 minutes. Conclusion Using 3D-locator and grasping forceps under the guidance of the X-ray,the residual metallic foreign bodies can be removed safely and efficiently.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer.MethodFrom 1993 to 2000, 86 female cases of stage ⅠⅡa breast cancer received breast conserving comprehensive therapy. Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsThe 5 year survival rate of this group was 96.5% and the 5 year recurrence rate was 5.2%.The postoperative contour of the breast was satisfactory.ConclusionBreast-conserving surgery is safe and effective therapy for early breast cancer, when strict indication and necessary safe margin of resection is obeyed by. Postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be properly arranged and the patients should be closely followed-up.

Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin(OPN) mRNA in breast tissues containing microcalcifications and the significance of OPN in tumor pathogenesis and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of OPNmRNA in 128 samples of tissues of breast lesions and adjacent breast tissues and 9 samples of metastatic lymph nodes were examined. Results The expression of OPNmRNA was highest in(calcified) foci of breast cancer tissues and in metastatic lynph nodes, lower in calcified foci of benign breast tissues and lowest in breast tissues adjacent to breast cancer and in benign tissues without calcification. The differences between the defferent tissues were significant(all P

To explore the effect of high fat diet on proteome in mice stomachs, we constructed a model in which the mice were fed with high fat diet as the high fat diet (HFD) group or normal diet as the control (CTRL) group for 110 days. The stomachs were collected and divided into three regions (forestomach (F), corpus (C) and antrum (A)) for protein extraction and mass spectrometry analysis. Of all 9 307 identified proteins in two groups, 4 066 proteins (HFD: 3 832, CTRL: 3 654) were strictly identified by at least one unique peptide and identified twice in three replicates. Using gene ontology (GO) and interaction network analysis we analyzed differentially expressed proteins (fold change≥2) in two groups or between regions. In the whole stomach tissues, proteins up-regulated in HFD group mainly were associated with protein stabilization and protein transport. Differentially expressed proteins between regions showed that forestomach was related to the biological process of keratinization and actin assembly, while corpus and antrum mainly performed digestive function. Compared with forestomach, the corpus and antrum were more affected by the diet. Though there was no significant effect on the basic digestive function of the stomach, proteins that were involved in protein transport and lipid metabolism-related biological processes were significantly highly expressed in HFD group.

Objective:To examine the survival status and explore factors related to death among human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infected patients receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Taizhou City during 2006‒2019. Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the data on HIV-infected patients receiving ART in Taizhou during 2006‒2019. Kaplan-Meier (K-M) method was used to calculate the cumulative survival rate and cumulative treatment success rate. Cox regression model was used to determine survival status and factors associated with ART. Results:A total of 2 904 HIV-infected patients was included. The cumulative survival rate after 1, 3, 5, and 8 years of ART were 96.9%, 94.9%, 93.1% and 92.1%, respectively, and the cumulative treatment response rate were 91.3%, 85.3%, 81.8% and 73.8%, respectively. Compared with aged 18-30 years old, baseline CD4+T cell >350 count/μL, normal hemoglobin level, effective ART, no clinical symptom at baseline, and homosexual transmission, we found that aged 51-60 years old(
