1.Application of Intravenous Administration of Anisodaminal Hydrochloridum in Gastric Ultrasonic Diagnosis
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1992;0(00):-
With the method of fluid-filled stomach and intravenous administration of anisodaminal hydrochloridum(654-2), 94 cases of 11 gastroduodenal diseases including gastric cancer and others were examined with ultrasound. Comparison of the ultrasonography with the pathological changes was done. The finding rate of gastric foci which equal to or more than 5mm in diameter was 96.8%. The correct rate of diagnosis was 80.9%. The accuracy in differentiating early gastric cancer from advancing gastric cancer was 87.5%. The correct rate for judging invasive depth of stomach wall by gastric cancer was 82.9%. It can also show the distinct ultrasonic features for gastric submucosal diseases.

Objective The aim of the study was to analyze the predictive value of the European system for cardiac operative risk evaluation score (EuroSCORE) and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons predicted risk of mortality (STS-PROM) in -dult patients undergoing aortic valve replacement (AVR).Methods We carried out a retrospective statistical analysis on 521 adult patients undergoing AVR between 1999 and 2008 in Changhai hospital.Patients with concomitant coronary artery bypass grafting were also included.Excluded from this study were patients having surgery for congenital heart defects, aneurysm of thoracic aorta and atrial fibrillation.Operative mortality was defined as death before discharge from the hospital. The mortality risk calculation of EuroSCORE and STS-PROM for aortic valve procedures was performed by the online available EuroSCORE or STS score calculator.Based on the additive EuroSCORE risk calculation, patients were divided into low-risk,medium-risk and high-risk groups. The valuation of three different algorithms depended on the assessment of two features:calibration and discrimination.A comparison of observed and predicted mortality rates was also performed. Results A total of 521 patients were identified as having undergone aortic valve replacement.In-hospital mortality was 4% (21 cases) overall. The expected mortality for the additive, logistic EuroSCORE and the STS-PROM was 3.36%,2.82% and 1.25%,respectively.The observed to expected ratio was 1.2 for additive EuroSCORE,1.43 for logistic EuroSCORE and 3.23 for STS-PROM.The STS-PROM underpredicted observed mortality significantly ( P < 0.01 ) and showed poor calibration in predicting in-hospital mortality in the entire cohort,medium- and high-risk subgroups. The logistic EuroSCORE underpredicted observed mortality in the mediumrisk subgroup ( P < 0.05 ).EuroSCORE underpredicted in-hospital mortality in the high-risk subgroup with the observed-expected mortality rate of 1.84 for additive EuroSCORE and 1.46 for logistic EuroSCORE.The EuroSCORE in three subgroups showed poor discrimination in predicting mortality as well as the STS-PROM did in the medium- and high-risk subgroups ( ROC < 0.7).Conclusion Both the EuroSCORE and the STS-PROM give an imprecise prediction for individual operative risk in patients undergoing aortic valve replacement in our study. These algorithms seem unsuitable to identify a high-risk patient population undergoing isolated AVR.It is necessary to construct a risk stratification model for valve surgery according to the profiles of Chinese patients.

Objective To investigate the effect of the replication-deficient adenovirus carrying miR-138(Ad-miR138) on the pro-liferation of human gastric cancer cell line BGC-823 and the possible mechanism .Methods The human gastric cancer cell line BGC-823 was infected with Ad-miR138 .Then the expression level of miR-138 was measured by RT-PCR .The growth curve of BGC-823 was measured using CCK-8 method .The ability of cell invasion was measured using Transwell chambers .Results After infected with Ad-miR138 ,the expression of miR-138 in BGC-823 cells was up -regulated significantly (1 .07 ± 0 .07 vs .4 .89 ± 0 .45 ,P<0 .05) .Absorbance of the 6th day decreased significantly (0 .52 ± 0 .06 vs .0 .77 ± 0 .06 ,P<0 .05) ,and the invasion ability was de-creased obviously (32 .00 ± 11 .00 vs .56 .00 ± 12 .00 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion miR-138 can effectively suppress the proliferation and invasion of human gastric cancer cell line BGC-823 in vitro .

Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(3):388-391
Objective:
To explore relationship between self-control and health risk behavior among orphans in middle schools.
Methods:
A total of 415 orphans and 352 non-orphans in middle schools were selected from Hunan, Liaoning, Sichuan, Guangdong and Fujian during Oct. 2017 to Apr. 2018. All the participants were surveyed with the Adolescent Health Related Risky Behavior Inventory (AHRBI) and the Self-Control Scale (SCS).
Results:
All the orphans in ordinary middle schools obtained significant higher scores in AHRBI (1.76±0.70) than students in orphan schools (1.55±0.40) and non-orphans (1.50±0.37) (P<0.01). Students in orphan middle schools showed significant higher scores in SCS (3.37±0.56) than orphans in ordinary middle schools (3.07±0.63) and non-orphans (3.13±0.60) (P<0.05). Selfcontrol of orphans was significantly associated with 44% lower risk of health risk behaviors (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Self-control could be seen as a protective factor for health risk behaviors among orphaned children and adolescents. The environment of orphan schools is beneficial to the development of self-control, and thus helps preventing health risk behaviors among orphaned children.

Translational medicine means that to establish a bridge between fundamental research and clinical medicine through bidirectional translation path in order to promote the translation and application from fundamental research to clinical medicine. The purpose of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) translational model is to collate and build one multidimensional TCM translational model, rationality carry out the research on TCM translation.Three paths have been confirmed, where are from literature research to clinical verification, from clinical application to clinical verification, and from experiment to clinical verification. In this research, methodology of one path mcntioned above could be established, which is the key technology of translational medicine.Take constipation, insomnia, and post-flu cough as target diseases to investigate the herbal compounds which could be qualified for clinical application based on preliminary work. This research not only provided clinical data to TCM translation, but also established one methodology of TCM translation path--"from experiment to clinical verification".
