The methamphetamine(METH)addiction is a compensatory adaptation of the central nervous system after the long-term exposure to METH in the molecular, cellular, neuronal loop function and brain structure. As a new type of post transcriptional regulatory molecules and regulatory factors,miRNAs are a large number of regulatory factors in the central nervous system.Studies have shown that miRNAs play an important role in the regulation of METH addiction. This paper is to review and summarize the expression features and the regulatory role of miRNAs in METH addiction,as well as the different expression of miRNAs in different tissues and organs. The aim of this paper is to provide a reference for further study on the role of miRNAs molecules in METH addiction and the discovery of new drug targets.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(12):547-549
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the behavior difference of allergic rhinitis with adenoid hypertrophy between study group and control group.
METHOD:
One hundred and seventeen children diagnosed as allergic rhinitis with adenoid hypertrophy were enrolled in our study were divided into study group and control group. Forty-two children treated with local steroid nasal spray for two to three months and antihistamine were control group. Seventy-five children treated with endoscopic adenoidectomy and drug treatment were study group; All children' parents were inquired for their clinical presentation.
RESULT:
No distinctive differences were found between the two groups (P > 0.05) in adenoid hypertrophy, accompanying nasal problems and clinical questionnaire scoring. Significant statistical distinction were found (P < 0.05) in snoring, sleep disturbance and frequent arousal, nasal obstructive moth-breathing, and recurrent respiratory tract infection between the two groups after three-month follow up.
CONCLUSION
Endoscopic adenoidectomy should be taken into account for allergic rhinitis with adenoid hypertrophy in children. Adenoidectomy would be useful for the improvement of behavior symptoms.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(22):1017-1019
OBJECTIVE:
To study the effect of tympanostomy tube surgery in cleft palate children with secretory otitis media (SOM).
METHOD:
Cleft palate children complicated by SOM accepted palatoplasty combined tympanostomy tube surgery, and evaluated by tympanum examination, acoustic immittance measurement in the post-operation. The others with suited age constitute, who accepted palatoplasty only, received the same testing too.
RESULT:
Compared with children who accepted palatoplasty only, the correlated index of SOM in post-operation of children who accepted palatoplasty combined with tympanostomy tube surgery had more improvements, there was a statistically significant difference between them. The recovery degree of middle ear function in younger group was better than elder group, there was a statistically significant difference between them.
CONCLUSION
Tympanostomy tube surgery is helpful to increase cure rate of 0ME in children with cleft palate. The younger the patient is,the better the recovery degree of middle ear function will be. Palatoplasty combined with tympanostomy tube surgery should be an effective way in the management of cleft palate complicated by SOM, and good effect could be obtained when children accepted operation in early stage.

Objective To introduce a single person operation procedure for tail vein injection in conscious tree shrews, and to improve the success rate of injection. Methods The tree shrew was fixed by a canvas glove and a clamp. The tail of the tree shrew was fixed by the operator's left hand, and the drug was injected by the right hand with a 1 mL disposable syringe. Results This method had the advantages of simple operation, economy and practicality, good fixation effect, high matching degree of animals and high success rate of drug administration. Conclusions Compared with other methods, this method has obvious advantages such as single person operation, convenient, time-saving and labor-saving. The cost is low and the effect is good, thus significantly improving the success rate of injection.

As conserved enzymes with important functions, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase are expressed ubiquitously in cells. These include cytoplasmic aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase, mitochondrial aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase and bifunctional aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase. Mitochondrial aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the binding of amino acids with its corresponding tRNA in the mitochondria and participate in the translation of 13 subunits of oxidative phosphorylation enzyme complexes encoded by the mitochondrial genome. Mutations in genes encoding mitochondrial aminoacyl-tRNA synthase may cause a variety of genetic disorders. This review has summarized the clinical characteristics, molecular pathogenesis and treatment of genetic diseases caused by mutations of such genes.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of middle and lower facial rhytidectomy by lifting the prolapsed buccal fat pad using a consecutive suspensions in a dragnet fashion. Methods:from December 2016 to October 2019, 42 female patients aged 46 to 65 with aging faces and prolapsed buccal fat pads were treated with multiple suspension method. The incision was the classic temporal to peri-auricular incions. After the skin flap and superficial musculoaponeurotic system(SMAS) flap was elevated. The suspending stitches were arranged with 5 lines from the lateral edge of orbicularis oris muscle to the level of zygomatic process to lift the sagging buccal fat pad and achieve facial rejuvenation. The short and long term complicationsas well as post-operative satisfaction rate were also investigated. Results:After 9-12 months of follow-up, the facial aging characteristics were significantly improved, especially sagging mandibular bag and loose perioral skin. The volume of middle face was restored with natural contour. Post-operative complications included local facial depression (2 patients), slight asymmetry (1 patient) and mild tactile abnormalities (1 patient). Satisfaction survey showed that 28 patients were very satisfied, 12 were satisfied and 2 were dissatisfied. The subjective satisfaction rate was 95.2% (40/42). There were no serious complications such as facial nerve injury or flap necrosis. Conclusions:This technique has a good outcome combined with conventional rhytidectomy, as it can achieve good effect of rejuvenationin the middle and lower face.

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Microbotox in improving mandibular fat accumulation, lifting mandibular contour and achieving lower face and neck rejuvenation. Methods:From May 2020 to January 2021, patients with mandibular fat accumulation and skin relaxation of mandible and neck were treated in Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Multiple microdroplets of botulinum toxin type A was injected into the dermis or the interface between the dermis and the superficial muscle layer in lower face and neck. Botulinum toxin was diluted to 20 U/ml and injected with 0.6 U per point. The scope of Microbotox was demarcated by the line between earlobe-mouth corner as the upper border, the depressor anguli oris as the anterior border, the front edge of sternocleidomastoid muscle front edge as the posterior border, and the jugular notch as the inferior border. Treatment effect was evaluated postoperatively by the subjective satisfaction of patients and the accessment of a third-party physicians. Results:A total of 25 patients were included, including 10 males and 15 females, with the age of 39.4±3.7 years. The patient subjective satisfaction was 96%(24/25), and 96%(24/25) of patients received improved result , evaluated by a third-party physician. There were no serious complications except one case of local congestion and four cases of local pain and swelling, which could be relieved in a short time. Conclusions:Characterized by improving mandibular fat accumulation, lifting mandibular contour, reducing cervicomental angle, improving skin texture and neck wrinkles, Microbotox is effective and practical.
