Objective To explore the Application value of hand acupuncture holographic method in endosco -py.Methods According to randomized controlled holographic method ,200 patients who underwent endoscopy were divided into the hand acupuncture holographic group (68 cases),the hand acupuncture group (65 cases) and the con-trol group(67 cases).The hand acupuncture holographic group pushed the needle sticking and made use of press and hand acupuncture combination of both methods ,and the hand acupuncture group was taken hand-hole method ,and the control group was taken normal gastroscopy operation .A questionnaire survey ( after checking the content of what dis-comfort,fear,are you willing to accept gastroscopy retest ) was taken and observed the patient's discomfort after the op-eration that nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension and pain,salivation volume,mirror smooth interpolation degree. Results The subjective feelings of the hand acupuncture holographic group were better than those of the hand acu -puncture group and the control group (all P<0.05);The adverse reactions of the hand acupuncture holographic group were lower than those of the hand acupuncture group and the control group before and during the endoscopy ( all P<0.05).Conclusion The hand acupuncture holographic therapy is a combination method of hand side of the second metacarpal holographic acupuncture massage gastroscopy which can reduce pain and fear of the patients ,and its side effects is small ,and it is inexpensive ,the risk factor is small ,and it is easy to operate easy to spread .

AIM: To establish a method of determining genpioside,baicalin and berberine in Gonglao Quhuo Tablets(Caulis Mahoniae,Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,Radix Scutellariae,etc). METHODS: The mobile phase composed of A acetonitrile,B acetonitrile and 0.5% triethylamine(Ph3.1)(10∶90).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the wavelength at 254 nm. RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 3.22-206 ?g/mL(r=0.999 9) for genpioside,2.95-186 ?g/mL(r=0.999 9) for baicalin and 1.64-104 ?g/mL(r=0.999 9) for berberine hydrochloride,respectively.The average recoveries were not less than 98.4%. CONCLUSION: This HPLC method is convenient,rapid,accurate and could be used for quality control of production of Gonglao Quhuo Tablets.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingpeng ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema.MethodsTotally,95 patients with chronic eczema were enrolled and divided into 3 groups to receive topical Qingpeng ointment (n =33),0.2％ hydrocortisone cream (n =32),10％ urea ointment (n =30) respectively twice a day for 4 weeks.All the patients were followed up once a week for the evaluation of therapeutic and side effects.ResultsAfter 4-week treatment,the response rate was 78.8％,84.4％ and 46.7％ in the Qingpeng ointment-,hydrocortisone cream- and urea ointment-treated patients respectively.Significant differences were observed in the response rate between the Qingpeng ointment- and urea ointment-treated patients (P ＜ 0.05 ),but not between the hydrocortisone cream- and Qingpeng ointment-treated patients (P ＞0.05).Skin flushing with a sensation of burning was observed at the application sites of 2 patients treated with Qingpeng ointment,and tingling sensation at the application sites was reported in 1 patient treated with hydrocortisone cream.All of these adverse reactions were tolerable and had no influence on the treatment.Conclusion Topical Qingpeng ointment is effective and safe for the treatment of chronic eczema.

Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on acute lung injury induced by hind limb ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods Sixty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly allocated into 4 groups: group C(control), group I-R(ischemia-reperfusion), group Pre-Dex(dexmedetomidine)and group Post-Dex. The morphological changes of the lung tissues were observed under light microscope , and polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) in alveolar septum were counted. Meanwhile, lung coefficient, arterial partial PaO2, lung levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, interleukin (IL)-10, and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. Results Rats in the I-R group were resulted in the damage of the lung tissues. The rats in group Pre-Dex and group Post-Dex were featured with obvious mild lung injury. TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10 and MDA in lung levels were significantly increased in group I-R , Pre-Dex and Post-Dex. TNF-α, IL-6 and MDA in the lung were significantly decreased in group Pre-Pex and group Post-Dex. IL-10 was increased in group Pre-Dex and group Post-Dex. Conclusions Inflammatory response and oxidative stress are involved in the pathogenesis of acute lung injury induced by hind limb ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Dexmedetomidine attenuated the lung injury through anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation.

Objective To evaluate the serum levels of cystatin C (CysC)in lung cancer and its clinical significances for kidney assement.Methods The serum of 120 patients with lung cancer and 50 healthy controls were collected.All the patients were en-rolled in Beijing Chest Hospital,Capital Medical University,from June 2012 to October 2013.Full-automatic biochemistry analyzer was used to examine the levels of serum CysC.Results The level of serum CysC in patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that of healthy controls(t = 4.771,P < 0.05 ).The sensitivity of CysC(81.7%)was significantly higher than that of BUN(66.7%)and Cr(45%)(χ2 =25.326,P <0.05),and there were no significantly difference of the specificity among them(χ2 =3.468,P >0.05).Conclusion Serum CysC was a useful biochemistry marker for kidney assement in lung cancer,and have better clinical significances than BUN and Cr.

Objective:To construct the rehabilitation strategy of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction based on the evidenced method and evaluate the effectiveness in clinic.Methods:The rehabilitation strategy was firstly built based on evidenced method. And then 80 patients from Department of Sports Medicine and Adult Reconstructive Surgery, Nanjing University Medical School Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital from January to August, 2019 were randomly and equably sent to experiment group and control group. Patients in experiment group or control group were accepted the evidenced method or regular method as treatment strategy, respectively. The visual analogue scale (VAS), thigh circumference, motion range of knee joint and Lysholm score were recorded before and after surgery.Results:Six papers met the inclusion criterion and were been screen out from 1 535 papers, and then the evidenced rehabilitation strategy of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction was made. The VAS scores in 12 and 24 h were 1(0-2), 1(1-3) in experiment group and 2(1-3), 3(1-3)in control group, the differences were significant between two groups( Z values were 4.955, 6.489, P<0.001). The motion ranges of knee joint in 2, 4, 6, 12 weeks after operation were (61.6±5.1)°, (85.3±6.6)°, (114.6±5.2)°, (127.6±3.4)° in experiment group and(54.9±4.6)°, (71.0±8.8)°, (105.1±5.9)°, (115.8±4.0) °in control group, the differences were significant between two groups( t values were 6.209-14.138, P<0.001). The Lysholm scores at 6,8,12 weeks after operation were 58.8±3.7, 71.1±3.1, 84.3±3.7 in experiment group and 56.0±3.4, 65.4±4.3, 75.6±3.0 in control group, the differences were significant between two groups( t values were 3.511, 6.867, 11.439, P<0.001). Conclusions:This evidenced rehabilitation strategy of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in this study was helpful to alleviating the pain, improving motion range of knee joint after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

Objective To observe the pathologic changes of ganglion cell and nerve plexus in internal anus sphincter of rats with congenital anorectal malformations (ARM).Methods Healthy and pregnant Wistar-Imammichi rats were induced to ARM by ethylene thiourea (ETU). There were 67 rats with ARM at all. The pelvis was continuously cut from the exactly midsagittal plane. The HE staining was performed, and the numbers of the ganglion cell and nerve plexus in the internal anus sphincter were observed under the microscope.Results The average numbers of the ganglion cell and nerve pluxes in the ARM embryos were (1.206±0.012) and (0.308±0.051). Those of the normal control embryos were (3.710±0.043) and (1.227±0.072) respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups ( P<0.05～0.01). While, those of the embryos without ARM which dealt with ETU were (3.012±0.032) and (1.187±0.004) respectively, didn't differ from the normal control embryos.Conclusion The decrease of the ganglion cell and the nerve plexus in internal anus sphincter is an important pathologic change of ARM.

Objective To investigate the coronary characteristics and interventional treatment results of coronary artery patients on dialysis due to uremia.Methods Twenty-five cases coronary artery disease patients,including 3 cases with stable coronary disease,7 cases with ST elevation myocardial infarction,and 15 cases with non-ST elevation myocardial infarction,who were treated with uremia dialysis from January 2001 to December 2014 in Friendship Hospital of Beijing Affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected.Emergency or regular coronary angiography was done after admission,and coronary angiography characteristics of vascular lesions and interventional treatment outcomes,clinical results during hospitalization and 12-month follow-up were observed.Results (1) The proportion of three-vessel disease of 19 cases,moderate and severe calcification of 20 cases,and diffuse disease of 11 cases were observed in coronary artery disease with dialysis.No differences were found in the proportion of three-vessel disease(x2=1.08,P=0.58),moderate and severe calcification(x2 =0.48,P =0.79),and diffuse disease (x2 =4.52,P =0.11) among the groups of stable coronary disease,ST elevation myocardial infarction and non-ST elevation myocardial infarction.(2) The interventional therapy in 24 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with uremia was successful,and the average total operation time was (55.3±7.1) min,the average contrast volume was (126.0±12.6) ml.There was 1 case with complication of side branch occlusion.(3) Cardiovascular events rates during hospitalization and after 12-month follow-up were 20.0％ (5/25) and 48.0％ (12/25),respectively.Conclusion In coronary artery patients with uremic on dialysis,the proportion of three-vessel disease,moderate and severe calcification,and diffuse disease are relatively high.The success rate of intervention therapy is high and safe but with a relatively high cardiac events during hospitalization and 12-month follow-up.

Objective To evaluate the plasma levels of D‐dimer in lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) patients and their clinical significances .Methods The plasma of 130 patients with lung cancer ,126 patients with PTB and 50 healthy controls were collected .All the patients were enrolled in Beijing Affiliated to Chest Hospital Capital Medical University ,from July 2014 to October 2014 .Full‐automatic analyzer was used to examine the level of plasma D‐dimer .Results The levels of plasma D‐dimer in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than patients with PTB and healthy controls (Z=2 .704 ,P<0 .01);The levels of plasma D‐dimer in patients with PTB were significantly higher than healthy controls (Z=2 .54 ,P<0 .05);The levels of plasma D‐dimer were significantly higher in stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ than stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ(Z=2 .195 ,P<0 .05);The positive rate in patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than patients with PTB (χ2 =10 .525 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion Activation of coagulation and fi‐brinolysis exist in lung cancer and PTB patients ,the level of plasma D‐dimer is related to the clinical stage of lung cancer .

Objective To summarize the experience and technique of complex transradial percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI) using a 4F KIWAMI ST01 catheter with Mother-Child technique for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data from 30 patients who had received PCI using a 4 F catheter with Mother-Child method. Results PCI were performed on a total of 30 patients with complex lesions. Angiographic success was achieved in 100% of lesions. 19 patients were found to have moderate-to-severe calcified lesions, 13 patients had chronic total occlusion ( CTO ) , 11 patients had moderate-to-severe tortuous lesions, and 6 patients had moderate-to-severe angulated lesions. Four patients suffered from in-stent restenosis. 4 F catheter with Mother-Child method was used in all patients, and all 4F catheters successfully passed through the target lesions with all stents implanted in place along the 4 F catheter. There were no 4 F catheter-related complications in all patients. Conclusions Use of 4F catheter with Mother-Child method is safe and effective for patients where stent delivery is difficult by the conventional method.
