Objective: To evaluate the operational efficiency of a single-center platelet genotype database in HLA genotype-matched platelet search and applcation, and to compare the efficiency among different matching strategies, hospitals, and between first-time versus repeat application modes. Methods: Data on platelet genotype-based matching applications from December 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026, at our center were collected. Four time intervals were defined according to the workflow: the time from clinical hospital application to blood center receipt confirmation (Δt ); the time from blood center confirmation to completion of platelet gene database search (Δt ); the time from completion of database searching to availability of compatible platelet products (Δt ); and the time from clinical hospital application to availability of compatible platelet products (Δt ). Applications were classified as first-time or repeat based on application history, and as speed-priority matching strategy or classical matching strategy based on matching approach, with efficiency differences compared across the groups. Results: A total of 1 051 valid matching applications were included. The median values of Δt , Δt , Δt , and Δt were 6.2 h, 0.1 h, 0.2 h, and 11.5 h, respectively. Overall, 55.9% of genotype-based matches resulted in compatible platelets being available on the same day. The median Δt of the speed-priority strategy was significantly shorter than that of the classical strategy (5.2 h vs 39.6 h, P<0.001). Median Δt differed significantly among hospitals (P<0.001), with the shortest being 4.4 h. The median Δt for repeat applications was 6.9 h, significantly shorter than that for first-time applications (27.7 h, P<0.001). Conclusion: The platelet gene database demonstrates sufficient efficiency in HLA genotype-matched platelet searching and application to meet clinical demands. Optimizing matching strategies and hospital application workflows may shorten the time for obtaining compatible platelets.

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic radical cystectomy based on fascia anatomy for bladder cancer treatment.Methods The clinical data of 51 patients with bladder cancer who underwent 3D laparoscopic radical cystectomy during Jan.2015 and Jun.2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The surgery was performed based on membrane anatomy technology along four longitudinal and two transverse planes to complete the radical cystectomy.The pelvic plexus was preserved for patients with normal preoperative sexual function.Results All surgeries were completed without conversion to open operation.The mean operation time was(502.52±108.99)min,mean intraoperative blood loss was(275.96±155.18)mL,mean postoperative drainage time was(4.14±2.41)d,and the mean postoperative hospital stay was(16.37±4.85)d.The mean number of lymph nodes removed was(17.98±11.48).The mean postoperative follow-up was(30.27±19.39)months.At the last follow-up,no Clavien ≥grade 3 complications were observed.The estimated overall survival(OS),tumor-specific survival(TSS),and recurrence-free survival(RFS)were 82.4％,92.2％,and 88.2％,respectively.The lymph node positive patients had shorter OS and RFS(60.0％,60.0％)than the lymph node negative patients(84.8％,91.3％).Among the 19 male patients who underwent radical cystectomy with pre-exposure and preservation of pelvic plexus,daytime and nocturnal continence rate were 83.3％and 72.2％,respectively,and 17 patients recovered potency within 6 months postoperatively.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical cystectomy based on fascia anatomy is safe and effective in laparoscopic radical cystectomy,with standardized surgical procedure,satisfactory oncological outcomes,little hemorrhage,few complications and fast recovery.

Objective To investigate the differential expression of miR-124-3p in peripheral blood and clinical sig-nificance of patients with β-thalassemia.Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 33 patients with β-thalassemia and 30 healthy controls in Ningde Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from June 2021 to August 2022.The expression level of miR-124-3p was detected.Luciferase reporter gene was used to verify the interaction between miR-124-3p and ERF 3'UTR.The correlation between differential expression of miR-124-3p and β-thalassemia was analyzed and the clinical diagnostic value of miR-124-3p for β-thalassemia was eval-uated.Results Compared with healthy control individuals,the expression of miR-124-3p was significantly up-reg-ulated in patients with β-thalassemia(P＜0.001).The genotype of miR-124-3p high expression group was 84.2%β0(16/19),the genotype of low expression group was 55.6%β+(10/18).ROC curve analysis showed that miR-124-3p had predictive efficacy for β-thalassemia(AUC:0.842).Luciferase reporter gene analysis showed that ERF gene was the regulatory target of miR-124-3p.Conclusions The differential expression of miR-124-3p in patients with β-thalassemia is closely related to the genotype and clinical severity of thalassemia,and ERF is negatively reg-ulated by miR-124-3p.miR-124-3p may be an effective diagnostic biomarker for β-thalassemia.

Frontopsylla spadix is one of important transmission vectors of plague in the wild rat foci in Yunnan Province.In the classification,it belongs to Leptopsyllidae and Frontopsylla,with agile activities and a wide range of hosts.Based on domestic and international literatures,this paper reviews the taxonomic position and identifies features of Frontopsylla spadix,together with its distribution,life cycle,disease transmission,artificial rearing,isozyme and some other aspects.The paper is an attempt to provide more data for the surveillance and control of Frontopsylla spadix and its related flea-borne diseases.

In October 2016, the CPC Central Committee and State Council issued the outline of Healthy China 2030 Plan and put forward two main principles, namely integrating health into all policies (HiAP), and adhering to co-construction and co-sharing and mobilizing the whole society to participate.Based on this view, after analyzing the main contradictions in the social governance of China's health field, this paper points out that the synergistic design of social governance and the common governance by the whole society are the key issues to the implementation of China's health policy.This paper attempts to build a health-centered social governance mechanism that puts forward the focus on opening up the channels for citizens to participate in health policy, the formation of a unified health common value, the in-depth exploration of establishing community health services model that integrates medical resources with pension resources together to participate in the building of healthy China.

Objective To determine the taxonomic position of medically important gamasid mites and to compare numerical taxonomy with the traditional systematics in the classification of gamasid mites. Methods Based on hierarchical cluster analysis, numerical taxonomy was applied to study fifty-seven species of medically important gamasid mites. Results The results of cluster analysis based on squared euclidean distance showed that Hirstionyssus Fonseca and Echinonyssus Hirst should be separated from Laelapidae Berlese and formed an independent family. The taxonomic position of the remaining species remains the same as those in the traditional systematics. Conclusion Numerical taxonomy can objectively reflect the taxonomic position of the medically important gamasid mites. The result of classification by numerical taxonomy is consistent with traditional systematics for gamasid mites.

Objective To understand the species,species distribution,the dominant species and their interspecies interaction of chigger mites on Eothenomys miletus(a dominant species of rats)in Yunnan.Method The rats were captured with mouse traps in 16 counties(or cities)during 2000-2004.All mites on the surface of two auricles of the hosts were collected and identified.The patch index(m*/m)and the coefficient of association(V)were adopted to judge the spatial distribution patterns and interspecies interaction of the dominant chigger mite species among different individuals of the rats(E.miletus).Results 1157 individuals of E.miletus were captured from 16 counties(citys).37613 chigger mites(belonging to 3 subfamily,9 genus and 80 species)were collected from the auricles(body surface)of 1157 rat hosts with a high “overall mite infestation rate”(68.2%)and “overall mite index”(32.5).Six species of mites were found dominant on E.miletus:Leptotrombidium scutellare,Leptotrombidium sinicum,Helenicula simena,Leptotrombidium eothenomydis,Herpetacarus hastoclavus and Leptotrombidium hiemalis.The distribution of the chigger mites among different individuals of E.miletus showed an aggregation pattern.Both positive and negative association existed between each two dominant species of chigger mites.Conclusion The species composition of chigger mites on Eothenomys miletus is complex with abundant individuals,which reflects a high species diversity of the mites.The main species of chigger mites tend to an aggregation on the body surface of E.miletus.

Leptotrombidium eothenomydis.There was a wide niche overlap between any two chigger species with all indices beyond 0.76.Slight positive association existed between each two dominant species of chigger mites by the coefficient of association(V).Conclusion The community structure of chigger mites on the 7 major species of rodent hosts is complex,reflecting a high diversity of mite species.The niche breadth of the 6 dominant chigger species is different with a wide niche overlap.

Objective To understand the species diversity of ectoparasites on Niviventer confucianus in the surrounding areas of Erhai Lake.Methods Small mammals were randomly captured in 12 investigated sites surrounding Erhai Lake with baited mouse cages.The cage-traps were examined and re-baited each morning.Trapped small mammals were brought to the laboratory for identification according to color, body length, ear length, hind foot length.All ec-toparasites on the surface of the hosts were collected and identified.The constituent ratio(C), prevalence(P) and average ectoparasite abundance(A) were used to evaluate the prevalence and density of ectoparasites.Non-parametric Mann-Whitney U-test was used to test differences in the abundance and richness of ectoparasites between female and male hosts.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between ectoparasites and the body param-eters of hosts.Results Eighty-nine individuals of N.confucianus were captured, of which 79% were found infested with 51 species of ectoparasites, including 31 species of chigger mites, 13 species of mesostigmatid(gamasid) mites, 4 species of fleas and 3 species of sucking lice.Walchia ewingi Fuller(66.2%), Laelaps turkestanicus Lange(38.5%), Paradoxopsyllus custodies Jordan(42.9% ) and Hoplopleura pacifica(80.1% ) were the most predominant species of chigger mites, gamasid mites, fleas, and sucking lice, respectively.Non-parametric Mann-Whitney U-test showed that there was no significant difference between male and female hosts on the species richness and abundance of total ec-toparasites, chigger mites, sucking lice, fleas or gamasid mites.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the abun-dance and species of total ectoparasites, chigger mites, sucking lice, fleas or gamasid mites were not correlated with the body weight of hosts.Conclusion There is a high speices diversity of ectoparasites on N.confucianus.Sucking lice, fleas, chiggers and gamasid mites are the main ectoparasites.
