In order to provide a new way and method for safety evaluation of Chinese materia medica (CMM) and also to provide a reference for conventional animal experiments, computer toxicity prediction technique and method were established to predict the cardiotoxicity of CMM. Mold2 software (version 2.0.0) was used to calculate molecular descriptors of 1034 chemical components. Then, the random forest (RF) method and the support vector machine (SVM) method were used to screen the descriptors. After that, boosting trees method, SVM, regularized discriminant analysis method and RF method were used to build up prediction model, respectively. Finally, the cardiotoxicity of chemical components was predicted by the quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) model with the best accuracy and Kappa value. The results showed that by comparing the accuracy and Kappa value of prediction model, it was found that the RF model was the optimal algorithm model with 86.3%accuracy and the Kappa value of 0. 725. Through the prediction research on chemical components of Chinese herbs with toxicity recorded in the Pharmacopoeia of People’s Republic of China (version2010),suchasEvodia rutaecarpa,North bean root,Murraya incense, some meaningful results had been received. It was concluded that QSAR model on prediction research of chemical components of Chinese herbs provided important references for further experimental studies and clinical researches.

Objective To study computer toxicity prediction technology and predict the acute toxicity of Chinese materia medica; To provide a new way and method for safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods First, Mold2 software (version 2.0.0) was used to calculate molecular descriptors of 7409 chemical components. After preliminary screening of molecular descriptors, quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) models were built up with Random Forest (RF) for screening the optimum prediction model. From the 83 kinds of toxic Chinese materia medica in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition), acute toxicity of 60 kinds of Chinese materia medica reported from monomer structure (1692 chemical components) were under prediction. Results Totally 7409 pieces of data were obtained. When the descriptors were 52, RF modeling accuracy and Kappa were the highest, 0.712 and 0.436 respectively. Compound clusters were divided into 3 types according to optimum molecule descriptors (52). The accuracy and Kappa of the optimum model for the first type of compounds were 0.666 and 0.476 respectively; the accuracy and Kappa of the optimum model for the second type of compounds were 0.804 and 0.381 respectively; the accuracy and Kappa of the optimum model for the third type of compounds were 0.709 and 0.373 respectively. It was predicted that 60 kinds of Chinese materia medica containing 0 violent toxic compound, 2 high toxic compounds, 172 medium toxic compounds and 1518 low toxic compound. Conclusion QSAR model for prediction study on acute toxicity of chemical components of Chinese mareria medica can provide references combination medication and experimental studies.

Grassroots organizations of the party function as the center to advocate voluntary services. The hospital volunteer service campaign is considered part of the party's work at the grassroots level and as an indicator of its branch appraisal.volunteer ambassadors are employed to serve as role model for volunteer services.Party branch guides volunteer service teams to carry out voluntary services. And students, retiree party members actively participate in the campaigr.Outstanding ones are awarded and the management is improved. All these measures enable these organizations to play a spearhead role, encouraging volunteers and party members to promote each other, promoting healthy development of the campaign, and making volunteer services sustainable.

Objective To explore the status, characteristics and factors in relation to occupational stress for medical staffs in tertiary general hospitals. Methods A total of 2460 medical staff were sampled in five tertiary general hospitals in Beijing, with their occupational stress levels evaluated with the Occupational Stress Inventory. Results The top ten stressors as found ranked as heavy duty, high risk exposure, high workload, low wages, setbacks in the health care management system, insufficient staffing, excessively frequent inspections and examinations, strained doctor-patient relationship, price inflation, frequent overtime, and pressure from continuous learning. Occupational stress is seen as moderate and above by 95.2% of the surveyed. Differences in age, gender, marital status, professional title, education, work experience, as well as those of different organizations, departments, professions, and duty were found to be statistically significant in regard of professional stress. Conclusions Stress management should be in place targeting demographic and stress characteristics. Effective measures are recommended to alleviate the pressure on medical staff, in order to maintain their physical and mental health, hence improving their work efficiency and organizational cohesion.

0bjective To translate and revise the Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) into Chinese, then to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of AITCS. Methods The Chinese version of AITCS was translated from the original one, back-translated and adjusted for cultural adaptation. The reliability and validity were tested among 288 nurses, 81 physicians, 25 respiratory therapists, 10 physical therapists and 3 nutritionists from a tertiary hospital in Hangzhou using convenience sampling. Results The average of scale-level content validity index was 0.98, unanimity of scale-level content validity index was 0.84 and item-level content validity index was 0.89-1.00. Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors, which explained 61.427% of the total variance, and each item had high factor loading quality (>0.4). The correlations coefficients between each dimension score and the total score ranged from 0.801 to 0.898 (P<0.05),and the correlations coefficients between each dimension score ranged from 0.607 to 0.698 (P<0.05). The Cronbach α of AITCS was 0.909, split-half reliability was 0.835 and test-retest reliability was 0.763. Conclusion The Chinese version of the AITCS has been proved to be reliable and valid. It is a valuable tool for evaluating interprofessional team collaboration among the health professional providers in mainland China.
