Objective To observe the efficacy of a rotating magnetic field and granisetron hydrochloride in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by a eisplatin regimen, and any side effects. Methods Sixty-eight patients receiving cisplatin regimen chemotherapy were randomly assigned to two groups: a magnetic treatment group and a drug treatment group. The patients in the two groups were exposed to a rotating magnetic field or received granisetron hydrochloride, respectively. The effects of the treatments were observed. Results Both treatments could effectively prevent and treat the vomiting caused by chemotherapy. The rate of response to the rotating magnetic field was 88.2% and to the drug 91.2%. However, tardive vomiting was significantly better controlled in the rotating magnetic field group. The incidence of side effects in the magnetic field group was 20.6% , and in the drug treatment group it was 45.6%. Conclusion The efficacy of a rotating magnetic field and granisetron in treating acute vomiting were simi- lar. The rotating magnetic field was more effective in preventing tardive vomiting and had fewer side effects. Magnetic therapy should be more generally applied in clinical practice.

Objective:
To explore the correlation between menopausal hormone therapy(MHT)and breast lesions in perimenopausal women, and to provide evidence for safe use of MHT.
Methods:
The 40-60 year-old women who visited Hangzhou Women's Hospital and met the diagnostic criteria for perimenopausal syndrome were recruited. The intervention group received MHT and was divided into three subgroups according to the MHT regimen:estrogen-progesterone cycle therapy(A),estrogen-progesterone continuous therapy(B),estrogen therapy(C). The control group did not receive MHT. All the patients received regular mammography to quantify and evaluate breast lesions. The generalized estimating equation was used to analyze the changes of breast lesions between different groups.
Results:
There were 80 cases in the intervention group, with 49 in group A,26 in group B,5 in group C,and 80 cases in the control group. After two years of follow-up,there was no statistically significant differences of time, group and interaction in breast density, volume of breast fibrous tissue and the volume of breast between three intervention groups and the control group(P>0.05); there was no statistically significant differences of group and interaction in positive rate of calcification and breast mass between the intervention group and the control group(P>0.05).
Conclusion
Receiving MHT intervention for two years did not increase the risk of breast lesions.

Objective: To observe the safety and clinical efficacy of tumor antigen-pulsed dendritic cell(DC) vaccine in treatment of advanced malignant tumor. Methods: Ninety-one patients with non-small cell lung cancer, colon and rectal cancer, melanoma, renal carcinoma, breast cancer and other malignant tumors were enrolled in this study. All patients met the selecting standard and signed informed consent.Human dendritic cells were obtained from peripheral blood monocytes by culturing them with granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor and interleukin-4.DC vaccine was prepared from tumor antigen pulsed immature dendritic cells in vitro.Patients received the vaccine therapy once every week and one cycle was defined as once every week for 3 weeks. Results: All the patients received 96 cycles of DC vaccine treatment.Symptoms of toxicity included fever, shivering, aching pain of muscle, asthenia, itching, stifle and transient fatigue;most of the symptoms automatically recovered.Clinical efficacy of the treatment was evaluated in 76 patients.Thirty-one of the 76 patients were stable after treatment and 45 were in progressive situation, with the clinical benefiting rate being 40.8%.Eighty-five patients were followed up.The median time for progression was 2.6 months;the overall survival time was 0.9-30.6 months;and the median survival period was 4.5 months, with the one year survival rate being 9.2%.Conclusion: The results suggest that the DC vaccine therapy is well tolerated in treating patients with advanced malignant tumors and has satisfactory clinical benefit;the clinical value of DC vaccine therapy needs to be further observed.

Objectives:
To propose a novel clinical classification system of gallbladder cancer, and to investigate the differences of clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis based on patients who underwent radical resection with different types of gallbladder cancer.
Methods:
The clinical data of 1 059 patients with gallbladder cancer underwent radical resection in 12 institutions in China from January 2013 to December 2017 were retrospectively collected and analyzed. There were 389 males and 670 females, aged (62.0±10.5)years(range:22-88 years).According to the location of tumor and the mode of invasion, the tumors were divided into peritoneal type, hepatic type, hepatic hilum type and mixed type, the surgical procedures were divided into regional radical resection and extended radical resection. The correlation between different types and T stage, N stage, vascular invasion, neural invasion, median survival time and surgical procedures were analyzed.Rates were compared by χ2 test, survival analysis was carried by Kaplan-Meier and Log-rank test.
Results:
Regional radical resection was performed in 940 cases, including 81 cases in T1 stage,859 cases in T2-T4 stage,119 cases underwent extended radical resection;R0 resection was achieved in 990 cases(93.5%).The overall median survival time was 28 months. There were 81 patients in Tis-T1 stage and 978 patients in T2-T4 stage. The classification of gallbladder cancer in patients with T2-T4 stage: 345 cases(35.3%)of peritoneal type, 331 cases(33.8%) of hepatic type, 122 cases(12.5%) of hepatic hilum type and 180 cases(18.4%) of mixed type.T stage(χ2=288.60,
